The location truly can't be beat. It's just a few minutes' walk to the commercial area and subway station, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. The Bell and Drum Towers are right across the street, and Kaiyuan Temple is nearby. However, the stay also had some significant downsides. The soundproofing is a major issue; I could clearly hear conversations from the next room and footsteps in the hallway at night. The TV volume was incredibly loud; even on a very low setting, it was still too much. As a light sleeper, I really struggled and didn't get a good night's rest. The shower was another headache. The water temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold, and I spent ages trying to find a comfortable setting, making showering a constant source of anxiety. While the location is definitely a plus, the shortcomings in service and facilities really impacted the overall experience. I hope the hotel can make some improvements.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations, and I have to give it a huge thumbs up! First off, the hotel's location is absolutely prime; it's super convenient for transport, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. As soon as you step into the lobby, you can feel the welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was incredibly fast. They even thoughtfully offered a welcome drink, which made me feel right at home. The room itself was spacious and bright, with a simple yet stylish decor. What impressed me most was the immaculate cleanliness – the sheets and duvet covers were spotless and odor-free, and even the smallest details were pristine. The bedding was just the right balance of soft and firm, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring I had a great night's sleep every night. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, both Western and Chinese, and it all tasted fantastic. All in all, this was an incredibly comfortable stay with excellent value for money. The next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely choose to stay here again, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

We are very happy with the hotel services, cleanliness as well as the prompt help that the hotel staff has been guiding us and assisting us in both checking in and out, they provide very good advice to us in terms of our traveling within Xi’an city. Staff like Faye Mu have to be complimented and mentioned, she is very helpful and very polite to us. Thank you Faye for making our holiday so wonderful. The room was incredibly spacious, featuring a separate lounge area and a large bathroom with a dry and wet partition. I stayed for a week and was thoroughly impressed! The view of the city wall at night from the window was stunning, and the service was exceptional. It's just over 200 meters from Metro Line 2, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Yongning Gate and SKP mall are right outside the door.

The hotel boasts an excellent location right next to the Bell Tower subway station, making it easy to walk to attractions like the Muslim Quarter and the Bell Tower. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete amenities and comfortable bedding, perfect for short stays. The breakfast offers a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, catering to different tastes. We even received a complimentary fruit platter upon check-in! However, some rooms can be affected by noise, and the room space is a bit small, which can feel cramped if you have a lot of luggage. Overall, it offers good value for money and is ideal for travelers who prioritize convenient transportation, though guests who require more space might want to inquire about room types beforehand.

This stay was very bad. Very bad. We were arranged to stay in the north. The north side faces the street. The cars passing by at 4 o'clock in the morning, especially the cement tankers, were very loud. It was impossible to fall asleep. No matter how good, comfortable, and welcoming the hotel is, it can't stand such noise, especially the window where I stayed was the entrance and exit of the parking lot, and there was an intelligent voice gate that announced the vehicle number in and out, which was very loud. The experience was very bad, and I would like to remind you. If you stay in this hotel, don't stay on the north side of the hotel.

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Elegant Hotel Xi’an Bell Tower. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with immaculate rooms and common areas that clearly show great attention to detail and high standards of housekeeping. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view of the ancient city wall. Waking up to such a historic and iconic sight was truly unforgettable and made the experience feel special and unique. The location near the Bell Tower is perfect for exploring Xi’an, with major attractions, restaurants, and shops all within easy reach. The room was comfortable, modern, and well designed, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff were courteous, professional, and always willing to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, The Elegant Hotel Xi’an Bell Tower is an outstanding choice clean, comfortable, perfectly located, and offering some of the best views of Xi’an’s ancient wall. I would highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

This is a very good hotel in terms of services and location. It is located just 100-200 metres from Bell Tower and shopping mall. Can walk to Drum Tower and also Muslim Street about 15 minutes. When we booked our trip to Huashan and Terracotta the group tour bus picked us up just in front of the hotel. We stayed for 6 nights and the services were maintained. Breakfast were okay. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Our room cleaned daily. No complaint or any issues with this hotel. Just perfect for us family of 4 ❤️

The hotel is located in a garden area, and the room is relatively spacious. My friend felt that the shampoo products were very suitable for her to use. The hotel also has free laundry and drying services, and the waiters are very enthusiastic. Parking is free in the basement.
