Paris Hotels with Parking

We were so impressed with the apartment upon check in. However I was incorrectly charged double taxes. Travelled with 2 adults and 3 children. Additionally you are charged 10 euros administrative fee. I was not aware of this by my booking provider beforehand. We were provided with all the access codes (three in total) and 2 different emergency contact numbers. We arrived back with our daughters late at night, to not be able to enter the building as the door would not open. The access codes were correct but the door appeared to not be responding! Passers by stopped to try and assist, we shouted out to those in the building but no joy. We called both emergency telephone numbers but no one answered. We literally did not know what to do at this point and was close to calling the police as our passports and belongings were in the property. Fortunately the restaurant owner next door, happened to be drinking alcohol in the nearby bar, and after near on 15 mins (felt like 30 mins) but been advised it was closer to 15 minutes, he was passing by and thankfully for both the hotel and us, he was able to assist. He mentioned he has been provided with spare keys and was hopeful they still worked. The following day, the receptionist, hugged us and told us her boss would be compensating us for the safety issue and worrying situation we had been put in. I appreciated this approach and she said he would be in touch on Monday. I had to follow up on the Tuesday as I had not heard anything. After a lot of back and forth we have not been compensated anything. Instead have been told the situation was sorted by the neighbour (thank goodness he was in a nearby bar drinking!) we have also been told we would receive a discount for future stays. When asked, we have never been told what the discounts are, so we feel we have been completely misled. It is a shame as the apartments once inside, are lovely, but the management and the lack of safety and the worry, have completely let this place down. Please make sure you are charged correctly for your city taxes.

I had a lovely stay at Hôtel Atelier Montparnasse. The hotel has a charming, modern atmosphere, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location in Montparnasse is convenient, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, shops, and public transport nearby. It’s a good base for exploring Paris while staying in a quieter neighbourhood. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming hotel in Paris.

The location is convenient with easy access to transportation. Having a kitchen with utensils and cookware was also a big plus. The room was reasonably clean and had enough storage space. The front desk staff were very nice. Soundproofing was just average. The complimentary all-day coffee and hot chocolate were a wonderful touch! ❤️ I had informed the front desk that we wouldn't need housekeeping and would change our own towels and dispose of our own trash, but the cleaning staff still entered the room. 🥹

The cleanliness was passable – at least I didn't get bitten by bugs, but the bugs in the elevator lobby were a different story... The environment was decent. Many European tour groups stay here. The hotel is right next to the subway, and our room was on the side closer to the park, so it was very quiet. One time, we left the room with the key card in to keep the power on, but when we came back after grabbing a bite, the key card was gone. I went to the front desk to ask about it. I told them it's fine if they remove it, but they should leave it on the counter. Otherwise, what if they accuse me of missing a card, or what if they use a key card to enter my room whenever they want? A middle-aged woman, who seemed like a local French person, was incredibly arrogant. She didn't even look at me properly and simply replied, 'We just took it out.' The bathtub drain was clogged, so I had to pull out the stopper every day.

I usually don't write reviews, but the service here exceeded my expectations – I can definitely recommend it! When I proactively asked if it was too early for check-in, the front desk attendant kindly offered to check if a room was available and helped me check in right away. That’s truly excellent service. I initially chose this hotel mainly for its location, and it turned out to be even more convenient than expected. There's a large supermarket nearby, plenty of restaurants, and it's safe and pleasant for a stroll. Just across the bridge, you'll find the exit for Metro Line 6, and a short walk up from there leads to the beautiful and safe 16th arrondissement. From that elevated perspective, the Eiffel Tower looks especially stunning. An Uber to the airport costs around 40 euros. There’s also a microwave in the lobby and complimentary disposable cutlery.

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better – right across from the North Station, with a metro entrance just outside. It was literally a two-to-three-minute walk from the Eurostar platform. The staff were diligent, responsible, and friendly. One time, I needed to print something at midnight, and Harold on duty immediately helped me out – a big thanks to him! The only downside to the hotel is the poor soundproofing. My room was next to a large room that could sleep five people. Luckily, out of my seven-night stay, there were only two nights when someone was next door: once it was a family with two crying children, and another time it was a group of young people…

I booked two rooms, and the location, room layout, and everything else were excellent. The only issue we encountered was that the air conditioning in one of the rooms broke on the first night. The hotel provided two fans and arranged for us to move to a new room the next day. Trip.com's customer service actively helped us communicate and coordinate, and even provided some compensation, so I'm giving the platform a five-star review.

Me and my partner stayed here for our engagement. The hotel was a little run down and could do with some TLC. However it was still nice and clean. We had such an amazing stay. The staff were friendly and the location was amazing. I wouldn’t suggest this hotel for someone looking for something that’s perfect but I would highly suggest it to anyone looking for a beautiful view at a good price. We think it was definitely worth every dollar and absolutely loved the stay.

This was a great place to stay for a long weekend. The hotel has good amenities, I like the rooftop bar which has good views. It was only a couple of minutes from the tram and 10 mins from the metro on lines 4, and 13. Great base for exploring Paris if you don't mind being away from the busy bits! All the staff were helpful and polite. Would definitely be back.

The hotel's location is generally very convenient, with easy access to the subway station on foot. However, our room had an air conditioning issue that was never fixed, leading to a very uncomfortable night's sleep. I spoke to the front desk, and they told me the hotel was full, so we had to make do for the night. It was extremely hot, and both the elderly and children couldn't stand it. I communicated with the front desk again, stating that if we couldn't change rooms, we would check out and find another hotel. Ultimately, we were able to switch rooms, but it meant exchanging a triple room for two double rooms. This experience was very unpleasant. The subsequent rooms we stayed in were fine, with working air conditioning, so it wasn't as uncomfortable.
