Staying at Shanshui Yuntian Holiday Hotel, the experience far exceeded expectations! The front desk service is friendly and efficient, the room is spacious and bright, and the mountain view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows is picturesque, which is worthy of the name ”Shanshui Yuntian”. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the night is good. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the details are attentive everywhere. The breakfast is rich in variety and the local specialties are very authentic. Free parking is sufficient and self-driving is very convenient. The price is super high, whether it is business travel or leisure vacation, here is a great choice. I will definitely stay again next time and recommend it to my friends!

Super location and very nice staff. We ordered an airport pickup to the hotel with the trip app and our driver contacted the hotel to let them know when we arrived so that a staff member could pick us up by the road. Super cozy streets around the hotel. My room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good, noodles and dumplings. On our second day we asked the staff to recommend a driver to take us to different hot spots and we got a very nice driver at an affordable price. Will definitely stay here again.

Location is relatively close to bright summit (around 30 minutes climb). Room is clean, with heating and smart controls. Dinner and breakfast buffet was also included in my stay, which offered a good selection of food. The hotel interestingly offers a ”butler service” to guests, where they assign a staff to address questions/needs you have. The person assigned to me 星华 offered great service, checking in on my stay and providing some snacks for the road on the last night. Recommend staying here if you are looking for accommodation on huangshan.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip to Huangshan and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and incredibly cosy—equipped with everything I needed, from toiletries to bottled water. One of the highlights was the convenient and affordable transportation the hotel arranged to and from Huangshan North Railway Station. At just 35 RMB during the day and 40 RMB at night per person, it was significantly cheaper than ride-hailing options, which cost about 130 RMB at night. The service was amazing as the staff were warm, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. During check-in, the receptionist patiently explained the best route to take on the mountain and even shared helpful recommendations. I also appreciated the little touches, like being able to borrow walking sticks for free, which saved me from having to buy one. The location is excellent too—just a 10-minute walk to the Huangshan South Gate Entrance bus station, with a view of Huangshan right from the hotel. There is also a massage place and supermarket just a minute away, and the hotel has a restaurant which serves truly delicious food. Overall, this hotel made my Huangshan trip so much more comfortable and enjoyable.

Junjun's service was friendly and efficient, and the check-in was quick. He also offered tips for visiting the scenic spots. Every attention to detail was meticulous, with separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and no odor. It's an excellent value, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in this city!

I couldn't find the location the first time. After contacting the hotel staff, they came to pick me up. Later, they said that because the rural inn was under renovation, they automatically upgraded me to the room type of the old oil factory store. The aunties were very warm and friendly. The service was very good. I ordered a fish and vegetables for dinner. They were all fresh and delicious. The room was relatively simple and retained the previous characteristics. The lobby and restaurant of the entire inn were very stylish and designed. It was a very good experience.

My visit to Hefei was exclusively to catch the special exhibition at the Anhui Museum on its final day. Prior to my arrival, the hotel proactively called to inquire about my specific needs. Upon check-in, my 38th-floor room offered stunning sunset views – a fantastic bonus! The hotel boasts elegant design and a rich artistic ambiance, with the classical music playing throughout being perfectly to my taste. As one of Hefei's highly-rated hotels, its facilities, cleanliness, overall environment, and service all genuinely lived up to its reputation, and it offered excellent value for money. All in all, I'll definitely be back.
