## Facilities
The facilities are quite new, the room type is spacious, and the bed is comfortable and easy to sleep in. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area.
## Cleanliness
The hygiene is exceptionally clean and tidy. After traveling from the desert in Fes and Chefchaouen, staying at the Hilton felt like returning to modern civilization. The bath towels, in particular, were incredibly soft and fluffy.
## Environment
The location is excellent; it's across from the train station and next to the Tangier City Center Mall. We were also able to park for free in the underground parking lot since we drove. The outdoor pool and terrace on the 13th floor face the Mediterranean Sea, and the sea view from the 15th-floor restaurant is superb!
## Service
The service is beyond words. I got an upset stomach in Chefchaouen, so when I arrived in Tangier, I had to let my partner enjoy the Hilton lounge daily while I rested and recovered. As a Hilton high-tier member, the service was excellent, with complimentary breakfast and executive lounge access. The welcome fruit platter was also more generous than most I've seen in China. During Happy Hour, there was one meat dish, one vegetarian dish, one type of sandwich, two desserts, and over 10 varieties of alcoholic beverages.

This was the best location for Tangiers, right on the door step of the wonderful beach and Mall with just a short taxi ride to the Medina and Old Town.
This was ideal for us as we took our mum who is elderly and found it a bonus that everything was quite close. In terms of service, that could be improved as one of the days we got back to our room which had not been cleaned or tidied at all. In terms of facilities, it would have been great if there was a spa in the hotel as we where there for a chillaxed holiday and that would have been the icing on the cake. The staff was friendly and anything we needed they tried their level best to deliver, one staff in particular who did this was Tahar, he was excellent.

Hotel location and room quality were very good. The breakfast was rich with choices, but number of coffee machines were not enough. There were long queues in front of the only two machines. However, they brewed good coffee from seeds. We enjoyed the beautiful voice and songs of the lady at the piano bar in the evenings, but very interestingly the hotel does not have a bar or cafeteria with a sea view. We had to go out to cafeterias nearby to have a cup of coffee with a sea view after a work day. Also they lacked proper stock of alcohol-free beer. It was only available 3 out of 7 nights we stayed and was extremely expensive. I also think the hotel is a bit on the expensive side compared to what it offers. We would stay there again if we get a better deal than this time. Otherwise we will try another hotel. Staff was generally nice and helpful with a smile.
Great location near shopping and beach. The room was small and tired. Definitely seen better days. The common facilities were very nice and the staff was wonderful.

The hotel is very well located (with a view of the marina), clean, and very well maintained. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The breakfast is also of very good quality.
A huge thank you to Mr. Berrada, the hotel manager, for offering us an additional room because we had booked two double rooms with extra beds (for teenagers), but the rooms were too small to accommodate these beds. A very kind gesture, much appreciated.
I definitely recommend it without hesitation.
Booked for one night to be closer to the airport. Hotel is very high-level for its price. The girl on the respiratory is just a shower! A nice smell at the entrance, generally like in the luxury hotel :)
What didn't like: there are no number of normal shops, i.e. if you need food, you need to take with you, otherwise you have to pay twice or three times. Also in the shower cabin there is no shelves for the equipment. Extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was normal but short. But there was cheese of different kinds. But it seems to be necessary to come straight to 7 a.m. to get to everything.
I also had lunch at the restaurant. I ordered the cake, I got the chicken underheated, it was warm from the top, and it was freezed from the bottom :) She told the waiter to change, as a result they just left the dish cut, heated and served. Like okay, but the portion is not very big for such a price.
Great hotel with a beautiful view of the bay. There is underground parking. You can walk to the port. The room is clean, functional and the staff very kind.
The only negative point is the work at the hotel in the morning.

The hotel, run by Chinese people, was very friendly, and the availability of Chinese electrical outlets was especially convenient. The owner even prepared a Chinese breakfast for us.
The rooms were a bit small, but they had a local charm and were beautifully decorated. The building has five floors, and breakfast is on the top floor!

Don't go to the hotel Iguana Azul!
———————————————————— Note that hotels here charge per person. At the previous hotel, Iguana Azul, the staff initially asked for an extra 300 rupees, but when we refused, they said 200. After haggling down to 100, we reluctantly accepted 200 per night. However, they then wanted us to cancel the booking! What kind of nonsense is this? I paid (prepaid, non-refundable), and they wouldn't let me stay. Such a small hotel treating customers like this! Luckily, we found Blue City Travel, and luckily Ctrip helped us cancel the full amount. Only after the hotel agreed to refund half the cost. The receptionist wanted to pocket the 100 markup; they lacked integrity. They forced customers to cancel their reservations and kicked them out. Remember Iguana Azul, that blue poisonous lizard—never go there!

Lovely riad in the middle, bright and colorful. Parking better near the Parador Hotel, write to riad on whatsapp and you will meet at the parking. Go about 5 minutes up the stairs. We made the right decision to take only one suitcase with us and leave the rest in the car, the more there was one night. The room is very small. Also in the room is only a small window into the interior courtyard, so it is dark. There is an air conditioner, but we slept without it, it wasn't hot at night. The room has a fan, a teapot, a shampoo and a shower gel. Breakfast is beautiful on the terrace with a stunning view.

This hotel is fine, strange thing is the staff noticed our broken glasses and offered to fix it and took it from us. That’s the last time we saw those glasses.

HHOSEINI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Andalucia Hotel, and I must say, I was pleasant by staffs because staffs were more friendly then last vsit.
The Andalucia Hotel's charm and elegance remain unmatched, with its stunning décor, comfortable rooms, and top-notch amenities.
Overall, my experience at the Andalucia Hotel was truly delightful, Thank you front desk team they really do good job. Especially khaustha ( maybe i spell wrong ) & ikram and ayyoub is was always their and help me out i will go back soon again surely.
Apart from restaurant staffs seems bit shy and not much attentive, and some few things which i don’t like was thier as well but few things can’t compare the good part. I hope my next day will be perfect.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very good! Clean, perfect, the sand on the beach is smooth, all the sun loungers have huge soft mattresses, lots of hammocks, all sorts of little sofas to get comfortable. The breakfasts are excellent! There is everything you could want. The food at lunch and dinner is also at a high level, the prices are not cheap, of course, but that is understandable... you are in a hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, there is a sofa and a swing on the balcony))))) The only downside is that some of the staff (even at the reception) do not understand English, even numbers... it is difficult to find out something if there are any problems.
Hhicham abourouhSorry to say that we do not believe the hotel is up to its 5 star standard. It is a good hotel and the hotel does take care to look after it and make it enjoyable for people staying but if you are expecting 5 star quality it will let you down. In the room, inside the kettle, the coffee cup and the spoon were dirty (these hadn’t had a clean before us arriving), there was an awful sewage smell coming from the drain in the shower so bad that if we didn’t shut the bathroom door ah all times our room smelt revolting (this was room 336) I don’t know if it’s a general thing or just unlucky with the room. It felt like at times staff would favour people who have stayed at the hotel before (regulars) or people who had been staying there for a few days rather than welcoming new people. Finally, to top off our stay here, 5am we needed to leave for the airport, we asked the reception if he would kindly just call us a taxi, he told us this would be a charge of 250 DHR (we already knew this should have been no more than 150), we said no thank you walked into the street and got a taxi for 100 DHR. Very bad
