It's 5-star, but you can see that the garden is pretty. And the staff are friendly The swimming pool is okay, but my baby is in the pool. couldn't get in There is incorrect information here on Trip.com. I went there because it said there was a children's pool. The room has hair on the floor and the refrigerator is broken. I think it's okay to just go to a museum and stay for a few nights A lot of celebrities stayed here, so it feels weird i did it The garden and lounge cafe are really pretty

J’ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et j’en garde une très bonne impression. C’est un établissement simple, sans prétention, mais vraiment pratique : les prix sont très abordables et surtout l’emplacement est idéal, à seulement une minute de la station de métro Ali Boumendjel. Parfait pour se déplacer facilement. Le personnel est un vrai point fort : hyper sympathique, accueillant et toujours à l’écoute. Grâce à eux, le séjour est encore plus agréable. En résumé : un hôtel simple, bien situé, pas cher et avec une équipe chaleureuse. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Located on Alger hillside, can enjoy the entire city scenery within walking distance. The rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast is plentiful, and the facility decor is modern. Good for sightseeing and short business trips.

Lovely hotel masha Allah - standouts include both the reception staff as well as the restaurant staff who were exceptional with their attentive service. Restaurant food at Le Grand Bleu was of high quality, we experienced a lovely dinner service and we made sure to thank the head chef who was very friendly as well as the waiters. The two young male waiters were super friendly and professional, lovely to see. Breakfast service was very good too. Only thing about the hotel that would have been nicer is if the private bathroom had a bath tub in the Executive/Privilege with sea view and a cooler room during summer months. Still highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent welcome, friendly and professional reception, top-notch service, and a great restaurant too. Airport shuttle service to and from Algiers Airport (10-15 minutes from the airport). Clean hotel and a wonderful stay.

Good location, food little variety to choose from Normal breakfast. Quiet to rest due to its location.

The service was okay. But there were some miscommunications regarding the hotel transfer, so we had to wait for almost 40 minutes before we decided to take taxi. Time wasted. Other than that, it was okay.

I’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable. As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.

We are quite disappointed with this establishment: no parking reserved for customers, poor breakfast choice, unsmiling morning staff who take the liberty of criticizing the customers. We were expecting something very good but ultimately very disappointed. The night staff were very smiling and available. A really very pleasant and appreciated point. Cleanliness of the room +++. We appreciated it.
