The hotel room is big and there are many restaurants nearby, but the towels are not very clean and are black. The gym on the 6th floor is big and the swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. I stayed there for 6 days in total and it was safe to walk on the road at night.
It's incredibly convenient for late arrivals or early morning flights. Both the service and the food were very good, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The only slight drawback is that the hotel felt a bit dark in some areas due to a lack of windows.
The overall experience is good, hygienic, plenty of hot water, suitable indoor temperature, but the bathroom has a bit of an unpleasant smell, and the price/performance ratio is very high

The location is perfect but everything else needs to be reviewed! The rooms are aging and need a real refresh...Moreover, when we arrived at the hotel at 8:00 a.m. after almost 20 hours of traveling with a baby, our room was available but we were asked to pay an additional €45 to be able to access it. ..(otherwise we had to wait until 3 p.m.!) On the other hand, no compensation for leaving the room early in the morning on the last day of our stay 😉)
2 towels for 3 people, 2 power outlets only available in the room, incessant noise due to single-glazed bedroom window, located on the 1st floor on a busy street...
And finally, impossible to access the roof terrace, all the time taken for ”private events” in short, we were particularly disappointed with our stay in view of the comments we had read before our reservation!
My stay was very short but the staff at the reception were very friendly 24 hours a day. They have free and very safe airport transportation. The facilities are very nice, better than in photos, they have a good location to the airport if you have a long layover. All very well. I would stay here again.

This hotel near Chinatown in Mexico City is relatively clean and comfortable, though a bit below the usual Ibis standard. The location is a good—quiet at night but still close to the central walking areas.
The staff don’t speak English but are kind and do their best to help. The main downside is the bathroom—water doesn’t drain well, so it ends up flooding, which was pretty annoying. Other than that, it’s a decent spot for the price, especially if you’re just looking for somewhere simple and convenient.

Camino Real is always so saucy, and high-end, never disappointing. In the event of the Dead Festival, the elaborate set is immersive and refreshing. The wave pool at the gate also has various surprises.

Very Good
JJimmy-Guothere is no chairs in the loby for rest, my flight is a little late, so when I seat in the lobby chairs, the bar people always push me to order drinks, it make me uncomfortable.

JJCMONACOI have been around three
Times at this hotel. Each time we had another issue. This time Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the morning but t my room 508 was quiet. Last time I stayed at 102 which was exactly above the aircon s. The staff was friendly and welcoming every time. It’s located in a central position of reforma avenue. I walked to the Hidalgo surroundings as well as to Chapultepec park although it’s pretty far . I liked the beauty of the architecture and the old style. It is in dire need of renovationbut still a nice place …
GGuest UserEverything was fine though the shower was from iceberg cold to barely warm, no where near hot. A hot shower is one of the more important details for a hotel room, especutan executive hotel. I took a shower around 10 pm, and another at 4:45 am and both showers were at the same cool temperature despite the water temperature being at the hottest faucet setting.
The bed was comfortable, the air temperature was exactly what we wanted, the little coffee packet was fine, the mini fridge was cold, the water pressure was good, the Internet was fast enough, and the TV screen was large(60”?). There were plenty of things that were good, but we really wanted and expected a hot shower, especially given the price of the room. (Room 105)
We didn't have time to mention the water temperature as we were on a tight travel schedule. Nonetheless, a hot shower is an obvious expectation for an executive hotel or even lower end hotels and motels.
RRon96The lobby sets the tone with its quirky, colorful decor—think neon lights, geometric patterns, and local art celebrating Mexican culture. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the friendly, bilingual staff, who offered quick recommendations for nearby tacos al pastor (a must-try!). The vibe is modern, youthful, and unpretentious—perfect for millennial travelers or families looking for a fun, hassle-free stay.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, surrounded by many restaurants of different flavors, and the streets are beautiful, which is very suitable for eating and shopping. The room is large, the hygiene is good, and the doorman is very nice (I forgot to tip...). The only uncertainty is that there is no air conditioning. I checked in in March, and it might still be a little cold at night, but I don't know if it will be a problem in summer.
GGuest UserAs you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous.
We were upgraded to kingbed room.
Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered.
This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.
MMelInChinaThe room was big and comfortable. The pool was small but clean and well kept. The staff were always very pleasant and helpful.
The location is right next to a few banks, shops and the metro is within 5 minutes walk. The area felt very safe as it’s nearby some embassies.
The only thing that was not great was the elevator. It was extremely slow, you had to always push both up and down for it to arrive on your floor. So most times you’d go to then go down. And I did get stuck in the elevator once with a few other people. They did get us our rather quickly though. They are renovating so hopefully soon their new elevator will be operational.
KkimberlytongThe location of the hotel is good, there are many restaurants around. Because it has been a few years, some facilities in the room can see the traces of time. The service is quite satisfactory, the service at the checkin at the front desk and the outdoor restaurant on the second floor is not bad (pictures 2 and 3 are outdoor restaurants, I ate at the hotel when I arrived late, the food is not exquisite but tastes good). The concierge is more ordinary, with strange eyes and arrogant attitude. What is more excessive is the waiter in the buffet breakfast room. The room rate includes breakfast, but the guest still needs to sign a bill. We gave a tip of 50peso, but unexpectedly, the waiter added a 1 in front of 50 without authorization, and it became 150. It can be seen from the photo that the 1 in front of 50 is quite abrupt, and the writing and color are different from 50. (It’s also our own fault. We only wrote the tip, and didn’t write the total amount to save trouble, because we didn’t intend to give a tip. The waiter just took the coffee pot and asked if he wanted coffee. Apart from that, he didn’t provide anything else. Serve). After staying in the tipping culture for so many years, this is the first time I have encountered such a thing.
