"The room can be good for a single or a couple. The thing is that the shower was extremely tiny. I am a 1.50 cm tall girl and I struggled in the shower because it was so small. The toilet is okay. The sink ok. I didn't see any fan or AC. I saw a heater but I went during summer. The wi-fi worked well. The hotel is quiet. They have elevator and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was very simple: coffee, shot of ginger, granola with yogurt, an apple and a croissant. You can have it at the lobby restaurant or they can pack it to you. It was very nice that every day after 5 pm they give you a glass of wine for free. Around the hotel there were restaurants and the train station was a walking distance. I would stay here for the location but if you are BIG you might not fit in the shower."

DDaniel_ZXFThe hotel is right next to Copenhagen Airport, but it's about a 1.7km walk. An easier way is to take the free shuttle bus from Terminal 3, get off at the airport car rental pick-up point, and then use Google Maps from there to walk to the Copenhagen Airport hotel, which is about 1.7km away.

GGuest UserMy overall stay was quite pleasant.
The room, though not large, was well-designed, clean, and tidy. The bed was comfortable, and all basic amenities were provided. The bathroom was a bit compact, but perfectly functional for daily use. The hotel offers self-service check-in and check-out, which was simple and convenient.
The hotel's location is excellent, close to both the Ørestad Metro and train stations, all within walking distance. There's also the large Fields shopping center nearby. It's super convenient for getting to Copenhagen city center by metro or Copenhagen Airport by train, making it ideal for tourists.
Breakfast was also more extensive than I expected, with croissants, bread, ham, salami, cheese, eggs, and vegetables like cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and bell peppers. There was a good variety, and it was a very decent hotel breakfast.
The only thing I think could be improved is the soundproofing in the rooms; it's a bit weak. Sometimes I could hear noise from the hallway or other rooms, which might be an issue for light sleepers.
Overall, with its convenient transportation, clean rooms, good breakfast, and decent value for money, it was a very satisfactory stay. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Copenhagen.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the city centre. All the major tourist attractions are within walking distance, and the surroundings are beautiful and feel safe to walk around. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel with a direct connection to the airport, and Tivoli Gardens is extremely close by.
The hotel is always busy and lively. I was a little concerned about safety because I had to catch a bus to the airport at 3 a.m., but the bus stop was very close, and there were always people around the hotel area. The staff are also available 24/7.
You will be lucky if you get clean, quiet, and considerate roommates. The bathroom is quite small, and I think the lower bunk located right next to the bathroom is probably the most inconvenient bed, as you have to deal with quite a lot of noise. The lockers in the rooms are not large enough to fit a cabin-sized suitcase and can only accommodate a small backpack. You also need to bring your own padlock, and I would recommend bringing slippers as well. The bed itself looked clean, but the storage compartments and the gaps around the bed were quite dirty. However, considering how large and busy the hotel is, I can understand that it may be difficult to keep every area perfectly clean at all times.

GGuest UserI and my son stayed for 3 days (btw 26-29 May ) at a Deluxe Room at 5th floor. Hotel Location was very close to TIVOLI and Central Station. Room was clean and wide. I stayed on ”Breakfast included” basis.. Since I am an omelette or scrambled egg person at breakfast, the breakfast menu was sufficient for me because omelette and scrambled egg they were included under breakfast menu. . However, I've seen same star hotels with much more richer breakfasts of course.
1) Our 5th floor room was reachable via 2 elevators. Firrst you take an elevator and go to 1st floor. Then at 1st floor you walk through a looong coridor. I guess, after this long walk we reach to an additional building of hotel which you cannot understand.. From there you get the elevator again and reach 5th floor. ( I stayed at room 1503 )
2) Everyday the room was cleaned.
3) The reastaurant staff was very friendly and they were giving service in a very kind way.
4) The reception staff; They did not do anything wrong, but normally I expect a larger smile and more welcoming, energyc, warm attitudes when I step in a hotel. I do not know why I could not feel this at this hotel reception. Secondly, when the Italian male receptionst asked me about my room choice when checking in ( room with a view OR quite room looking at inner garden ), I said I prefer the room with VIEW. However, when I was choosing the room with view, I did not know that room was looking at a street where ROAD CONSTRUCTION was going on. He only told me that street can be crowded only during weekend. I said we will leave until weekend so I thought that I will not be effected from any street noise at a evening. But a CONSTRUCTION NOISE during day that he did not mention was not nice.
Overall, it is a nice hotel. But ask where your room is exactly located and ask if you will reach by 1 or 2 elevators.

