Right at the entrance of fenghuang. Very convenient for luggage handling as car arrives right at doorstep. Theres no didi in fenghuang but hotel contacted to assist to arrange for transport from train station for fee charged by driver. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. There are no lifts but they assisted in carrying our big luggages up. Room is big and clean, excellent view. Overall a wonderful stay.

It is a good place to stay. The staff will help you as much as they can. They will contact you first and explain everything. They are so friendly and help us book the ticket to enter the scenic area with a discounted price. They also provide a free pick up service from railway station and cost only 20 yuan if you want to go back to the station. We also get a free welcoming gift such as fruits, candies and small pendant. The hotel is clean with a great view. It is near the entrance of the scenic area. You might need to walk a bit to get to the hotel but still it is a nice walk as the view are beautiful. I do recommend to stay at this hotel.

Staying at the Yunmei Villa near Tianmen Mountain in Zhangjiajie was absolutely worth it! The room was clean and tidy, with a cozy Japanese Zen style, and equipped with smart curtains, a smart toilet, and other modern amenities. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the Tianmen Mountain cable car station. The service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially because the location is so convenient—directly across from the entrance to the Tianmen Mountain cableway. The room was very spacious, and the large panoramic windows made the space feel bright and open. I also want to thank the staff for being so polite and genuinely attentive. At check-in, they provided a map of the national park, which was very helpful for navigating during the visit. It was also a lovely surprise to receive a small gift of local tea; a small but very thoughtful gesture. This is a great place to stay in Zhangjiajie if you're planning to visit Tianmen Mountain. 非常喜欢这家酒店，位置极其便利，就在天门山索道入口的正对面。房间很宽敞，大大的全景落地窗让室内光线非常充足。特别想感谢工作人员，他们不仅礼貌而且非常细心。办理入住时，他们还提供了一份景区地图，这对游览时的路线规划很有帮助。另外，收到一份当地茶叶作为小礼物也让人感到很惊喜，心意十足。如果来张家界游览天门山，这里绝对是一个理想的下榻之地。

The owner is so welcoming and friendly! There's free parking, and the lobby offers self-service snacks and drinks, plus my favorite ice cream 🍦. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the rooftop lights at night are really cool. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The 'wood barrel fish' across the street is incredibly tasty and tender! The room rate was also very reasonable, and it's located right inside the scenic area, so the location is perfect! Definitely a worthwhile trip!

Wyndham Garden Hotel is truly a hidden gem! As soon as I walked in, I was drawn in by the warm atmosphere. The staff were enthusiastic and efficient with check-in, and any requests were promptly addressed. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I wasn't disturbed by any outside noise at all, which made for perfect sleep. The hotel's breakfast was also outstanding, but most importantly, their service is truly exceptional. They even offer discounted tickets! Both the hardware facilities and the soft services are impeccable. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

My stay this time was absolutely wonderful! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English. Check-in was quick, and they thoughtfully introduced all the hotel facilities and local attractions. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a great dry/wet separation, and there was plenty of hot water. For this price, to get such an environment and service, it's really great value for money. The Anfaliting Hotel is definitely worth experiencing. Its location is excellent, close to the city center with convenient transportation. The hotel even offers discount coupons for Didi Chuxing (a ride-hailing service). The decor is grand, with warm lighting and an elegant ambiance. Upon check-in, the receptionist recommended breakfast, which was plentiful and delicious, and the service was imperceptible. The rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows with expansive views, are spacious and bright, and the smart smart speaker allows you to control many devices with a simple voice command. The restaurant on the 5th floor offers à la carte lunch and dinner, and I even saw photos of many celebrities who have stayed there. If you're in Hengyang, this is the hotel for you!

Just a few minutes' walk from the Wuyi Square station, it's super convenient for shopping and dining. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was so soft and smelled wonderful. The front desk staff were super nice! The hotel facilities were complete, and it's really close to Huangxing Square. The room was cozy and comfortable. This hotel is a hidden gem! It's close to the commercial district but not noisy, and the room decor is very stylish! The rice noodles for breakfast were authentically delicious, they made me want to cry (in a good way!). A perfect stay for my trip to Changsha, highly highly highly highly highly highly highly highly highly highly highly recommended! I truly loved it!!
