The hotel is newly decorated and clean, the room has enough space and offers endless sea views. We chose a room with an open-air bath. It was very relaxing to enjoy the private bath while admiring the sea and sky. The staff at the counter were very polite. Although they couldn't communicate in English very well, they tried their best to help using translation software. We paid extra to enjoy the Ama-no-Yu, the scenery was just as beautiful. The purpose of vacation is to treat yourself well!

The food selection was extensive, and the surroundings were beautiful. Our sea-view room was spacious, and the hot springs were incredibly relaxing. After a good soak, a variety of refreshing drinks were available, making for an incredibly satisfying experience.

Had a great stay here and a wonderful overall experience. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. I booked this hotel to relax for two days, and it was perfect for that. The rooms are a bit outdated, but they’re clean and comfortable. The location is a little far from the city, but the free hourly shuttle buses to both the airport and downtown definitely make up for it. The food in the restaurants is good, and the hotel also has a gym and spa, which is great.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, with many buses running to and from Narita Airport. For those on a tight schedule, you can drop off your luggage at the hotel directly after arriving at the airport in the morning. The hotel is a bit old but well-maintained, the front desk staff are very enthusiastic, and the breakfast is good.

The front desk service at the hotel was decent; a gentleman with glasses thoughtfully asked if I preferred service in Japanese or English. After checking in, he kindly reminded me to pick up disposable toiletries in the lobby. However, the twin room in the West Wing wasn't as large as I'd imagined. Still, for a hotel in the Tokyo area, the room size is actually above average, and I could easily lay out a large suitcase. It's clean and comfortable, making it perfect for a temporary layover. For a longer stay, though, the location is a bit too remote and inconvenient for getting around. The hotel is indeed right next to Narita Terminal 3, but walking there isn't straightforward due to the winding roads. I'd recommend waiting for the hotel shuttle bus at stop 25 outside T2 or stop 16 at T1; the bus schedule is posted, and the bus itself will have 'Tobu Hotel' written on the side.

We stayed here on my boyfriend's birthday. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, including Japanese and Western food, and onigiri rice balls made right in front of you.

The room was excellent, very clean and quite spacious. The hotel staff were very attentive and even upgraded our room for free, accommodating my two daughters and me. The location is convenient, with a free shuttle bus to the subway. Within a 10-minute walk, there are convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants near the hotel. Tokyo Bay is just a 5-minute walk away. The outdoor scenery is beautiful. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

Facilities: Very complete. Hygiene: Also quite good. Environment: Since it's close to the airport, the environment is still nice. Service: Excellent! Although communication was quite a struggle because we didn't meet any staff who spoke Chinese, they were very patient. It was a completely barrier-filled yet warm communication experience (all thanks to translation apps).

We would like to compliment the staff Robin for making our stay most memorable. He helped us coordinate our 2 night stay due to flight changes as a result of bad weather. On top of it, he helped to make transport arrangements to the nearest hospital for a medical attention. Finally, it was a pleasant surprise from him to send an anniversary card personally to our room. Excellent service from the front line staff :)

Spacious rooms, a rarity in Japan 😂, plus beautiful sea views! Excellent value for money! We stayed here because we were going to Disneyland the next day. It's less than a 5-minute walk to catch the Disney Resort Line monorail to the park, and you can even see the Disneyland fireworks from the hotel at night. Facilities: Quite new. Although the room doesn't provide free bottled water, there are water and ice dispensers on every floor. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Pretty quiet, not noisy. There's a Lawson convenience store on the ground floor where you can buy things. Service: At breakfast, staff were on hand to guide guests queuing for the buffet, which was very orderly.
