My recent business trip to Xining led me to this hotel, and I must say the overall experience was outstanding. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and efficient; check-in was quick, and they even helped carry my luggage to the room. The room's facilities were new and complete, with a fresh and elegant ambiance. The decor was simple yet cozy. Complimentary disposable toiletries, bottled water, and tea were provided. The hotel maintained strict hygiene standards; the bedding was changed after each guest, and the entire room was meticulously cleaned, with no dust in even the trickiest corners. Overall, everything was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xining.

This is my third day at the hotel, and Mr. Li at the front desk reserved the same room with a bathtub for me. It's clean, bright, and comfortable, so I've been sleeping very well every night. Mr. Li even helped me take a passport photo to apply for the UOM app. Plus, the front desk assisted me with receiving a package. Overall, the service has been thoughtful and excellent.

The service was excellent, and the location was very convenient. The environment was beautiful, and everything was clean and well-maintained with complete facilities. The breakfast was delicious. It's located behind a hospital, above a shopping mall, and in front of a snack street. Overall, it was really great.

The deluxe family room at Qinghai Baiyun Xianglin Hotel was absolutely amazing! As soon as we walked in, we were blown away by how spacious and bright it was. The kids' play area, specially designed for children, had a slide and a rocking horse, keeping our little one entertained non-stop. The room was exceptionally clean, and the thoughtful touches like children's toiletries and disposable toilet seat covers really stood out. Hot water came out quickly, and the mattress was super comfortable. The hotel's service was impeccable; from the warm welcome at check-in, we felt cared for throughout our stay. Drinks and towels were plentiful, and the hotel's location was very convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Our stay was perfect, and I highly recommend it to families with children!

This is an old hotel that has been so popular that the owners got lazy and forgot that the image of luxury must be backed up by actual service quality. On the outside and in the lobby, it's luxurious. In the actual rooms the impression is very underwhelming: old furniture, tiny TV and no electronic features, especially considering that the room is large and the price is high. The quality of room maintenance is bad (see attached photos): - bedsheet with holes and ripped edge; - sofa with ripped covering; - towel with ripped edge; - dents on wooden wardrobe doors; - dirty finger marks on the wall; - desk lamp with a bent plug; - clogged shower (water was drying out during the whole night); - one of the lights wasn't working. This is unacceptable for such a high price and luxurious marketing, especially considering high Chinese service standards and more Western-oriented marketing of this hotel (it would be a very bad and untrue representation of a ”chinese hotel”). There were only three good things about our stay: great breakfasts (there was coffee!), nice location and nice view. Overall, this could've been truly an amazing accommodation (location, food, luxurious lobby) if only the owners cared to renovate the rooms slightly, add more modern facilities and force the stuff to be more mindful of cleanliness and ripped bedsheets/towels/sofa. But seemingly the owners do not care, so I strongly do not recommend this hotel if you're looking for high quality service.

Extremely convenient location! Downstairs, you'll find the Nanguan snack street, and it's just 100 meters to Nanguan Mosque, 400 meters to Dongguan Mosque, and 500 meters to Beiguan Mosque. The geographical location is absolutely perfect. It's only 2 km from the train station and a 30-minute drive to the airport. The floor attendant, Ma Ping, was incredibly welcoming. She gave us yogurt for each room and even helped me freeze the beef and lamb I bought from the night market. I highly recommend Hilton to anyone visiting Xining.

5-star review! This stay exceeded my expectations. Being on a high floor, the night view was excellent. The hotel facilities were complete and well-maintained. The room was exceptionally clean, with attention to detail, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted great, and I was pleasantly surprised to find they also had late-night snacks, which were delicious. The hotel even thoughtfully provided a small gift, and the service was incredibly warm. It's my top choice for travel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time! 👍

Five-star review | Xining Xinbo Hotel (Caojiapu Airport Branch) This time I brought my two kids to Qinghai, and because of our itinerary, I specifically chose this hotel close to the airport. It turns out this decision was incredibly smart! Definitely a five-star review. Location & Transportation: The hotel is very close to Caojiapu Airport and offers a 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle service. After we landed, one call and the driver arrived quickly, which was super convenient. For travelers with late flights or those catching an early flight the next day, this is absolutely the top choice. Room Facilities: The room was very new; you could tell it had been recently renovated, but there was no strange odor, which I really appreciated. The bedding was soft and clean, making for a very comfortable sleep. Although it's near the airport, the soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night, and the kids slept soundly. Cleanliness: The entire hotel was exceptionally clean. From the lobby to the hallways and the room itself, everything was spotless, which made our stay very reassuring. Service Attitude: The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was quick, and they proactively informed us about breakfast and the shuttle service. They even gave us yogurt upon check-in, a thoughtful detail that was much appreciated. Overall Experience: This is a highly cost-effective airport hotel, suitable for family travel. The hotel is conveniently located near Xining High-Speed Railway Station. Facilities: The bathroom was spacious, and the bed was quite comfortable. Cleanliness: Acceptable, although the hallway had a strong cleaning product smell. Environment: Close to Xining Station. Service: Simple breakfast, and the service was very good.

On this business trip to Xining, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Xining Chengdong the entire time, and my overall experience was fantastic. I have to especially commend Julie at the front desk; her meticulous service made me feel incredibly welcome. The hotel is located on Bayi East Road in Chengdong District, right next to Wuyue Plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also not far from the highway entrance and Xining Station, which is great for both driving and public transport. As a newly opened hotel, the lobby design is elegant, and the room amenities are brand new and complete. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view, and the room was spotlessly clean. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including local Qinghai specialties like yak yogurt and甜醅 (sweet fermented oats). I arrived feeling exhausted in the evening after a long journey. Julie greeted me with a constant smile and efficiently handled the check-in process. Seeing my heavy luggage, she proactively offered to help carry it and patiently explained the room facilities, Wi-Fi password, laundry room, and breakfast times. When I casually asked about self-driving routes to Qinghai Lake and local food spots, she patiently outlined an itinerary, even recommending niche attractions and reminding me about precautions for high-altitude travel. When my room card stopped working, I contacted the front desk and Julie came to resolve the issue within minutes, without any pretense. Her service was professional yet down-to-earth throughout, without any rigid formalities; she genuinely thought about the guests. While good hardware is a hotel's foundation, warm service is what truly adds value. Thanks to Julie's thoughtful service, my travel fatigue disappeared. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xining, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
