Beautiful facility, fresh air, great service.
We went to the hotel to celebrate the new year. We knew that the hotel was great. But we didn't know how friendly staff would be and how amazing the facility is. There wasn't many people around so there was no stress of the virus. And we could concentrate on having a good time. Highly recommend.

Hairdryer available at the reception for deposit which was a big plus. In conclusion a recommended stay, if it is not a problem for you that you get a small but funtional room for overnight. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, a bottle of water was provided, disposable slippers, bathrobes were provided, and toothbrushes could be requested at the front desk. The room was well soundproofed. Overall, this is a very good four-star hotel in Europe, about 600 meters from the train station. The check-in at the front desk was too slow, and there was only one person at the front desk after 9 o'clock in the evening.

Good airport hotel to stay but surprised to find that airport hotel doesn’t have shuttle to the airport. One has to take the public bus to the airport.
The hotel is rebuilt from the original castle manor, and the architecture is very distinctive. The floor is a wooden floor, and there will be a loud noise when walking. The front desk does not work 24 hours a day, and they have to wait for their working hours to open the ticket and check out.

Very Good
TTarynPerfect hotel close to the airport for a quick sleep, shower and back on a plane. The room was spacious with a couch and lovely shower. It has a free shuttle bus to and from the airport and when I emailed them to ask where to find the bus, they emailed me back within minutes. Only problem I had was the pillows. They feel a bit lumpy. But otherwise a great hotel with a good breakfast and friendly staff.
AAnonymous UserI love the ambiance of the hotel. Easy check in. Clean room and able to provide additional amenities like iron and iron board. Warm welcome by the staff. Love it!
GGuest UserThe hotel has an elevator, but the soundproofing is not very good. It is close to the airport and train station. The room does not have air conditioning, but fortunately the weather was good and it was a bit cool at night, but with a fan it was acceptable.
AAnonymous UserThe location is convenient and relatively quiet on campus, highly recommended. The front desk staff are also very welcoming, especially the Asian staff who can speak Chinese. They are really friendly and highly recommended!
AAnonymous UserThe major positive aspect is the walking-distance proximity with the airport terminal. The rooms are also fairly spacious. The service is not exceptional, but it’s not inadequate either, rather middle of the road.
However, the rooms are in need of some attention, especially for a Sheraton:
- the TV set was defective (it would spontaneously turn off after a few minutes of use),
- the shower gel and soap bottles were practically empty,
- there was only 1 not-that-large towel per person which is inadequate to take more than 1 shower, (e.g. if one wants to take a shower both in the evening and first thing in the morning), and
- the amenities were all upon request with practically nothing included in the room upon arrival (and, even when reception was asked for items that were listed as included upon request, they didn’t necessarily provide, e.g. bath robes), which makes asking rather uncomfortable.
If the price is reasonable, the convenience of the location is probably the saving element of this hotel.

ZZhuGood airport hotel to stay but surprised to find that airport hotel doesn’t have shuttle to the airport. One has to take the public bus to the airport.
GGuest UserThe hotel offers a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly. I arrived in the morning and wanted to store my luggage, but they gave me my room card straight away. What a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious, with a glass wall, allowing for great light. It also had a new electric kettle and refrigerator. The bedding was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. I was very satisfied. I would recommend this place to friends. The number 26 bus to the city center is a 7-minute walk from the hotel entrance, and a one-way ticket is 3 euros (pay by credit card).

AAnonymous UserIt was close to the airport and easy to get to the city. I was able to get to the hotel by using the free shuttle bus operated by the surrounding hotels (exit from floor 0 and go to area E). To get to the city, it's less than 20 minutes by train from the nearest Diegem station. The room and building were very clean, and the staff were especially kind. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
