Very disappointing to have the room ready yet refusing to make life easier on customers... Apart from that the hotel is in a great location and room is small but adequate... Breakfast is average as u would expect
And apart from this early check in setback the staff was generally good but I don't think I will stay again cuz my flight arrives early most of the time and i don't like pointless waiting!!
They gave me warm cookies when I checked in, which made me feel welcome.
I've had welcome drinks before, but this was my first time getting homemade cookies, so it felt different and really uplifting.
It was clean, and the bed was nice and spacious. I was happy that I could open the window, even if only a little.
The metro was within walking distance. The bus was conveniently located at a three-way intersection, so it was easy to catch many buses going in different directions. The spa was free, which seemed nice.
They didn't have the bath I wanted, only a steam sauna, so I just took a look.
Great location just off north avenue.. A customer oriented team who agreed to give me the room early cuz simply it was available rather than asking for early check in money
Small room of course but clean and adequate.. Didn't try breakfast but I tried their Terrace cafe and it was great..and it's 10% cheaper than North avenue hotel which is 20 meters away
The hotel is in a great location, right next to the square, convenient to everywhere, and the staff are very friendly. The room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is also rich. There are many places to eat and shop around, especially there is a big supermarket not far away when you turn left, with a lot of things. It is recommended not to have a room facing the road because it is a bit noisy, but everything else is good.
Facilities: Complete, it is best to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers are provided.

But overall it is OK, after all, the location is excellent, next to the square.
The hotel breakfast is quite rich, the doorman is very friendly. The swimming pool is nice. But the gym has few equipment. The location is OK, it takes about ten minutes to walk to the Grand Staircase and Republic Square. There is a small supermarket downstairs.
The hotel is a chain hotel and maintains the image of a chain hotel. I asked in advance to set up a bed for the child and a high floor, everything was done without additional charges. Breakfast is standard, but it’s strange that an omelet is fried for an extra charge. It would be interesting to come back in the summer and see the pool area.
Older hotel, about 1 km from the Republic Square, you can walk along the main road at the entrance of the hotel. The room area is relatively large, but the furniture and other facilities are old, especially the bed is relatively small. It is estimated that there is 0.8x1.9 meters, tall people will stay in the foot will exceed the bed, breakfast is quite satisfactory; Book a hotel close to the history museum and closer to the main attractions and the old street.
I stayed at this hotel . The rooms are large and comfortable . Bed good . Breakfast is excellent . Unfortunately I am used to the reception in Yerevan too good and I need the smiles of the hotel staff . At least one smile and wish a good day . And yet the hotel is good .
At the exit you will need to wait until the number is accepted and everyone checks. It is very important.

I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience.
The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break.
We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.
GGuest UserThe hotel name is Europe but Asian guests are also welcomed, as I saw Vietnamese or Chinese guests were staying. The room is quite nice and comfortable, bed quality is good and comfy, bathroom is clean, the breakfast is simple but the quality of the each item is nice and has a good combination of nutrition altogether. Hotel clerks are kind, polite and attentive. It is very good hotel and I had pleasant experience.
GGuest UserA wonderful hotel, not far from the center of Yerevan. The staff is very responsive, when help was needed, they not only explained, but did everything they could and really helped! Delicious breakfasts, cookies and fruits in the lobby. I would like to separately note the pool, jacuzzi and hamam. There is a beauty salon and spa area, a gym, restaurants and cafes. I definitely recommend it

HhanshuizibiThe hotel facilities are OK, and the price/performance ratio is good. However, except for the handsome lobby manager at the front desk, the service attitude of other front desk staff is not very good. We rushed back to the hotel in the rain late at night, and the front desk refused to give us the key to change clothes in the room (we asked them to clean the trash can in the morning, but they took the key away). They insisted that we did not book the order for that night. After tossing and turning to find it for a long time, they did not take the initiative to apologize. After checking out the next day, I sat in the lobby to rest, and the same staff did not say a word to us. They asked us if we had checked out and returned the key. The experience was too bad...

Но за свою цену хорошее место, потому что номер сам очень чистый, отличное кондиционирование, удобная кровать, ресепшн очень приветливый, завтрак скромный, но неплохой. Фен имеется, а так же наборы для чистки зубов, гели для душа итд. Особенно удобно тут остановиться на 1-2 ночи. Но не стоит рассчитывать на звукоизоляцию, ее нет, очень шумно даже с закрытыми окнами, и все, что в коридоре - слышно. В стене над кроватью была большая трещина. У нас в номере у нас протекала раковина. Из душевой кабины тоже воды вытекает на пол, образуя лужу. Это впечатление немного испортило.

разместили нас с мужем в номере с раздельными кроватями хотя заказывали номер с совместными , сказали таких нет и автоматом база их выдала этот номер и поменять никак нельзя( женщина админ была)

мы не в сезон приезжали , будни и всего на 2 суток. как то так
но очень удобное расположение , кафе классное за углом , магазин и обмен валюты тоже тут же рядом.
