Amazing
Ggeorgia22We stayed here for 2 nights and the hotel was less than ideal. The staff were very kind and helped us with recommendations of what to do in the city, however the hotel itself was very disappointing. The room had many things that were broken. The sink was falling off, the shower was dirty and broken, the closet door was broken and peeling. The swimming pool was not clean. The breakfast was almost inedible. The first day my egg was completely raw and the second day there was a hair baked into my pastry. We were honestly so upset about the state of the hotel, it looked so nice on the pictures and it did not live up to what we expected. Especially for the price we paid, this was unbelievable.

Outstanding
SSotiris UKThe property is in an amazing location with beautiful mountain views. The aesthetic, both inside and out, blends perfectly with the mountain landscape, while the rooms are meticulously designed down to the last detail. George and Georgia are exceptional hosts who made our stay truly pleasant. The breakfast and restaurant are excellent and the indoor pool and steam bath are definitely among the resort's highlights.

GGuest UserGood hotel in the city centre. We stayed for two days but they forgot to clean our room, to change towels, etc! They also refused to upgrade our room with two single beds to a room with a king bed. They offered to somehow join the two beds. But the next day surprisingly they forgot it! The staff is friendly but this is not enough... Next time in Ioannina we will look for other options.

SSοtStaff super friendly. I asked for a quiet room and my wish was respected. Room was spacious enough with a great lake view. Hot water 24/7. Mini fridge also in the room. Bed was comfy. The only negative for me was breakfast that had no warm/hot food options such as pies, egg, toasted bread etc

MMichael RaymondLove, love, love this place. Plan to come back winter to experience the winter vibe. Hosts are exceptional, old world charm feeling. We had a fire place and balcony with amazing rural view.
Would rate as one of the best places that I have stayed. Can’t wait to head back.

AAnonymous UserEverything went well. There is an underground parking area that connects the building with all levels of hotel. Breakfast was with plenty of options, sweets oriented. Overall nice experience but I think it's overpriced for what it is.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel and service, especially the reception with perfect location near centre buses
And very close to cafe food stuff. Suitable for all types of travellers (may be not big families or with babies).
Thank you

SSunxiaojieWe stopped over for 1 night for visiting Mystras. The hotel seems more for company events than personal holidays. The room is very spacious. From Asian standard, it may need some upgrades for a 5 star..
