We stayed here for 2 nights and were very satisfied. The service was very good, the hotel was clean, and there were many activities provided. My children were very happy to see the birds and fish that are well cared for at this hotel. I hope there will be many more hotels like this in Lampung so that Lampung can develop further.

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Bukit Randu. The room was spacious and comfortable. I stayed in a King Room with a balcony, which was a nice feature. However, the grass and plants outside had grown quite tall, partially blocking the view from the balcony. The hotel facilities were generally well-maintained and in good condition. One thing to note is that the swimming pool and gym are located in a different building, so guests need to walk outside to access them. During my stay, it was raining, and unfortunately the umbrellas provided by the hotel were not in good condition, which made the walk less convenient. What really stood out was the excellent service. Shortly after check-in, the receptionist called my room to ensure that the air conditioning was working properly and cooling the room as expected. They also asked if I needed any assistance, which was a thoughtful touch and demonstrated genuine care for guest comfort. Overall, despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a very good experience. The friendly and attentive service, comfortable room, and good facilities made for an enjoyable stay. I would gladly stay here again when visiting Bandar Lampung.

Never get tired of staying at this hotel with my family. The location is strategic, right in the heart of Bandar Lampung. For anyone looking for a family staycation in Bandar Lampung, I highly recommend this hotel.

Highly recommended for those who want to stay overnight and stop by on a flight. There is free airport transfer accommodation. The restaurant is delicious. I have stayed here several times. When you fly in the morning, ask for breakfast at Fakeaway and prepare it in the morning with a box menu of fried rice, capcay noodles and soy sauce chicken. Very satisfied, this place is next to Indomaret, a little ahead of Alfamaret. In front of the gas station. The service was friendly and satisfying. It's just that that day, please pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom floor when it's wet, even though it hasn't been in contact with soapy water, the floor was very slippery and I almost fell in the bathroom. The rest is okay.

Overall, I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel. We booked the Executive Suite, and it was perfect for two adults and one 11-year-old child. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, and everything tasted delicious. The lontong sayur was especially outstanding—it was one of the highlights of our stay. There are a few areas that could be improved. The water in the bathroom drained quite slowly, so the bathroom floor may need some repair or adjustment to allow the water to flow properly into the drain. The parking area is limited, and assistance from the parking staff is needed to park vehicles. There was no hair dryer or iron provided in the room, although these may be available upon request. Lastly, I think the friendliness and hospitality of the reception staff could be improved to provide a warmer welcome for guests.

The service was extremely satisfying. Everyone was very friendly, and check-in and check-out were fast. Special shoutout to Tio for excellent service... This hotel is highly recommended!

Lokasi strategis di dalam mal, all is ok hanya saja kalau mandi air dari kamar mandi ngalir keluar sampai ke ujung ranjang harus nya jangan di buat datar jadi air bs di tampung lbh baik..

My stay was a fantastic ”good deal” because the price already included a delicious breakfast and a room that was impressively clean, fresh-smelling, and featured a private balcony with a stunning direct view of the ocean. The resort offers exclusive access to a private beach area which is perfect for activities, though keep in mind it’s a rugged coral beach rather than fine sand, so it’s more about the dramatic views and coastal vibes. Despite visiting during a busy holiday period where the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, the service remained friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience feel seamless. For the price, comfort, and those unbeatable morning views, I’m giving this stay a solid 4.5/5

A perfect stay in a perfect location. Everything meets our satisfaction. Smooth check in check out, a spacious room with good aircon, kettle, fridge and spotless working bathroom. A big shout to all the staff from housekeeping, breakfast restaurant, reception, porter and secure staff. A special mention to the chefs who make delicious and plentiful breakfast we absolutely enjoy every morning. The best nasi kebuli I've ever had, so delish, so moreish, so perfect. The only thing is only 1 same sweet sambal everyday which would be better if homemade and varied. I would like to stay in the hotel group if they have them in different cities because I found Lampung is too small, and infrastructure to further beautiful areas such as The Sharks Teeth Beach are very bad, unfortunately I won't go back to this amazing hotel.

breakfast is so so.. staying in a family room..but only given 2 small mineral water... hmm what u guys think? 4 persons only 2 small mineral water... certain things they are very stingy
