Haile Resort is home away from home. I am always impressed with their hospitality. The greetings and welcoming message starting from the airport shuttle , goes all the way to the kitchen. Every guest is treated and served with an outstanding service. I feel cared and honored to use Haile. My family and myself are longstanding customers and we always stay at Haile’s. Thank you Haile Resort for your unwavering customer service. The food, the cleanliness and overall the warm hospitality is just more words.

Considering the local economic conditions, this hotel really exceeded my expectations. It's fantastic, comparable to a 3-star hotel back home. The hotel restaurant was also great; the prices were cheap, and two of us ate until we were stuffed for less than 200 RMB.
