Hotels With Pools in Ile-de-France, France

Location of the hotel is superb, near metro and attractions. Walking distance about 10-15 minutes to Eiffel Tower. We booked queen bed for 4 nights. However, when we checked in at 11pm on 1/9/2025, the room given was not cleaned. There were pillows and used bedsheet at the given room. We were surprise and came down to report it. Due to unavailability, we have been given double bed connected into one, which was not comfy for us. One of the lift was under repair on 5/9/2025. It took 15-20 minutes to checked out since the morning 5/9/25 till mid day where only 1 lift working- a lot of guests waited too long including us! Meanwhile, during the week we stayed, the internet connection was on and off where there was maintenance carried out based on notice in the room. Should plan better to minimize interruption to the hotel guest. Overall, ok for the strategic location and the Aparthotel brand which is well known hotels chain worldwide.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this hotel. Check in was easy and we were made to feel very welcome. The smell being pumped into the reception was really lovely. We had a queen suite with kitchenette and our room was very clean and spacious with everything you need. The parking on the whole was good although on returning late one night from the park there were only a couple of spaces available, so not sure what we would have done had it been full. We didn’t purchase the hotel breakfast as we made our own in the room so cannot comment on this. The location for the parks was fantastic if you have a car and there also seemed to be a bus stop outside if not. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very good hotel with very spacious room. Walking distance away from the subway station as well as a short walk to the mall. Premium outlet is around 15 mins walk away but not too bad as you can cut through the mall. Excellent service provided if you're heading to and fro Disneyland as they have their own vehicles to chauffeur you which I felt was very convenient. However the number given requires a local number.

Great budget friendly option for Disney. Room and sofa bed for 4 was spacious and comfortable, with everything you need. Very clean. Kitchenette with dishwasher. Towels etc. Is a shuttle bus but we walked both ways with kids 11 and 7 as only 15mins.  Hotel has a pool.

Facilities: Very complete, with a swimming pool and spa on the underground first floor Hygiene: The hotel is still very clean, and I won't comment on the outside of the hotel. Environment: The Place de la Concorde is outside, and the Eiffel Tower can be seen in the southwest. Service: The front desk and the luggage guy are very enthusiastic, and the cleaning manager patiently helped me find my phone after I couldn't find it. In the end, I found that it was not lost in the hotel. I am still very grateful. There was a small episode when I checked out. The minibar in the room was not opened throughout the whole process, but it showed that there was consumption. Fortunately, the front desk removed it after I explained it~

We had a comfortable and convenient stay at Novotel Lyon Paris. The location is great, with easy access to public transport and local sights. The room was clean and modern, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. During our visit, I lost a valuable item—but to my relief, it was quickly found and safely kept by the hotel staff. They arranged for it to be FedExed back to me (at my own cost), and I truly appreciated their honesty and efficiency. The service was impeccable, and the staff were both professional and kind. A trustworthy and reliable hotel experience. Psst: It was a safe hotel as well as they have around the clock security at the lobby area.

Very nice hotel

The location of the hotel was close to Val d Europe and the train station, the room was very new and clean but a bit different from the pictures. It is more like a service apartment with less equipment and amenities but it was good! The staff were very helpful and friendly and even lent us an iron and an ironing board, and also gave us recommendations for restaurants in Paris. Will come back!

The reception of certain young ladies really needs to be reviewed in addition to the arrogance of a certain Elody, or Melody who tells me, well yes, put a comment on me, so that's what I do. when you are at reception the word says it all you must know how to welcome. You know that mystery shoppers also exist?! 2nd thing it says arrival from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. I had to wait with my children in the hall for 1 hour even though I arrived at 4 p.m. and because my room was not ready. On the other hand, the cleaning lady is superb, nothing to say And room very good

Me, my brother and mother (all adults) had a great short stay here. In comparison to other hotels within the area, the price was decent. Our apartment was very clean, equipped with tea, coffee, towels, toilet roll, bed sheets, hair dryer and an iron as-well as kitchen supplies. We had everything we needed and the staff were friendly. There’s a TV in both the bedroom and living room area where the sofa beds lie - though i would say please provide a remote for both! We had breakfast on one day and there’s a great selection - we were going to the park and were literally full the whole day. For two of us that was the only meal of the day. They also let us check in an hour early which was great. In terms of what could be better: the bus wasn’t usually on schedule so we just had to go to the bus-top and just try our luck with when it would arrive. Although it’s not miles away from amenities i.e val d’europe etc . The times described are often driving distances. So what is described as 15 minutes away is usually like half an hour public transport. Furthermore restaurants should close at 11, it would allow people time to get food after the last bus. Thank you!
