Extremely satisfied with the hotel choice! The room was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated with full amenities. The service was excellent, and they have a parking lot with EV charging stations. It's super convenient to get to Chunxi Road. Overall, a fantastic experience. Five-star rating!

Service was exceptional upon reaching the hotel. Although I wasn't able to make a booking in advance for the free pick-up transfer from the railway station, the receptionist lady was able to kindly provide an immediate service recovery. She was detailed and patient in explaining the hotel provisions as well. I also had a complimentary upgrade to a room that was more spacious. The room was clean and well-equipped with the necessary amenities, and they provide complimentary one-time covers for hygiene purposes. Location was great, less than a 5-minute walk to Baoguo Temple. Overall a good stay at this hotel!

During the National Day holiday, my family and I traveled to Chengdu and Jiuzhaigou. We booked two rooms at this hotel and stayed for five days. The hotel breakfast was good with a decent variety. The self-service laundry room, however, had too few machines, making it difficult to do laundry during the busy National Day period. Room cleaning was inconsistent; the slippers were never replaced unless we reminded them each time. **Cleanliness:** The bedding was clean. **Facilities:** It's an older hotel, so the facilities are a bit dated, but it didn't really affect the overall experience. **Environment:** The hotel's location is excellent. It's very close to Tianfu Square Metro Station, with many dining options nearby. It's also within a 15-minute walk to Chengdu Museum, Science and Technology Museum, and People's Park. **Service:** Very good, generally met all our needs.

I brought my girlfriend here for a trip and booked this hotel in Meishan in advance online. The location is fantastic, right behind the Minjiang Lifestyle Plaza and next to Suzhe Park, making dining, shopping, and entertainment super convenient. The front desk staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, recommending local food and great places to visit. The room we stayed in was wonderful—spacious, with a very comfortable layout and a strong sense of high-end luxury. They also offer complimentary luggage storage at check-out, which is very thoughtful. This will definitely be my top choice next time I visit Meishan. A thoroughly satisfying stay!

Highly recommended! Hyatt Centric The Ring Chengdu is in a prime location with a metro station and a shopping mall right downstairs, making getting around super convenient. The hotel boasts a strong design aesthetic, seamlessly blending post-industrial elements with modern minimalism for a chic, timeless look. It's also very close to Wangjiang Pavilion Park—taking a stroll there on a sunny day is lovely and saves you the hassle of traffic. A special shout-out to Candy for her warm, attentive, and thoughtful service throughout my stay. The Chinese restaurant, Dongda 333, on the 7th floor is definitely worth a visit; the ambiance is stylish, and the Sichuan dishes are authentically flavorful. The guest rooms are quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed. Overall, it was a truly relaxing and pleasant stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Chengdu.

I didn't have much of a detailed plan for my short trip to Chengdu this time; I randomly booked this hotel, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise. It was raining lightly on the day I arrived, and I got a bit wet dragging my luggage. As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby, I immediately felt a sense of warmth. The front desk staff noticed me and proactively offered tissues. The check-in process was relaxed and unhurried; they didn't just rush through the procedures and even kindly reminded me to be careful of slippery surfaces due to the rain. The first impression when I entered the room was how fresh and clean it was, with no stuffy odors. The layout was simple and comfortable. The bedding was neat and soft, and the lighting was gentle and not harsh. After a long journey, coming back to the room allowed me to completely relax. The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, with all the corners well-maintained. The water flow was smooth, and the overall bathroom experience was excellent. The hotel's soundproofing was good; it was very quiet at night, and I had a peaceful and solid night's sleep. At one point, when I went out, I accidentally left my umbrella near the elevator. I thought it would be difficult to get back, but I decided to contact the front desk just in case. The staff quickly helped me check the surveillance footage and successfully retrieved my item. This small incident particularly warmed my heart. Overall, my stay was very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, but what was most remarkable was the genuine service. It wasn't just a rigid formality but sincere and thoughtful care from the heart. It's suitable for both leisure travel and business trips. It was a very pleasant stay, and I will choose this hotel again next time I visit Chengdu.

We arrived at the hotel rather late, and the staff proactively upgraded our room. The room was spotlessly clean and fully equipped. The hotel also provides a complimentary shuttle service to the scenic area, making getting around very convenient. Objectively speaking, the front desk service was excellent, and the hotel lobby and courtyard environment were also very good! However, there was a strange smell in the hallway, and an indescribable odor in the room itself. When I got into bed after washing up at night, the duvet and sheets felt damp and uncomfortable. There was also a persistent smell of urine, which wasn't coming directly from the duvet or sheets, but it lingered throughout the night. I tossed and turned and couldn't sleep well. In the morning, I woke up with many red bumps on my arms and legs. I've booked so many hotels on Ctrip, mostly prioritizing a good environment, and this is the only one that has given me such a bad experience. It's the only hotel that has made me feel this uncomfortable. I originally planned to give feedback to the front desk when checking out, but there was a family of foreign tourists complaining, so I just left without saying much. Anyway, the service itself was commendable!

The hotel is in a great location on Shuanglin Road, Chenghua District, making it very convenient to get around with a short taxi ride to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road. The room was clean and fresh, the bedding was soft for a great night's sleep, and the bathroom featured a wet-dry separation with well-maintained amenities. The front desk staff were polite and handled the check-in process efficiently. The hotel also offers a gym and a self-service laundry room, which are super practical whether you're traveling for leisure or business. The breakfast had a rich variety, catering well to local tastes too. Overall, it offers great value for money with no unpleasant surprises. There are also plenty of shops nearby, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Room: The room is clean and comfortable, and the bed is soft and cosy, allowing us to have a good rest after a day of sightseeing. Staff & Service: The staff are attentive, polite and helpful, and they genuinely try their best to accommodate our requests. I would especially like to commend Xiao Mei for her sincere smile and warm service, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. We also greatly appreciated the hotel’s flexibility in extending our check-out time. This thoughtful arrangement allowed us to leave at a more comfortable pace and head to the airport without feeling rushed, making our departure much more relaxing. I was also touched by the helpful lady from the laundry room, who greeted us warmly whenever we passed by and was always ready to offer assistance. These small but thoughtful gestures made us feel well cared for throughout our stay.