HHakkaGirlReason for choosing this hotel: The location is superb! It's very close to Copenhagen Central Station, about a 3-minute walk. Plus, there are cheap supermarkets, a 7-Eleven, two metro stations nearby, free luggage storage, and breakfast included. All things considered, even though it cost NT$13,000 per night, I think it was well worth it!
1. I sent an email with questions beforehand; the first one got no reply, but the second one was answered within a day. The front desk staff seemed young and energetic.
2. The room was more spacious than expected. Four people could open their 24-inch suitcases without any problem. There was a large enough wardrobe and excellent lighting. However, after exiting the elevator, we had to climb four more steps to reach our room (I guess it's connected to another building).
3. The room had a capsule coffee machine (with two bottled waters) and tea bags, which were all quite good.
4. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The hairdryer was wall-mounted in the bathroom, but the airflow was a bit weak and it overheated. We ended up borrowing another one from the front desk. If you're particular, it's best to bring your own.
5. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but I think it was thoughtfully prepared. There were self-serve tea sets, various flavored drinks, fresh fruit, yogurt, delicious bread (Danish croissants were really good!), tasty boiled eggs, and simple hot dishes. What was a bit unusual was that the coffee was served in a large pot on the table; it wasn't as good as freshly ground coffee and tasted just average. It was okay with oat milk.
6. A thoughtful touch was that we arrived at around 8 AM on the check-in day. We were given a card that allowed access to the ground floor restrooms (two quite spacious ones) and the luggage room. The lobby was very comfortable, and I felt like a lady of leisure just taking photos there! We also stored our luggage until 8 PM on the check-out day.
7. If I had stayed at another hotel, I might have had to spend an extra NT$1,000+ for luggage storage. So, even though this hotel seemed expensive at first glance, I think it offered great value for money. It's important to consider these hidden costs.

MMani HiuI was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel's location is very convenient, making it easy to get to all the attractions in Copenhagen, and public transportation nearby is excellent. Copenhagen's scenery is beautiful, the city environment is pleasant, and it's great for walking tours. The hotel's overall accommodation environment was comfortable and the service was good. It was a very pleasant stay, and I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Copenhagen.

GGuest UserThe atmosphere was genuinely welcoming and relaxed and the location is great, but the hygiene is not really good for the bathroom, there is a weak water flow for the shower, and the hotel reception was in the bar, and the rooms were above the bar, making it a bit noisy at night. This hostel don't have any common areas; you either went out or stayed in the dorm. They didn't even provide shower gel or shampoo.

GGuest UserThe location is a bit out of the way, requiring about a 20-minute bus ride to the city center.
As for the accommodation, it was my first time staying in a 'camping-style' hostel. Essentially, they make maximum use of a large room, using tents to create smaller, individual spaces. This is supposed to differentiate it from a dormitory with dozens of beds in one big room. However, the actual experience isn't fundamentally different from a hostel with 30-40 beds in a single room. The tents offer no soundproofing, and the beds inside each tent are practically touching.
On the positive side, the washroom facilities are quite good. It's clear they are regularly cleaned, and there are plenty of them.

MMiss MeneI was a bit worried capsule hotels might feel cramped, but the environment here was excellent and didn't feel constricting at all. The main highlight was how clean the toilets were. They also provide a microwave and an air fryer, so you can buy food and heat it up yourself. Overall, I was very satisfied.

CCharsushI booked to stay at Hotel Mayfair after my flight was cancelled and I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby is absolutely gorgeous and there’s a really nice outside area as well as a gym. My room was very spacious, clean and decorated beautifully however I would have appreciated maybe a kettle and some tea and coffee in the room but that was available at the hotel lobby. The location was great very central just next to Tivoli Gardens with lots of food options in the area.
