The location is absolutely fantastic! Right downstairs, you're in Riyue Bay's trendy street with all the popular cafes and snack shops just a few steps away. It's got such a great vibe at night. The apartment building also has a common area where you can chill with friends after surfing. The room itself is well-equipped, the bedding is super soft and comfy, and the cleanliness is top-notch. For a surfing vacation, this place is definitely the perfect choice!

This guesthouse really shines in terms of its views and service. It's fantastic for photos, and it's so close to the beach. If you like a lively atmosphere, there are even parties in the evenings. The only minor drawback is that there's no closet in the room, which is a little inconvenient. The hotel's photography service is also excellent and definitely worth recommending.

Pros: 1. **Convenient Takeaway**: There's a dedicated takeaway locker. You can easily order from Wallace, McDonald's, Luckin Coffee, and nearby supermarkets. 2. **Shuttle Service**: They offer a mini-bus service to and from the high-speed rail station (limited seating, requires advance booking). 3. **Festive Atmosphere**: The hotel really goes all out for holidays! The Christmas decorations and festive fireworks were beautiful – a huge bonus. 4. **Excellent Front Desk Service**: The front desk staff were very proactive in resolving issues, and calls were always answered. Hotel staff were also enthusiastic about helping with luggage. 5. **Great Location**: Very close to Stone Park and Tonggulun, and taxis are easily accessible. 6. **Friendly Cats**: There are adorable (wild) cats around, very friendly and not aggressive towards people. Cons: 1. **Musty Smell in Room**: The room had a strong musty smell (barely tolerable). 2. **Cleanliness Issues**: The hygiene was just okay. There was mold on the walls and air vents, and the bottom of the bathtub was yellowed with uncleaned hair nearby. 3. **Poor Wi-Fi for Apple Users**: The Wi-Fi was not very friendly for iPhone users; it kept disconnecting or failing to connect, so I mostly relied on mobile data. 4. **Terrible Food**: Although the hotel food portions were large, it was incredibly bad. The Baoluo noodles had absolutely no flavor (not just bland). 5. **Noisy Cats at Night**: The kittens were a bit noisy at night (perhaps hungry or something else). I suggest arranging deworming and neutering for the cats, providing a cat house (please don't kill or drive them away) as part of the hotel's 'cute pets' initiative, maybe even creating a cat cafe. For the price of over 400, this hotel is already quite good and offers great value for money.

An unparalleled experience! The hotel was grand in every aspect, making us feel right at home. We booked a Royal Club King Room, and it came with a complimentary afternoon tea upgrade. Since we missed the evening 'Sweet Hour', the butler, a lovely and kind young lady, graciously offered us afternoon tea for the following day instead. She was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous, providing us with all the necessary timings and important tips. **Facilities:** The TV felt a bit small for a Royal Club room. **Cleanliness:** Exceptionally clean. The bathtub didn't even need a liner, and the bath towels and hand towels were all very soft. The hotel provided two large and one small blue pool slippers, plus two large and one small white disposable slippers. **Service:** After our first swim, the bathrobes got completely soaked. The hotel promptly provided two extra sets, which was very efficient. **Location:** It's in a prime spot in Haitang Bay, about 1.8 kilometers from the CDF Duty-Free City.

She not only patiently answered all my questions but also proactively introduced the hotel's high-tech amenities, like the smart robot that effortlessly handles food orders, deliveries, and information inquiries – truly impressive technology! Even more surprising, there's a self-service washer and dryer right next to the room, with complimentary detergent provided. The entire wash and dry cycle only takes two hours, which is incredibly thoughtful for guests staying longer or needing frequent laundry. KK provided service with a constant smile throughout my stay, helping with my luggage upon check-in and even presenting a local specialty gift upon check-out. These small details really highlight their attentiveness. The hotel environment was clean and bright, and the drinks and meals delivered by the robot felt incredibly considerate. From the facilities to the service, every aspect showcased the hotel's professionalism and sincerity. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for efficiency combined with a personal touch!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The overall style is simple yet sophisticated. As soon as I entered the room, I was drawn to the spacious and tidy layout, with the white color scheme making it look exceptionally elegant. The room amenities were thoughtfully chosen; the smart toilet added a lot of comfort, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a truly restful sleep. I arrived in the morning and had a really comfortable and deep sleep on the bed. Staying here was both comfortable and stylish. Downstairs is the sea, and in the evening there are many beach music bars. The one closest to this guesthouse was particularly fun and had a great atmosphere. The service was also very attentive. I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!

This hotel is incredibly quiet and comfortable, with excellent cleanliness. The breakfast is lavish, and the service is outstanding. Before arrival, a butler added me on WeChat to provide information about the weather, local attractions, and the shuttle bus from the high-speed rail station. On the evening of check-in, the butler called again to ask how my stay was and if I needed anything, which made me feel very well taken care of. The hotel is divided into sections: Ocean Castle, Desert Castle, Glacier Castle, and Forest Castle, each with its own unique character. The kids had a fantastic time at Haihua Island, and staying at the Oubao Hotel while visiting Haihua Island is an excellent choice.

The service was truly excellent. From the doormen to the front desk receptionists, the staff at the buffet restaurant and executive lounge, and even the head of housekeeping, everyone had an incredibly good service attitude. They were truly able to meet guests' needs and solve problems. Communication with the staff was also very smooth. The housekeeping staff were also great; they cleaned the room spotlessly and would proactively ask when would be a good time to clean, which they always did promptly. However, there was one minor dissatisfaction: I personally felt that the Executive Room type was a bit small. That said, the bathroom was very large, with a wet/dry separation, a bathtub where you could soak while enjoying the night view, and two sinks. The bathroom itself was very spacious. Overall, it was quite good. However, it seems the twin beds in the Executive Room had different sizes (the first room we stayed in had an AC problem but the beds were larger; after switching rooms, the AC worked great but the beds were smaller). I hope all twin beds can be 1.35 meters wide. The outdoor pool and the outdoor heated hot spring (39-40 degrees Celsius) were both excellent, and they even had peacocks! Overall, I was very satisfied. It's a great place for a relaxing getaway, and I'll bring my parents next time. Getting a taxi was also very convenient.

Location is great and the hotel has direct access to Coconut Corridor. Room is ok except that the room temperature dont seem to be adjustable. The sound proofing of the room isn't the best could hear the loud slams of the neighbours' doors and in the morning could hear the cleaners cleaning the rooms. Was hoping for a bigger heated pool however the pool that is heated is small and crowded with kids. A shout out to Libby for her awesome service through our stay.

The Hilton is definitely the best hotel on Ocean Flower Island, and its location is fantastic. There's a gourmet food street nearby, and a McDonald's just a few steps downstairs. It's super convenient for catching the light show at night, and visiting the museum complex and outlet mall during the day. The hotel facilities are also great; having a Bluetooth speaker to listen to music is a nice touch. The first room I stayed in was quite small. Even though the front desk had thoughtfully given me a room on a higher floor, the hallway in the room still felt cramped. Later, because the air conditioning broke, they moved me to a larger sea-view room, and suddenly, the room felt much more comfortable. The biggest downside in the room was that the shower water wasn't hot enough. After showering, I was freezing! It was practically lukewarm water. The bath towels were also cold, not absorbent, and felt slippery – just so cold. Another drawback was that the windows were very heavy; you needed staff to help open or close them, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, the service staff were generally very good, and my overall experience was still pretty positive.
