"The breakfast was good but the cheese was old as it was already getting the rotten sour side. The room had a weird smell upon arrival so I had to open the windows for fresh air"

Very Good
DDannyBeautiful hotel
Reception:
Friendly and very efficient and exceptionally friendly staff
Room / facilities:
Room number 208 is on floor 2
and is very clean.
We stayed 1 night
Self control air conditioning with a door that opens to the balcony, however the air con did not really cool the room sufficiently.
The room has 2 very comfortable single beds, bench and seat, hanging area, safe , hot water hug, coffee cups and glasses (but no tea or coffee), mini fridge, phone, flat screen TV, walk in shower, which when showering water goes everywhere in the bathroom.
Parking:
is available but is limited to about 10 cars in the off street open air park area.
Wifi:
Complementary and good speed. Validation or password required.
Breakfast:
Available for all guests and consists of a small buffet, with the bonus of fresh egg products being cooked to order. Refill of the food was very slow as many foods were empty when we arrived at 9.00 am
Conclusion:
Fantastic hotel for an overnighter or a few days stay.
Id recommend this Hotel.
Letdowns:
Lack of tea and coffee in the room.
Location / Nearby:
Town, the promenade, restaurants…
Recommendations:
Ask for a rear room as you will get street noise until midnight
Getting to hotel:
If arriving by car, best use GPS
SSalim TBenchWe were delighted with our spacious 32 m² Standard Room, which was exceptionally comfortable and thoughtfully designed, providing a truly relaxing stay.
The hotel delivers an outstanding level of service, and the entire team deserves recognition for their professionalism, warmth, and dedication to guest satisfaction.
A very special thank you to Ayoub El Boujidi and Fatime Goduni for their impeccable coordination, genuine hospitality, and the warm welcome they extended to us. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a memorable experience truly reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
GGuest UserSpotless clean hotel ( bravo housekeeping team !) with lots of useful amenities in the room. Good breakfast but the highlight of the trip was definitely the staff. The restaurant team was very professional and ready to go the extra mile and the young man at reception that checked me out in the morning of my departure was also super helpful. Well done to the Management for putting together a great team!
MMarinaHotel is good - it is on the coast, there is a pool with lying and music, issuing a towel. Its exit to the sea and a piece of beach, also with lying. Choose a room with sea view - really there was a balcony and a wonderful view on the sea.
There is nothing in the bathroom from cosmetic ingredients, it is necessary to ask for a respiratory.
Disappointed food - these breakfasts are just the worst thing to imagine. There are cucumbers, tomatoes, a couple of cheeses and sausages. Very strange eggs. Friends. One day there were pancakes, the second day some biscuits and the third day there was cookies. Coffee is cooked, but there are no big cups.
Escape at 10 a.m., although Tripcom is indicated in 11.00.
To the city center is far away, walking not to get, buses don't go, just taxi. Around many restaurants, supermarkets and exchange of currencies there are. Long embankment. For beach recreation the hotel liked, but food is just a nightmare
GGuest UserClean, comfortable and very nice staff (reception, restaurant and bar staff, gym staff and amanger) Thank you all again for making our stay comfortable snd experience great.
It is perfect for relaxation and family
GGuest UserThis hotel is absolutely ideally located for Tirana airport and rental car pick up/drop of - a short walk from the terminal. The reception staff speak good English and are friendly and helpful. Our room (a quad) was spacious and comfortable. Very nice to have a kettle and mugs provided. We had dinner in the Italian-style restaurant and it was very nice - good pizza, pasta etc.
Out only issue was that our room was SO HOT. The aircon didn't seem to work and opening the windows meant is was noisy. We only stayed one night so didn't have a chance to see if this could be fixed easily.
Overall, this hotel is definitely rather overpriced for what you get, but nevertheless we would stay here again if needed because the location is so good.
GGuest UserThe hotel was clean and hygienic, and the room was tidy. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. Especially the somewhat heavier-set man at the front desk was very unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable. It's a shame, because a friendly welcome makes a big difference. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
AAwwal AdekunleMy wife and I really enjoyed our stay at La Onda Hotel in Durres. The service was very good from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist us. They truly give their best to make guests feel welcome.
The breakfast was very good with plenty of nice options to choose from. Everything tasted fresh and was well prepared.
The hotel is in a good location, close to everything we needed. It is also very neat, clean, and has a beautiful look. You can tell they take good care of the place.
We had a great experience and would happily stay there again. We definitely recommend it.
GGuest UserThe staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very close to the beach so it was very accessible to go to the beach anytime and most of the restaurants were by the beach so it was very nice and lovely. The overall stay was very nice but there were one thing I didn't like there. We didn't have the kettle and water bottle and coffee or tea sachet because most of the hotels would have them in the room. It was a little bit disappointing to know they don't provide that service in the hotel and we have to buy water ourselves. Otherwise, the whole stay was lovely.
