The SinclairsGot there after receptipn closed due to flight delays and was easy to get access to the room. Bed was huge and very comfortable, room was clean. Breakfast was a good price and the kids meal was great. Would highly recommend as a place to stay if you need to be close to the airport.

QiaomaSunnyThey gave us some small, tasty cookies upon check-in. The hotel's location is not far from the city center, and it's super convenient as the Hobart Airport Skybus stops right in front of the hotel on its fourth stop. Breakfast was decent, with hot food available. The city's architecture is quite retro and beautiful; it's very pleasant to walk around and explore.

Yuk OiWe had the most amazing stay here, all thanks to the incredible hospitality!We arrived at Hobart Airport after a super long and exhausting journey, and we were honestly running on empty. Melissa at the front desk was an absolute lifesaver! She noticed how tired we were and immediately went to work trying to get us an early check-in. Since our room wasn’t quite ready, she safely stored our luggage for us and text us the very second it was clean. That meant the world to us!She also gave us a fantastic, super detailed rundown of all the hotel facilities.
To make things even better, our room had a stunning, super beautiful view of the lake. We couldn't take our eyes off it!

ousilengI stayed here while on a business trip. The staff are friendly and professional. The location is very convenient and although the hotel is next door to the theatre being renovated there is very little inconvenience to hotel guests. I think they should have a fitness centre. There are parks nearby ideal for a good walk or run. The hotel is older but clean and comfortable.

Breakfast at the Bay Restaurant was a highlight, with fresh Tasmanian produce, delicious hot options, and that unbeatable relaxed vibe. It’s an ideal base for exploring Wineglass Bay trails without needing to rush. We loved every minute and can’t wait to return.

Yao LungThe room photos on Trip.com were taken when the room was brand new. It clearly is no longer the case now - some staining on the curtains and soft furniture and marks on walls. Overall, for the price, it's still acceptable.
Check-in is done at the bar like most similar types of accommodation above a pub.
Bedding is exceptionally comfortable - special mention of the supremely comfortable mattress and pillows. 5-star bed.
Water pressure in the shower is weak - 60% of what I would have liked.
Bottled water and milk in the fridge is a nice touch. Crockery and cutlery provided in the kitchen.
You will have to lug your luggage up 1 flight of stairs as there's no lift.

The owner was very concise and straight to the point, highlighting all the key information. The hotel is located near the market and has its own backyard that can fit about ten cars. Coles and McDonald's are a twenty-minute walk away, and there's a Chinese restaurant right across the street. It's also very close to the port.

WhuiWe really loved our stay here. The scenery around the hotel is beautiful, surrounded by nature with plenty of wildlife. The location is very convenient as it is within the national park area and very close to the shuttle bus stop. There is also a restaurant inside the hotel.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We mentioned in our booking that we were celebrating a birthday and our anniversary. the hotel thoughtfully prepared wine and chocolates for us, which was such a lovely surprise.
We did have an issue with the spa not working. We mentioned it to the front desk while we were having dinner and they immediately sent someone to our room to check it for us. The staff later suggested trying to turn the spa plug in a different direction and also offered to change our room if it still didn’t work. As we went to a nearby sanctuary that evening and returned quite late, we decided not to request a room change even though the spa was still not working. When we gave the hotel our feedback afterwards, they were very responsive and willing to offer compensation.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again next time!

AxinwukongThe room was spacious. I chose the accessible 35 sqm room, and the bathroom was also very large. Breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays starts at 7 AM and includes an à la carte option, which you can see in the first picture – it was pretty good. It's very close to a nearby park to see platypuses, only 700 meters away, but I didn't spot any. Salamanca Market isn't far either, less than a kilometer away, and you can try the seafood there; the portions are really generous. Elizabeth Pier is right there too, and I even saw seals! Near the hotel, there's a Woolworths, as well as Nepalese, Chinese, and Thai restaurants, all worth trying. If you're taking an Uber from or to the airport, make sure to tell the driver to drop you off at the front door, otherwise, it might pinpoint the back door, and you'd have to go down stairs to get to the hotel. Just something to keep in mind. Overall, it was a good stay, and the hotel front desk staff were helpful.
