Wow, this hotel is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are spotlessly clean and odor-free, and the bedding feels brand new. What I really loved were the in-room amenities – the furniture has this cozy, comfortable vibe with a lovely natural wood aesthetic. The breakfast is a steal at just 10 RMB per person, buffet style, which is great value. The hotel staff are all incredibly warm and welcoming. My only minor gripe is that the front desk and guest rooms are in completely separate areas. However, the hotel is very thoughtful; they've placed complimentary disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste at every elevator entrance. Plus, there's a free self-service laundry room on the 10th floor. Overall, it's a pretty decent hotel, and I'd definitely recommend it, especially during the off-peak season.

I accidentally left my backpack behind, which contained some fragile items, and the hotel owner thoughtfully packed and reinforced it before shipping it back to me. I got an upgraded room with a courtyard, which was quite spacious. There was a large table, very convenient for placing things. The air conditioning was powerful, and the entire room featured Xiao Du smart controls. For takeout, a robot delivered it right to my room, and quickly too – super convenient! I added them on WeChat, and they were always responsive. The staff's service attitude was excellent, thumbs up! The smart toilet was great, and the hygiene was also fine. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get anywhere. I forgot to take photos of the room. I stayed for 2 days and was quite satisfied. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time. They even gave me a bracelet as a gift!

A metro station is conveniently situated directly across the street, and there are numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return on my next visit to Chengdu. Woo... an absolutely fantastic stay at the upscale Joyhub Air Hotel! On April 20th, 2026, check-in was a breeze – quick, no deposit required, just a passport registration. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, and the room was spotless with a cozy duvet on the bed – everything I could ask for. The room itself was very spacious, offering a relaxing garden view outside, which I captured in many photos. After settling in, I explored the hotel's facilities, which were also stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet dinner; there was a huge variety of delicious food. I paid CNY 298 / RM 178 (for 2 people) in cash, as Alipay wasn't accepted. There weren't many tourists dining, and every dish was incredibly tasty. The next day, April 21st, I tidied up my room before checking out. I left the room at 4:45 AM and returned my key card at the reception, and check-out was also quick. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk from the hotel to the airport terminal – you just cross a bridge to enter the airport. At the airport, female customs officers scan you before entry. The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 1. I would happily recommend this place to my family and friends. Traveling with elderly family members, the small fridge in the room was really convenient. The facilities were complete and everything was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the decor was visually pleasing. I really liked sitting on the sofa and looking out the floor-to-ceiling windows – it felt just like home! 🥰 However, the room's soundproofing wasn't great; I could hear people talking loudly in the next room. Also, the food selection was a bit too limited and could definitely use some improvement. But as for the room itself, no complaints there!

This hotel is very close to Tianfu Airport and offers a free shuttle service, which saved me a lot of hassle and extra costs for transportation. The staff were also very friendly and the communication was smooth. It's a great choice for early morning or late night flights.
