We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent — even better than some four-star hotels we’ve stayed in.
We also had dinner at the hotel and it was absolutely delicious.
The only small issue was that we could sometimes hear people talking in the hallway. Other than that, everything was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The standard room is old and not up to mercure’s standard The hotel has provided a free upgrade, its fair if that was a standard room facility. The staff are very well trained, but the standard room is not up to international hotel standard.
We traveled from Cradle Mountain to Hobart, spending a night in the small town of Queenstown to experience the Western Wilderness Railway. We chose a motel and the room was pretty good.

Big rooms, bed comfy , the staff were all very nice !
Toilet was modern. Room decoration was quite unique, but overall the room was spacious and bed was comfy.
There are many restaurants that's was connected behind the hotel. Which I felt very convenient.
Buffet breakfast was good !
Would definitely try to stay again !

Decent, simple stay. No fuss. Things work, essential amenities present, including free parking (permit collected at check in). Check-in may be in a different block from your accommodation.

The hotel is in a good location with nice views. You can enjoy the sunset and sunrise by the Tama River, the small houses of various colors on the mountain, and you can also run along the riverside corridor. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the city center. The service is not bad. If you come to Langhesit, you can choose this hotel
Free welcoming house beer for both of us upon check-in. Free slices of bread, jam, butter, apple juices and packets of cereals for two in the room for our breakfast. Dinner at the restaurant, the happening place in town, apparently. Among the many hotels I stayed in Australia, this hotel has exceeded the normal expectations. Room is a bit dated, but ok for location.
The room is old and musty, but the location is excellent, and the sea view outside the lobby bar is beautiful. The town is quiet, and there are not many restaurants to choose from.
The scenery is very good, the room is very comfortable, the boss is very enthusiastic, indicating that the room is very detailed, living in the farm wooden house, each window is the view, there is a lake nearby, it is a good place

Very Good
GGuest UserNice hotel, bathroom amenities very nice and food was pretty good. Only downside was there was no airport shuttle and we had to catch uber to the airport in the morning.
GGuest UserWe had a great stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hobart. The room was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The only disappointment was that we weren’t informed earlier that the pool was under maintenance, which upset the kids. However, the team kindly waived our parking fee, which we really appreciated. Overall, a pleasant experience and excellent service.
MmintylauStayed 5 nights in the hotel. It’s a standard hotel room size. We booked Mountain View room, can see some part of the water. It’s not too near about city center, will take some time to walk to Salamanca Market. If you have a car instead, it’d be great as there is free car park. It’s a nice hotel with great service. And casino is next to it, can play during your stay.

悠悠悠的悠閒The hotel staff was very welcoming.
The facilities were new and clean.
The animals were very emotionally valuable. The hotel offered free feeding, and you could participate in photo opportunities after feeding them.
GGuest UserThe room was comfortable and well-appointed with a nice view, and the hotel has a subtle warmth to its decor. The check in staff and concierge were friendly and helpful. The main Italian restaurant is quite good and the breakfast was well done. The bar is trying too hard to be trendy and the service speaks more to arrivistes than guests just looking to enjoy a drink or solo meal—honestly rather disappointing. Overall it would seem the best option in Hobart and quite strong for a small city, though I’m not sure on what list they could claim to be top 50… Aman or Rosewood or a Peninsula it is not.
__WeChat236077****The hotel is very clean and the location is excellent. The only minor drawback is that the facilities, including the beds, are all very high, seemingly designed for someone around 175cm tall. There are no overhead or wall lights, only a few stylish floor lamps, which create a nice ambiance but are too dim. Another slightly inconvenient detail is the full-length mirror directly facing the bed on one of the walls. I feel like most Asians aren't too fond of that kind of mirror-facing-the-bed design.
JJane ElizabethLovely clean rooms and nice coffee machine - always a pleasant surprise. Great shower too.
We enjoyed the little treats at coffee time too.
Only downside was the valet parking felt quite expensive and quite slow to retrieve your car when you need it. I can’t understand why it can’t be a self park facility but hey ho.
Lovely girl on reception very smiley and helpful.
MMattyFThe bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was very large too. It was all clean. Most guest rooms are in annexes, with reception and dining in the old building (old for Oz, anyway) which boasts a bit of style. Breakfast was quite good but items such as bacon and scrambled eggs did not stay very hot about the buffet. I liked the sourdough. Reception was prompt and professional. Now the minor dislikes: it’s a good 30 minute walk from the CBD / waterfront, up a bit of hill all the way. (There is an area with plenty of bars etc about half way). I walked several times a day and it was OK. Most guests will have cars though. The living area in the room needed a TV. If there can only be one TV per room, it would be better there than in front of the bed in my opinion. Finally, one of the two wardrobes is locked up, presumably to store linen etc. The other only has hanging space so there was no shelving. I felt a little cheated that half of “my” potential wardrobe space was denied to me! On balance, I would consider staying again, even though it is a little way out of town. Overall it is large, clean, comfortable and manages a little style.
YYuzhihitomiAbsolutely loved this resort! Our cabin was very cozy thanks to the fireplace. The fireplaces at the front desk and in the restaurants also emitted a delightful woody scent. There were two restaurants: a main dining room for which we asked Ctrip to make a reservation in advance, and a more casual eatery where we could dine anytime. Both offered excellent food, and the prices were quite reasonable. Breakfast, while relatively simple, was perfectly adequate. The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking! We hiked all of their trails and spotted a lot of wildlife. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we get the chance!
