The hotel is generally nice. Located halfway up a mountain, it's relatively easy to walk from the Latin Bridge, but the uphill climb requires some effort. The hotel has a beautiful view, a terrace, and a nearby supermarket, which is quite nice. The room offers cooking facilities and is well-equipped. However, the mattress is a bit soft, making the small bed a bit cramped. Sarajevo is beautiful, with a subtle sense of melancholy.

We needed to stay somewhere close to the Sarajevo train station, and Hotel Grand is perfectly located just a short walk away (5-10 minutes). The staff was friendly and even prepared a small breakfast bag for us since we were leaving so early. However the room itself was rather bare-bones, and the shower drain was clearly clogged leading to a lot of flooding. There were exposed electrical wiring in the room and the hallways smelled a bit like an ashtray. Was okay for the money, but not really recommended.

The location is very convenient. There are many delicious small shops near the hotel. The hotel breakfast is really good. The local food is generally salty. It is comfortable and delicious to eat breakfast. The white rice is very good.

A pleasant hotel. The room has a kitchen if you suddenly feel like cooking something. I even have an ice bucket. The room is spacious and clean. Panoramic windows overlook the river and the city. Conveniently located. It's a 7-minute walk to the city center or the cable car. Everything is close by. Good breakfast selection, delicious and varied. Plus, there's free coffee at reception 24/7. I really liked the location and comfort.

The room is large, the hotel is in a good location, the price is moderate, the breakfast is rich, there are free gym facilities, the overall stay experience is good, and it is recommended for business travel.

Accor's hotels have never let me down. The hotel is located in the west of the city, with a gas station downstairs and a large supermarket and leisure shopping center opposite. The hotel's breakfast is quite satisfactory, and it is equipped with a swimming pool, which is very suitable for children.

A relatively unique hotel with a view of Sarajevo city. It is said that the hotel is located in the Muslim area, next to a cemetery! There is a five-story visual glass platform in the middle of the hotel lobby! The breakfast tastes good, with a variety of Western buffets!

The location is perfect and the room is nice but needs some tlc and general maintenance. Fan, hairdryer, aircon, toilet seat, door handle, window were broken. The bed was comfy but 2 very clear singles pushed together so would fall down the gap. The restaurant below plays music until 11pm which you can hear and could smell cigarette smoke in our room (even with the windows closed). The staff were very nice and friendly.

A big hotel next to the National Museum and a mall. Interesting building, especially the lobby zone. Nice location: I already mentioned the mall and trams passing right next to the hotel, there are also supermarkets, ATMs, and cafes nearby. The other side is that trams and the street bring some constant noise level to the room. Breakfast could have been a bit better, especially coffee. The rest was fine: a spacious room with a bathtub, free parking, and helpful staff.
