The location of the hotel is excellent, but the room was smelling of cigarettes, tried to breathe - it didn't turn out. The insulation in the rooms was no, it was heard talking in the hall, the floor above and in the rooms next to.

The room is small, but the location is great. At night, I parked my car next to the hotel as requested by the hotel front desk. But when I was in a hurry to leave in the morning, I found that I was blocked by a car with RU license plate. The hotel staff said that they didn't dare to ask the guests to go downstairs to move the car. I was speechless.

The best place in Armenia, the price of quality out of competition. The rooms are fresh, comfortable. The staff is friendly. If not the wordalls who were behind the door shortly noise after 23 hours everything was perfect.

Впечатление подпортил тот факт, что в номере было холодно. Система кондиционирования, как выяснилось, во всем отеле настроена только на охлаждение, обогрев не работает. Спать было очень свежо.

Gumri left me with very good memories! People are very enthusiastic, the front desk brother is very good, I really want to thank him. When it rained, I was embarrassed to borrow an umbrella and he offered it to me. This point reflects that the people of this country are very friendly and enthusiastic.
