Great value for money! Private parking is available for €5 per night. The rooms are also very spacious. The location is a 7-minute walk from the old town center, and another 7-minute walk in the other direction leads to the area near the Rhelia Academy.
Front desk is thoughtful and helpful
Breakfast is good
Very close to bus station
One minute to the wall
5 minute to the main gate
Definitely come back again
The space was ample and clean, the staff were very welcoming, the bar snacks and drinks were reasonably priced, the breakfast was good, and the rooftop offered a great view of the castle.
It wasn't just dirty, but the facility itself was over old, so the toilet was also off. ㅠㅠ It's not a 4 star, it's a 2 star, it's not soundproof at all. The door itself was just a wooden door like an old house visit. The smell of sewers came up in the bathroom and disappeared. I think I need a lot of repairs. The staff were friendly! The location was also just the main entrance of Obidus, so it was okay. The city itself is small, so I don't think I'll go again, but I don't think this hotel will go any more.
This very well located and clean are the factors that I value but I found the value of the night excessive because the accommodation is of a 3 stars and not of a 4. missing pool.
Very Good

Great
Room is nice and spacious but there were Lots of ants in the room..
Very nice location, nice property but visible the need of some TLC.. some furnite needs to be renewed. The rooms and bathroom are small, i was expecting bigger rooms. The was a flavoured water dispenser at reception that since i checked in on Friday 01st May until late in the evening was empty… I believe it would simple to fill it up, and the people would enjoy it. The outside pool was very nice and big, but no enough sunbathing chairs. The Spa is really nice, but is small and some of the Spa Circuit stations were not working properly. The breakfast had plenty of choices, the restaurant area was also nice. At dinner the service was a little sloppy… he had starters, while we were eating starters the main dish was really, and because the servant didn’t want to delay it, tried taking our plates without even finishing the starter… Overall, a good experience would go back, but some little things needs improvement.

- Nice hotel inside Óbidos medieval city inside the walls with good location - Rooms still have that kingdom feeling named after kings and queens from Portugal - Room with nice amenities, comfy, TV with cable channels, free Wi-Fi; inside our room, mobile didnt have much coverage - Close to the city gate and main street - Staff was helpful and friendly - Hotel has a bar that serves drinks and snacks with live music at the end of the y - Breakfast is nice
I couldn't have had a better experience, the service was top tier even before checking in, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was spotless, the spa was great. The breakfast was definitely amazing, from the delicious fruit to the staff readiness to prepare food in case you had any special requests os allergies. If you're considering this hotel for your stay in Batalha, I really believe this is the best option. I know I'll be staying there when I go back to Batalha or anywhere around.
Good location, friendly staff: i've made a mistake with reservation and forgot to add my kid for 4ppl room reservation, but they just add that information for additional breakfast with no extra charge. When we check-in it was some dust and sand on the room floor, but it was fixed very fas and later was clean all the way. Breakfast included is really small to choose and doesn't change day to day. I would say that hotel is overpriced but not bad to stay at all.
The good: Hotel staff was very nice and easily approachable, breakfast had a decent amount of variety for the hotel size and fparking came included with the booking which was nice. The less good: Our sink was 95% clogged and would drain very slow. Our hair drier would only work for 15 seconds at a time before needing a cooldown period and there was left over chewed gum in the shower which left us wondering the thoroughness of the cleaning before we arrive.
Super clean and amazing view. We had a room with ocean view and the room was quite nice and clean. All staff super nice and helpful. The restaurant has a nice menu and the breakfast has a lot of variety and all very fresh. Staff from restaurant was also super nice. The bar also has some snack/food choices and the view is great. It is not walking distance from Nazare, but if you have a car is no problem. I definitely recommend it, very good quality price.
