Nice and good service and very good location near the city center and bus station.

Check-in was easy and the room was comfortable for 3 person. Breakfast spread was reasonable and good. Walking distance from the train station. I would like to give compliment to Trip.com customer service staff, Ms Kate for the prompt response when we were facing issues checking into our initial booking @ YMCA. We booked YMCA for a night, and the booking was confirmed. When we reached, we had no access into the building. I didn't receive any instructions on how to access into the building and what needed to be done for the check-in. Contacted customer service from Trip.com and Kate was handling the case. She tried calling YMCA but unable to reach any of their staff. Immediately she cancelled our booking and rebooked a near-by hotel (First Hotel Dragonen) for us. She also gave the hotel receptionist name to ensure we faced no further issues. Thank you very much, Kate!

The hotel is really nice and the service at the reception is top notch.They even let us use the board games up stairs. The breakfast was delicious, several options and they all tasted good. The location is convenient and close to everything. The parking is not included but there is a parking lot you need to pay for yourself on the upper floors. The bad thing is that our room didn't have a window but apart from that everything went smoothly.

Beautiful historic building with a newly built building behind it. In the centre, 10 minutes walk from the station. Fully nice people at the reception. Prima breakfast and included a small buffet s evening. Very handy and delicious. The whole day by coffee and tea and waffles between 15 and 17 hours. It's called the Home Hotel and you feel like that!

The family room was selected, the room was quite big, the scenery was very good, the breakfast was very rich, in the city center, it was very convenient to go to the surrounding shopping malls and restaurants, and it was very quiet. The opposite was the 24-hour gym. The waiters were very polite.

A hotel with a very high CP value, the price includes dinner and breakfast. The breakfast was rich and delicious.

Fantastic and fine fresh room with water cooker and coffee tea. Good shower and products, very good breakfast and pleasant staff. The gym costs 80 kr, I think it's too expensive.

The location of the hotel is very good, in the center of the town, close to the river, the south side room can see most of UMEA town. The scenery is beautiful, sparsely populated, and the scenery is charming. Downstairs near the pedestrian street, there is a Dadong Chinese restaurant that tastes good.
