CChuqiuyangguangWhat truly sets Banyan Tree Sanya apart is its unparalleled privacy. Each standalone villa is enveloped by lush greenery, creating a natural barrier, and features its own private pool and courtyard plunge pool, offering an exclusive and tranquil space. We had a dedicated 24-hour butler, Zheng Delin, who was incredibly responsive to all our needs. For our anniversary, he even arranged a complimentary room setup, which was a lovely touch and added to the special occasion. The resort boasts a secluded private bay, with hardly any outside visitors. The sunsets over the ocean in the evening were romantic and therapeutic, and the happy hour at the beach bar created a fantastic atmosphere. Every room is equipped with Banyan Tree's signature aromatherapy toiletries, and upon check-in, we received a special welcome gift and fresh fruit. The floating afternoon tea experience was exceptional. The resort's buggies are available for pick-up and drop-off at any time, ensuring a smooth and uncrowded experience. It's truly a luxurious choice for couples on their honeymoon or anyone looking for a relaxing escape, far from the hustle and bustle of crowds.

AAnonymous UserThe lobby service was attentive; the staff proactively helped with luggage and directed me to the front desk, and the shuttle bus driver was also very friendly.
However, there was a lack of knowledge regarding hotel products. When I asked questions, I was told to call customer service from my room. Customer service couldn't answer immediately and said they would get back to me later.
There were several issues in the room: many mosquitoes, and the floor drain in the balcony hot tub was broken. For a hot spring resort hotel, it was surprising that mosquito nets and bathtub liners were not provided. I had to call a total of four times to communicate these issues, which made for a poor experience.

GGuest UserI was really surprised to find out that Mission Hills is so great for family trips! We were there for a competition nearby, so we decided to just stay at the hotel. I explained our situation to them, and since there was a room available, they let us check in early at 12 PM. This was perfect because my child could have a nap before the competition. In the evening, we went straight to the amusement park and played until closing. Then, we had the hotel buffet, and it was a great deal since kids under 1.2 meters eat free. After dinner, we went for a hot spring bath. The next morning, after breakfast, we had planned to go to the Squirrel Park, but my child didn't want to leave the ball pit in the kids' play area, and then we went on the mini-train. It was a super packed and fun two days! Traveling during the off-season, despite the heat, I really appreciated the convenient and thoughtful service at the accommodation.

JJaymaxfizzleI enjoyed the villa at the resort with its own pool and jacuzzi. The tropical climate, nature and churping of birds was a good getaway from the city. I would have loved to spend more time outdoors but I guess from January to April would have been better for that when peharps it is cooler outside. Resturants and the beach are in the area and are walking distance from the hotel. Peharps the hotel can provide pricing options to include both breakfast and dinner for those who would like to have all their meals at the hotel. The customer service was excellent. Peharps it would be better if they could speak some English better communication but they did their best to deliver the best customer service. Our room was literally cleaned everyday with our linens changed daily and the pool cleaned daily. Special shoutout to Luka Sun that checked us out early in the morning when we were leaving the hotel. Overall for the affordable price and the service it was a great expericence and I would stay at the hotel again when I'm in Sanya.

Ccircle920Twenty years ago, for my honeymoon, I chose a hotel in Yalong Bay. I thought The St. Regis was too old-fashioned then, so I picked the one next door. Now that I'm older, I've grown to appreciate this style more and more. This 'old money' aesthetic truly stands the test of time. Built during an economic boom, the hotel's lobby and public areas are incredibly grand, and the rooms are very spacious. The furniture and facilities are impeccably maintained; you'd never guess how many years have passed. What's more, the St. Regis has air-conditioned indoor walkways from the lobby to the rooms, which is incredibly comfortable, especially during the scorching summer.
I've stayed at many St. Regis properties across the country, but the service in Sanya is by far the best. The butler contacted me early to understand my needs, and even added an exclusive butler, Seven, a day before my arrival. The service was truly exceptional; they responded to all my inquiries instantly and fulfilled every request. This level of attentive service deserves a huge thumbs-up! With such a dedicated butler team, who wouldn't be impressed by The St. Regis's enduring charm?

LLexiangshenghuoPullman is one of the older hotels in Yalong Bay. While the facilities might not be as new as those in Haitang Bay, it more than makes up for it in convenience, comfort, and a fantastic holiday vibe. Whenever I stay in Yalong Bay, my top choice is always a Pullman villa, especially since I'm traveling with kids – it's incredibly child-friendly! Stepping out of the room, you're right by the pool, so the kids can play freely without needing to go to the main hotel pool. It truly allows me to balance work and spending time with my children. The hotel staff are all incredibly warm and helpful, especially Andy. He started contacting me two days before my check-in to go over everything, and during my stay, he continuously helped me with whatever I needed. The hotel's golf carts are also on-call and arrive very quickly. It was a thoroughly enjoyable weekend!

JjnetkenThe biggest perk of staying at Coral Hotel is that guests get VIP fast-track access to the island, saving you from long queues. Once the large crowds of day-trippers leave, the entire island becomes your private sanctuary. Strolling along the beach at dusk, accompanied by the sound of waves – that feeling of escaping the crowds and having the whole ocean and sky to yourself is simply fantastic. The hotel breakfast also offers a wide variety of choices. Plus, there's a dedicated butler service to assist you. If you're driving, you can park for free at the private pier's parking lot, which is incredibly convenient. The strict age restrictions on water activities were the only downside of this vacation.
SScarlettLee919The villa is beautiful and the pool water is very clean. The hotel is right next to the beach, so you can walk over and dip your toes in the water. The rooms are large and plentiful, and I got a bit disoriented when I first checked in. Unlike other standalone villa hotels I've stayed at, this one doesn't have a butler service; you need to call the front desk for any requests. It also felt like the hotel was understaffed. We checked in during peak hours, and the front desk staff looked very tired and overwhelmed. They didn't even guide guests queuing up in an orderly fashion. The experience in this regard was quite poor compared to the Hilton we stayed at two days ago.
If you're staying in a villa, you'll need to bring your own mosquito repellent. Because the rooms are so large and there's a lot of greenery, even electric mosquito coils were largely ineffective. I didn't see any mosquito traps or similar facilities outside either. We were almost carried away by Sanya's mosquitoes!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is nestled at the foot of Qixianling Mountain, boasting a superb environment. The main building is ideal for wheelchair users, and the receptionist was very helpful, upgrading my room. The room even had its own hot spring, which was very convenient and comfortable. The restaurant manager was very welcoming and greeted us proactively; the food was also of good quality. A truly wonderful trip, I would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is fantastic, quiet and private, perfect for a getaway. The public areas are beautiful, and there's even a private beach, making it ideal for those who love peace and quiet. The hotel service is also excellent. Even though the weather was hot, we could call for a shuttle at any time, and the service response was very quick. The hotel breakfast was delicious too. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
