Hotel has signs of aging but overall still maintained well and clean.
It has free shuttle bus to the airport starting at 5am to just before midnight so it’s very convenient. In any case, the hotel is only a 10 minute walk to Terminal 3. From Terminal 3, there are free airport shuttle buses to the other Terminals that leaves every 10 minutes.
It has also free shuttle buses to JR Narita Sta. and Aeon Mall which is convenient! Walking along Naritasan Omotesando and exploring Shinsoji Temple was a great way to end our trip to Japan.
No complains with the service. They respond to messages and inquiries from this app.
We forwarded our luggages here and we had no problems with it.
Overall, a great two night stay!

Travelled to Japan for a 2 week getaway. Decided to treat myself to a better hotel. Turns out it was the best choice made on the trip. When I was checking in I was told I got a free upgrade, from the double room I booked (3-4th floor) I ended up on the 11th floor (top floor), although a simple upgrade it definitely enhanced the experience. Stayed for 7 nights and it felt amazing returning to a safe, clean and ultra comfortable room every night. Was able to see fuji-san from the balcony, what a treat!
If any is considering upgrading their trip by booking a slightly more expensive room, please choose this one! Highly recommended!
Good for a day arriving to or departing from Narita airport. The room is like a traditional hotel nothing special. Good: Shuttle bus to and from airport and Aeon mall and also Familymart inside hotel. Bad: seems like air condition and heater control came from hotel. Feel not comfort while sleeping.
This hotel is conveniently located near Narita Airport. After landing, I was picked up by a shuttle bus at platform 33 in Terminal 2 and arrived at the hotel smoothly. It's a large property with excellent facilities and the staff are very friendly. I was lucky enough to be checked in by a ********* girl at the front desk. They kindly stored my two large suitcases for free for 15 days, which was a huge relief and really took the burden off my Japan trip planning. Such thoughtful service! I didn't hesitate to book this hotel again for my last night in Japan. Even without Japanese or English, communication wasn't an issue, and the hygiene was also very good. It's super convenient for getting around; attractions are within walking distance, and the nearby supermarket even offers discounts on sashimi and set meals after 6 PM, which is a great deal.
The hotel room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We stayed as a group of four and were provided with queen-size beds and twin single, which were very comfortable. T bathrooms, which was very convenient for us. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. 👍

This is a beautiful hotel right on the waterfront.
It's also great that Kamogawa Sea World is within walking distance.
When we arrived at Awa-Kamogawa Station, we were greeted by a minibus, left our luggage, and headed directly to Kamogawa Sea World to watch the killer whale show. We were greeted with seawater by the killer whales, and both my husband and I got soaked! It felt amazing!
The building has moved from the former Yoshidaya to a location adjacent to Kamogawa Sea World. Before the move, it was a popular inn, but it has now been demolished and replaced by the modern Yoshidaya building.
In the basement of the current building, there is a memory museum that brings back memories, and it was a nostalgic experience.
There are many baths, including a large open-air bath, three bathtubs, and a sauna. Soaking in the open-air bath while looking out at the ocean and listening to the sounds of the waves was incredibly relaxing.
For breakfast and dinner, a buffet of Japanese and Western dishes is served, with so many options that families with children can enjoy, it's almost impossible to finish them all. The food was also cooked right in front of us, so we enjoyed it piping hot.
Kamogawa city has lost much of its former charm and feels a bit deserted, but there are still lots of surfers and it feels the same as it did in the past. The coffee shop is gone, but in its place there is a single konbi restaurant in front of the station.
I chose Kamogawa Grand Hotel and it was a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The shuttle bus from Haneda Airport directly to the hotel entrance is super convenient. To get to Disneyland, you just take the free Disney shuttle from the first floor, and then hop on the Disney Resort Line monorail. This time, we could even see fireworks from our room at night!
This hotel in central Japan has a pretty spacious room, and the facilities are pretty much all there. The best part about this hotel is the abundance of food options right outside, plus it's super close to both the subway and JR lines. There's also Kosei Park and an old street nearby, which are great for exploring.
We were deeply impressed and moved throughout our stay. The impeccable lounge service, the breathtaking views, and the delicious cuisine truly provided an extraordinary escape from our daily routines. The chilled amazake in the post-bath lounge was absolutely delightful! My mother and I have already discussed coming back for a 3-day, 2-night stay next time. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
This hotel is great, really close to Narita Airport, and they offer a free shuttle service. Just be sure to check the schedule carefully. The hotel is very clean and includes a complimentary breakfast, which is excellent and offers a wide variety of both Western and Japanese options, including boiled eggs and raw eggs. There's also free parking and a complimentary hot spring package to Tokyo Yuurakujo.

SSharon Tang (Sharon 852)It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there.
KkangniconnieThere's an airport shuttle bus that goes directly to the hotel, and having two Lawson convenience stores downstairs is incredibly convenient. You can easily walk to the train station for Sea Land, and the shuttle bus to Maihama Station is also very convenient and quick. I'll definitely stay here again next time! The room was spacious, and my kids had a great time.
