My stay at Pousada Alto de Montanha was truly unforgettable. It’s an amazing place—peaceful, quiet, and perfectly tucked away from the noise of the city, surrounded by beautiful nature. The atmosphere makes it ideal for anyone looking to relax and recharge. The host was exceptional: always happy, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even more special. The food was another highlight—everything was delicious, especially the breakfast, which was simply amazing and clearly prepared with care. One thing that really stood out was the flexibility and willingness to help guests. Even though Trip.com states that reservations cannot be changed, the pousada was accommodating and helped make adjustments when needed, which shows their commitment to great service. Highly recommended, this hotel has a good view, good facilities, very quiet, breakfast is OK, the street is opposite the sea, the beach is delicate. Suitable for walking at night but pay attention to safety.

The hotel is well located and has excellent facilities, with renovated rooms, spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is complete (a wide variety of drinks) and, as a courtesy, there was sparkling wine and flavored water in the afternoon at the reception. The rooms with a view of the bridge with Vila Velha are charming and stand out. However, the cleaning left something to be desired. We spent Friday through Sunday without our room being cleaned because the cleaning on Saturday was late (we left in the morning and, when we returned, it had not been done). The person in charge even volunteered to do it, but it would have been uncomfortable with us in the room and we decided to leave it as it was. In any case, a positive review, classified as ”good-excellent”.

My stay was for a couple. We arrived in the room and there was a blanket that was basically a single blanket and 2 very low pillows that looked like they could only fit one person. I called to ask for another pillow and they told me they didn't have any more. As a result, I didn't sleep very well. The service was very good, the hotel was well located and clean. The only thing that left something to be desired was this detail.

The hotel is in a great location. The service is very good, they always respond promptly. The garage is very tight, and sometimes it is almost empty to put the car, and I wasn't late from shopping. The room was reserved with 2 beds (1 couple and 1 single), only one bed was made with a dressed and one with a no, one with a dresser and another no. The room is very tight, but for the value paid in Victoria, it is good.

Wonderful hotel.. attentionful people.. imperfect cleaning and very robust breakfast.. I will surely return
