I was lucky enough to get an upgrade, and the room was spacious and clean. They provided disposable towels and bathrobes, and there was a fridge – my first RV experience was absolutely perfect! The service was incredibly attentive; whenever I asked a question in the butler group chat, I'd get an immediate reply. The shuttle driver recommended a restaurant that was super delicious. And the breakfast in the morning was excellent. In the evening, we went to the nearby dunes to stargaze and try sandboarding, which was a wonderful experience. Because our itinerary was a bit tight, we didn't get to try the desert off-roading or the bonfire party (both free). I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit.

This is the first time I've specifically waited to review a hotel: 1. Location: Less than 10 minutes from the high-speed train station, very convenient. 2. Service: Beyond five-star service! They added me on WeChat in advance, and all the hotel staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, from bottled water available everywhere to free laundry and drying facilities, complete with laundry detergent. In the evenings, there were complimentary sweet soups, milk, and pastries. It was so convenient when traveling with a child and ordering extra food. There were welcome gifts upon check-in and also gifts upon check-out, plus a play area for kids. An excellent hotel! 👍👍👍

After comparing several guesthouses, I finally chose Burberry, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The guesthouse's decor is absolutely beautiful, and the common areas are very spacious, even featuring a pool. They have outdoor movies at night, and for visiting Mingsha Mountain, they offer free sand shoe covers and a shuttle service. The staff at the guesthouse were incredibly warm and attentive, and their travel photographer took some amazing shots. It was a fantastic experience overall.

Traveling to Dunhuang, we stayed at Courtyard No. 23 for two nights, and the overall experience was fantastic! The room was very clean, and the entire environment is especially suitable for families with children. The courtyard has many fruit trees, including Li Guang apricots and green apples. They also raise goats and bunnies, so kids can feed the pets, and there's a lovely Border Collie too. Sitting on a lounge chair or hammock under the green apple tree, with a gentle breeze blowing, was incredibly relaxing. You can pick apricots to eat while strolling around the courtyard; the owner is very hospitable and encouraged us to eat as much as we liked [Joyful]. There's also a go-kart track, and the kids couldn't stop playing. In the morning, we had breakfast at a large wooden table under the apricot tree, enjoying delicious lamb soup noodles with coarse grains. Looking at the blue sky and the rustling poplars in the wind, we are so grateful to the guesthouse for adding such beauty to our trip. The staff were warm, thoughtful, and attentive. I truly recommend this courtyard for anyone visiting Dunhuang!

Out of our 9-day trip along the Qinghai-Gansu Loop, this homestay was our family's absolute favorite. It's a place with real heart and soul, where every detail is thoughtfully considered. Even our five-year-old said he'd give this hotel 30 stars! The homestay has a great design aesthetic, and the rooms are spotless, perfectly matching the tastes and ideas of younger travelers. We always bring our own disposable toiletries when we travel, but here, everything was already provided in the room. I also really loved the landlady – she's just one of those people you instantly like, and it was so comfortable interacting with her. From the moment we checked into the homestay in Dunhuang, we had such a positive impression of the city. Even though our stay was brief, it's full of beautiful memories. When we were leaving, she found out my child liked apricots and even gave him some from her own yard, which was incredibly touching. The breakfast offered a wide variety, and it was all very enjoyable. I truly recommend this homestay if you're coming to Dunhuang. I hope everyone gets to experience the genuine warmth and hospitality during their travels here. Their raisins are also highly recommended!

Very satisfied! The bed was super comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. It's right next to the desert, which is cool. Xiao Yi's service was excellent, she was always ready to help with anything. I'm really happy with this trip and will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

We made a mistake choosing this hotel: the word “international” led us to believe it would be better prepared to receive foreign guests, but that was not our experience. That said, the staff’s service was excellent at all times. Although they did not speak English, they consistently made the effort to use translation tools to communicate with us and assist us in the best possible way, which we truly appreciated. The hotel was almost empty. The first breakfast took place in a huge dining area where we were the only guests, which meant the variety was quite limited. There was some Chinese food and a coffee machine, but there were no options commonly expected by international travelers, such as fruit, cereals, yogurt, or bread. That same day, we were informed that the rest of the breakfasts would be delivered directly to our room. The staff made a continuous effort to ensure we felt comfortable with this arrangement, confirming the delivery time with us each day. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the cleanliness did not match the hotel’s level and price: the carpet had visible stains, and finding a toothpick at the entrance made it clear that cleaning standards were not adequate. In addition, the amount of shampoo and soap provided was extremely limited—again, not consistent with the quality one would expect given the building and overall appearance of the hotel. In summary, we would like to highlight the kindness and dedication of the staff, but we believe the hotel still has important aspects to improve, especially regarding international standards and cleanliness.

Service: The service was impeccable. Our butler was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout our stay, always accommodating our requests. Truly excellent! Facilities: As a relatively new hotel, all the facilities are well-equipped and modern, including the gym. Environment and Value for Money: I mainly want to discuss the location and value for money. Among hotels I've stayed at in a similar price range, such as Le Meridien Chongzuo, Raffles Hainan, Capella Sanya, and Desert Star Hotel Zhongwei, Dongyi Hotel falls a tier below in terms of hotel size, room size, location (requiring a taxi to Mingsha Mountain Scenic Area), hotel activities, breakfast, and overall facilities. However, the price is almost on par with these higher-tier hotels. Therefore, I feel it's somewhat lacking and doesn't quite match the price point.

Our stay at Colorful Danxia Flower House Hotel was truly exceptional—easily a 5-star experience. From the moment we arrived, the owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even personally helping us carry our luggage upstairs. His hospitality didn’t stop there—he kindly assisted us in booking tickets for a local show and even drove us there himself, which made our trip so much more convenient and enjoyable. The room was spotless, one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in, and it was clear that great care is taken to maintain high standards. We also really appreciated the free laundry service, which was incredibly helpful during our travels. The location is perfect—just a short walking distance to the west entrance of the Danxia park, making it easy to explore. Right across the hotel is a fantastic restaurant, so finding great food was effortless. To top it all off, the owner even prepared thoughtful departing gifts for us, which was such a warm and memorable touch. His kindness and attentiveness truly set this place apart. If you’re visiting the area, this hotel is an outstanding choice.

It is extremely close to Labrang Monastery, making it very convenient to walk there. The room features a charming Tibetan-style decor, is kept very clean, and even comes with drip coffee. The amenities are comprehensive, including electric blankets, air conditioning, and more. The staff at Nirvana Hotel are very warm and welcoming—they reserved a parking spot right in front of the entrance for us in advance and took the initiative to help with our luggage. Highly praised! I definitely recommend staying at Nirvana Hotel if you plan to visit Labrang Monastery.
