Спасибо людям, которые писали в отзывах, как найти отель. Без них мы наверное никогда его не нашли. Это огромное здание, в котором находится казино. Чтобы попасть в отель, нужно обойти его и со стороны двора войти в дверь, где написано Reception B, и на лифте подняться на 33 этаж. В целом вариант неплохой. Мы брали номер Junior. Диван не раскладывается, для второго ребенка нам поставили дополнительную раскладушку. Есть маленький балкончик. Но вид не такой шикарный как на фото, потому что кругом стройка. Задние стоит торцом к морю, из номеров море видно, но между другими зданиями. Мы жили 5 дней. Номер убирали каждый день, полотенца поменяли на 4ый день. Постель нам каждый день заправляли, но вроде не меняли. Завтраки вкусные, но выбор очень маленький. Само кафе тоже маленькое, но уютное, там же на 33 этаже. Персонал все молоденькие девочки, по-русски почти никто не говорит, общались на английском. Депозит с нас не брали. Обратный вылет у нас был поздно вечером, мы попросили оставить сумки до вечера, оставили без проблем, но камеры хранения у них нет, просто на ресепшене стояли. Очередей в лифт не было (как в соседних заданиях orbi).

Отель в целом нам очень понравился. Находиться в старом Батуми , красивые улочки , рядом в пешей доступности , все достопримечательность. Единственное сначала нас заселили в номер 421 , там было очень шумно ночью спать и кондиционер очень сильно гудел , попросили поменять нам номер на более тихий , нам сразу поменяли . В целом шумоизоляция на 3 , в номере было слышно как сливаешься воду на этаже выше. Очень вкусные завтраки, есть и рыбы и разновидность сыров , хамон. Можно попросить сделать скрэмбл или глазунью . Бассейн большой , теплый и чистый , а вид с него прекрасный . Попросили утюг и доску гладильную , принесли в номер .Отель однозначно рекомендую.

The hotel does not actively provide disposable items such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, etc., but you can ask the front desk to deliver them to the room. Hygiene: The daily cleaning is very good, especially the toilets and bathrooms are cleaned very cleanly, and the lobby and public areas are also very atmospheric. Location: Located in the heart of Batumi Old Town, within a 10-minute walk you can reach Europe Square, the Ferris Wheel, the Ali & Nino sculpture and the seaside. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to Batumi Airport and about 10 minutes to drive to Batumi Central Railway Station. Service: English service is available at the front desk. A fire escape drill was conducted at night when checking in, and the staff informed the guests one by one. The breakfast is quite satisfactory, not many hot dishes, maybe it is a local custom

The place is great as well as the environment. Please note that in winter you will need special transportation to get to the hotel. There was too much chlorine in the pool.

We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Wonderful location with great scenery from the balcony, the staff were friendly and ready to offer help when needed. Thank you so much Miramar hotel, looking forward to staying there again. See you next time

Отличный отель в центре Старого города. Расположение - идеально, пешком до основных достопримечательностей. Рядом много кафе и магазинов. Из окна была видна новогодняя елка на площади Европы )) бонусом при открытом окне можно было слушать концерт на площади прямо в номере. Номер - большой, удобный, превзошел ожидания Завтрак - очень хороший, большой выбор блюд, каждый день блюда менялись, каждый день было что-то из местной кухни, остались довольны Сервис - персонал очень любезен, заселили раньше времени заезда, на все вопросы и пожелания реагировали мгновенно В целом остались очень довольны отелем, можем советовать для проживания

Nice clean hotel.Good room, little bit small, but we still liked it. No real complaints

酒店位置不錯，距離海邊很近，就在老城中心，到巴統廣場和歐洲廣場都衹幾分鐘的路程。是一幢有年紀的歷史建築。房間不錯，很大，安放兩個行李箱綽綽有餘，還有舒服的躺椅。好幾扇窗，可惜窗外有廢墟，對面老房子被拆得衹剩框架，倒是沒有裝修聲音的打擾——沒看到在裝修。和賭場相連，兩三點鐘時還能隱約聽到外面遊客的喧鬧聲，但不影響睡眠。 吃了一次早餐，30拉里一人，品種不算多——外面的早餐，或者説格魯吉亞的早餐，本來就不算豐富吧。 問題：空調出風口正對着床，而不管怎麼調試，空調的風都很大。 服務不錯。

The staff is the heart of any hotel. -the view from the rooms is gorgeous, the area is well-kept, the construction does not interfere. -high-quality materials, competent construction There is only one minus for me - a hole of 10-15 cm on the balcony, a child may not fall, since there is a rope, but he will break his leg, hanging there. There are no other minuses, but there are some things that I would like to draw the management's attention to (maybe someone will not notice this, but I noticed it due to my professional activities): - they do not provide foot towels, they removed them the first time, and they did not bring them again, although they are exactly what you need with the shower and their replacement. - if the hotel positions itself as 5 stars, then there should be all the cosmetics and slippers, and not just soap and shampoo (but I assume that 5 * will be officially after the completion of the construction of other buildings) - they hung a do not disturb sign at lunch for two hours, then hung a remove sign - no one cleaned it until 2 days later when we contacted the reception, I understand that the maids do not always see, but they can pass by again after lunch when people go to the beach - in a hotel by the sea this would be logical. - our bed linen was changed only the day before departure😁 - there are a lot of dogs in Kobuleti, and accordingly on the beach. I love them very much, but not on the beach. When you are sitting with a child, and they are here nearby and squabbling with each other. I would like a private beach in such a hotel, which would be monitored. Again, I repeat, these are not some critical minuses. We had a good rest, we liked the hotel, we liked the staff, if you look at it in general, everything is great!
