Hotels With spa in Northern Mindanao, Philippines

The hotel's location is undoubtedly one of its strongest points—conveniently situated near key attractions and easily accessible to public transportation, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The air conditioning in the room was highly effective, providing a refreshing escape from the heat outside. However, I was disappointed to find that breakfast was not included in the stay, which would have added more value to the overall experience. Additionally, the walls between rooms seemed quite thin, as noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, affecting the overall comfort and tranquility. Soundproofing improvements would greatly enhance the quality of stay for future guests.

We enjoy our overnight stay at LUXE Hotel with my family. The hotel is located within the area of Lim Ket Kai Center where restaurants, mall and other commercial establishments. LUXE Hotel, s swimming pool is nice, it is infinity lukewarm water pool. The foods are sumptous and the restaurant is cozy. It also give discount to government employees. With a very heartwarming experience staying at LUXE Hotel, wishing for another staycation experience and becomes a part of my personal experience and a part of my memory lane to reckon about, together with my family and friends. .

The ambiance of the place is lively and vibrant, with tasty welcome drinks and a superb bar. However, there were two experiences that required attention from the management for improvement. Firstly, after checking in, we found that there were no towels available in our room. We requested some from the front desk, but they were still not delivered by the time we returned from dinner, necessitating another follow-up. Secondly, after we had transferred to another resort, my husband realized he had left his charger at Unwind. Despite calling the hotel's mobile number, we were unable to reach anyone, so we decided to drive back (a 26km journey) to retrieve it. Unfortunately, when my husband inquired about the charger, he was informed that housekeeping had not found it. We are certain that it's the only place where we left the charger because we still used it in the evening. We just forgot to unplug it when we checked out and transferred to another resort.

I was supposed to stay for one night, but my stay was extended due to work-related obligations. Luckily, the staff was kind enough to let me stay in my room and extend it. Thank you so much!

Hotel location is good, there are many restaurants around. The room is quite big, but the things are not complete, the front desk lady is very beautiful.

Pros - Location - wise it's great. It's right in the heart of the city. You can easily walk around or get a motorcycle outside the place. - The staff were quite polite and amiable. Cons - The amenities and cleanliness level is very substandard. - Noisy. If you are looking for a quite place to wind down after long hours of travel, then I suggest you reconsider booking here.

It was so amazing, I love the place it was a little cold yet it is indeed a Paraiso overlooking and so relaxing I can surely recommend the place the rooms are wonderful so elegant for the taste and likes of everybody there lot’s of spots where you can take you can take pictures

Trully comfortable. TV worked, representatives at ALL LEVELS are wonderful and invitingly helpful. I'll be back!!

Staff are nice. They should improve their breakfast choices. Gym area is not ideal since it has limited equipment, area is small, and no proper ventilation.

This place is so lovely in every way. Will 100% stay again and recommend to everyone I know. It’s one of the best stays I’ve had in Southeast Asia. Really special and the staff and ownership are excellent aside from the amazing accommodations and property itself.
