Among the Yuda Onsen hotels, this was one I really wanted to visit. While it's older, it was cleaner than I expected, and the service was excellent. The hot springs were also fantastic. My nephew, who was with me, said it was even better than Yufuin Onsen, so we soaked in the hot springs both morning and evening. I usually enjoy buffet breakfasts at hotels, but Matsumasa's breakfast was clean and delicious.
I'd love to stay here again.
The room is small enough to open a 24-inch suitcase.
The bed is hard, the pillows are softer and collapsed, and there is a spare pillow in the lobby (hard or soft), but near the smoking room, there will be smoke on the pillows.
The room is quite clean and tidy. The magnet provided on the door can be used to inform the guests whether to organize the next day. If not, the new towels and garbage bags will be hung on the door handle.
Breakfast tastes OK, but the items are less than the general hotel, eating is OK, eating coincidence may have to be considered.
The overall stay is also comfortable!
Unbeatable location with many rooms ( or all rooms) and public spaces facing Tsunoshima Bridge. Our room faced the ocean directly with no obstruction. The bath was also quite decent and the outdoor bath is next to the sea. You can enjoy the sound of the waves while bathing in the hot spa. It should be quite spectacular during sunset. The spa was probably renovated within the last 10 years as it was in good condition.
The room , however, felt old and the corridor was damp. The carpet in the room felt damp and the room felt stuffy. The AC worked well and we turned it on high. Our triple room as spacious but I felt itchy the whole night while sleeping- although the sheets looked clean ( I slept on the added bed). The other two beds looked slumped in the middle.
Bathroom also looked quite old( from the 70’s)?
My room was at the far end wing and there were lots of stairs to walk up and down from the front desk which was on the third floor. The staff will help to bring the luggages to your room ( also at check out - just call).
Hotel restaurant serves dinner buffet . If you are not interested, the hotel also has a list of restaurants nearby with 10-30 minutes drive. We drove out to have yakitori in a small down, which was very local, but with friendly owner, good food- and super cheap price ( each yakitori was about ¥120-150 yen.
Breakfast buffet has both Japanese and western offers, taste was average. Overall service was very good.
I was surprised to drink all-you-can-drink in the hall.
If you investigate the homepage in advance before booking, you should be able to spend a good deal.
The location is good because it is in the city and there are places to eat and convenience stores nearby. That doesn't mean I can hear the outside sound, but it was quiet.
I think the room is clean and the size is just right. It was good to have a large communal bath at any time.
I can hear quite a bit of the sound in the hallway! I was until check-out, but I think it was the sound of cleaning, but the sound was too loud and I couldn't calm down.
Other than that, it was good overall. I would like to stay again if I have another chance.
It is right next to Yamaguchi Station and is close to convenience stores and restaurants. The facilities feel old and there are no amenities other than the room, but the wifi speed is fast and the breakfast is compliant.
I stayed at the capsule hotel.
The location was great, and I was able to walk to the Ruri Five-Story Pagoda.
The staff were very helpful, even at night, and I was provided with a work kimono (work clothes), two towels, slippers, and other amenities, and I could even choose my own pillow, so I was very satisfied!
Absolutely perfect!
The dinner is served by a dedicated person, with a menu, and indoor dining, with a family taste.
The hot spring facilities are good, and the hot spring pools inside and outside are not crowded and clean.
The location is good, five minutes away from the bus station, you can go to Xinshankou Station.
It was reasonable considering the use of New Year. Japanese-style room for three parents and children. Lay out the futon yourself. The sheets are folded in a large plastic bag, so I make them myself. It's a little hard. The futon is thin and hard.
The room itself was rather large. It is connected to the next room, so it may be a room that can be used by group guests. There was a walking closet. It is Hiro 々. The unit bus is insanely narrow.
The washbasin is so narrow and difficult to use. The water supply is also shared by switching between the washbasin and the shower in the bath. It's an old type that adjusts the two faucets of hot water and water, so it's troublesome. It was interesting to be able to pour various shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and bath salts from the dispenser into the cup and choose and bring them on the first floor. There was also a slightly higher commercial brand.
I'm glad that breakfast is also included for free. There are few types, but I was grateful enough to think that it was included for free. Since it was New Year, Obushi dishes were also lined up.

GGuest UserIchinomata Onsen Grand Hotel offers a serene and rejuvenating experience. Set in a beautiful location, it features traditional Japanese architecture and onsen (hot spring) facilities that provide a perfect way to relax. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, often with stunning views of the surrounding nature. Guests can enjoy delicious local cuisine, and the staff is known for their warm hospitality. It's an excellent choice for those looking to unwind and immerse themselves in Japanese culture. Whether you're traveling for leisure or a romantic getaway, Ichinomata Onsen Grand Hotel is a wonderful destination!

JJames_ParkI visited Tokuyama Port for work related to docked ships. It was close enough to walk to. The hotel was cleaned daily and maintained in a spotless condition. There was a Family Mart right in front, making it convenient to grab meals. Breakfast featured traditional Japanese cuisine, along with bread and sausages. The staff folded an origami whale with kindness and placed it on the desk. I'll definitely choose Sunroute Hotel again next time!
GGuest UserThe hotel is about 30 minutes away from Miyajima, so I booked a hotel in Iwakuni instead of Miyajima to save money and see Kintai Bridge.
Iwakuni Castle and Kintai Bridge are near the hotel, and I could see Kintai Bridge from my room, which was nice.
There is a large bath and an open-air bath inside the hotel, so I think there are many things to enjoy. You can see Kintai Bridge and Iwakuni Castle from the open-air bath.
Actually, there is not much to see, but I think the large bath alone is worth going.
I originally booked a room with a mountain view, but I was given a room with a view of Kintai Bridge, which was even better.
The staff are all friendly, so even if you don't speak Japanese, they will slowly teach you.

WWilliam Chunsanguy at the front counter was the nicest man i’ve ever met, he drove my friends do the convenience store and laundromat at 10pm and was super hospitable 10/10 i would give my life for that guy
