The location is strategic, the hotel facilities are very complete, the connecting room is the same as 1 king/queen bed, and you get the best view from the hotel. Especially the hotel is kids friendly so the kids are very happy. Highly recommended for a staycation with family

Stains exists on freshly washed bed sheets. The hotel's laundry somehow couldn't get rid of such stains leading to perception of unwashed / unchanged bedsheets Bath towels have fermented smell like they have not been sunned / dried enough after washing

Location strategic. Room is on smaller side and they don't provide babycrib. Cleanliness needs to be improved. But their breakfast was superb. Pool and kid playground also small. The highlight was only the breakfast

While the price point is slightly on the higher side, the quality of service, amenities, and overall experience makes it worth every penny. Relatively newer in structure and design. Love the layout of the Family Room. Love the friendly staffs from the front desk to the concierge. Their wide variety of breakfast is nice and delicious....Its my 2nd time staying there....Highly recommended

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but I chose it because it’s conveniently located near my workplace. I was really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and service. Everything was excellent. The amenities were complete, the staff were attentive, and the overall experience truly felt like a genuine five-star stay. However, I was a bit surprised to learn that a deposit of Rp500,000 per room was required upon check-in, as this information was not mentioned on Trip.com. It would be helpful if this detail were clearly stated in advance for guests’ convenience. Even though it’s not right in the heart of the city, transportation is easy since online taxis are readily available. Getting to the city center or exploring nearby attractions was no problem at all. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Definitely a hotel I’d consider returning to.
