This hotel is perfect for a layover. The shuttle schedule is very clear, and the pick-up/drop-off point is consistently the same, which is super convenient. The driver holds a sign at the airport and Narita Station for pickups and leaves right on time. The shuttles to the airport and to Narita AEON Mall are different colors, making them easy to distinguish. The hotel's waiting room has Wi-Fi and fewer people, making it more comfortable than waiting in the main lobby.
The hotel exterior looks new, and the lobby is spacious – seriously, it doesn't look like a lobby for this price, haha. The restaurant on the first floor is quite lively; lunch and dinner seem to be buffet style, costing around 200+ RMB per person.
For luggage storage, you scan a QR code, which eliminates the risk of losing a tag. There's a FamilyMart convenience store on the first floor that's open 24 hours, though tax-free service only starts at 1 PM and also ends quite early. Check-in for rooms is available from 3 PM.
Narita Omotesando is really bustling, with ice cream and grilled eel shops everywhere. It's a nice place to wander around for a couple of hours if you have nothing else planned.
However, the room's cleanliness was a bit haphazard. I found a blonde hair, a black hair, and a yellow hair on the pillowcase. Since I was only staying one night, I let it slide. The duvet had a sheet placed underneath it instead of a proper duvet cover. A corner of the tissue box in the room was peeling up, and the furniture showed some wear and tear. It felt like the interior furnishings were a bit old.
Overall, this hotel is ideal for early morning or late-night flights and offers great value for money.

📍 Transportation: The top choice for Disneyland trips
The hotel's transportation to Disneyland is incredibly convenient. Whether by public transport or taxi, it's very easy to get there. You won't waste time traveling, which is perfect for guests who need to wake up early for the park. Returning to the hotel quickly to rest and recover from a tiring day is also a huge plus.
🛒 Amenities: Full marks for convenience
There are two Lawson convenience stores right downstairs, which is definitely a bonus for travelers! You can grab breakfast like rice balls, sandwiches, and hot drinks, perfect if you're in a hurry. Before heading to the park, you can stock up on Disneyland essentials like water, snacks, and raincoats. Coming back from the park at night, you can also pick up late-night snacks and daily necessities. Shopping and restocking are super convenient, no need to go out of your way at all.
Overall, the stay was fantastic! The double convenience of transportation and amenities made the Disneyland trip much more relaxed. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious with three beds, and the bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. Breakfast was decent, and if you skipped it, you could use its value towards lunch or dinner. The executive lounge's happy hour was quite good, but breakfast there only consisted of bread. The hotel shuttle service was infrequent. However, the airport bus was very convenient. Our room faced Kasai Rinkai Park, and on clear days, we could even see Mount Fuji.
This hotel in central Japan has a pretty spacious room, and the facilities are pretty much all there. The best part about this hotel is the abundance of food options right outside, plus it's super close to both the subway and JR lines. There's also Kosei Park and an old street nearby, which are great for exploring.
The room was pretty clean, and the bed was big enough, just as expected. The 7-Eleven downstairs was absolutely amazing, a real highlight! It even snowed when we were there, which was incredibly beautiful. This was my first time getting a wooden room key, and it was a nice touch, a good experience overall.
My friend booked this hotel for our layover, and it's super close to the airport, just a 10-minute drive. They have a shuttle every half hour that goes to both T1 and T2. For T2, head to platform 33, and for T1, it's platform 16 – don't get them mixed up!
Chose this hotel as we were attending an event to be held at Makuhari Convention Center. 100% worth it!
Room - spacious
Distance to venue - literally 3 mins walk
Will return to this hotel again for sure
We stayed in an ocean view room with an open-air bath. I took him there without telling him, but he loved the open-air bath. Also, since it was his birthday, the hotel prepared a cake for him. I called in advance to ask about the type of cake and when to serve it, and they responded quickly on the day despite being busy. The dinner buffet and breakfast were both delicious, and I would definitely stay here again. This is a hotel I would recommend to many people.
The Narita Tobu Hotel Airport offers frequent complimentary shuttle bus services with direct access to Narita Airport’s Terminals 1 and 2, making it exceptionally convenient for travelers. Unlike the compact business hotels commonly found in the city, this hotel provides rooms with a sense of spatial comfort—well-proportioned, clean, and thoughtfully designed to offer a dignified stay.
Generous Space: Even the standard rooms are spacious enough to accommodate two fully opened 28-inch suitcases. This is especially valuable for travelers who need a final opportunity to organize their belongings before heading home.
In addition, the hotel features a 24-hour convenience store, as well as a gym and an indoor swimming pool (available at an extra charge). As a long-established property, some room designs may feel slightly dated. However, for those who appreciate minimalism or cutting-edge modernity, this subtle retro charm may offer a pleasantly nostalgic experience.

It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there.

HHeiluotuoThis hotel is great, really close to Narita Airport, and they offer a free shuttle service. Just be sure to check the schedule carefully. The hotel is very clean and includes a complimentary breakfast, which is excellent and offers a wide variety of both Western and Japanese options, including boiled eggs and raw eggs. There's also free parking and a complimentary hot spring package to Tokyo Yuurakujo.

GGuest UserThe hotel room is spacious. There's a free shuttle bus to Maihama and the subway station, which is right across from the hotel. They also have another shuttle bus service. The buffet breakfast is served in the main hall on the first floor. It's originally 4000 yen, but after discount, it's 3200 yen, which is pretty good for a taste of Japanese specialties, but be prepared to queue. When returning from Disney, you can buy bento boxes in the lobby, which are also decent.
