The room is in a very good location. The balcony is just right for you to see the gorgeous sunset of the Aegean Sea. In the morning, you can see the cruise ship slowly entering the port of Kusadasi. The breakfast is rich and delicious, great

New modern hotel with a gorgeous view of the bay. But the hotel staff is extremely unfriendly, gave the coldest reception possible. The room was not ready for our arrival, although we arrived on time. We waited 30 minutes. They refused to provide breakfast at the price indicated in the reservation. The cost of breakfast is 20 euros per person, and they are not interested in what is written in the reservation. They also said that they do not have parking, and problems with the car are our problems, park wherever you want. They did not give any information about the hotel services - neither about the beach, nor about the hamam. We still did not understand where they are. As a reminder, they took a deposit of 50 euros !! In general, the entire period of our stay we felt that we were not welcome here. The service is terrible, this should not happen. I do not recommend to anyone
Pool sauber. Schöne Aussicht. Würde wieder kommen.

The advantage of the hotel is that it is in a very good location, close to the harbor, and you can enjoy the sea view from the sea view rooms and outside the restaurant. Of course, the hardware facilities are relatively backward, the doors and locks need to be updated, and the shower room is also very small. It is still okay to make do with it for a night occasionally, and the price is the advantage.
A very nice hotel with a high standard.
Everything was top-notch: clean and modern rooms, very comfortable beds, a fantastic spa area, and an excellent breakfast.
The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.
Highly recommended, we'd love to come back!

First, I must mention the lack of cleanliness at the hotel. My bed, in room 301 was infested with bed bugs, and could not sleep most nights due to being bitten all night long. The carpet in the corridors, which wasn’t even gotten properly, was filthy.

Checked in at dusk, and was shocked by the sunset over the sea outside the floor-to-ceiling balcony as soon as I entered the door. Very beautiful sea view. The hotel service is good and the facilities are complete. There are kettles, toothbrushes, etc. The room is large and the bedding is comfortable. It is the most satisfactory hotel in the four-day trip to Türkiye.
The room was not cleaned properly, the toilet was left dirty. When we asked for room cleaning, they folded the dirty towel and put it back. When we realized it, the attendant said they had no more towels. We asked for a change of sheets, they said it was every 3 days, but we said it was not very clean at the entrance, and we had to change it with difficulty. If you want to have tea after dessert, you have to go to the lobby because there is no tea after dinner in the restaurant. The sea is very nice, and one day they had Adana and tantuni, which were quite good. The desserts looked very nice, but they did not taste very good.

The room was very nice. But the location of the hotel is a bit remote. And the most complained thing is that the hotel only starts serving breakfast at 8:30. The breakfast is also very half-hearted.
Very Good

GGuest UserIt was a very bad experience. The air conditioners in the rooms were not working in the freezing weather. It was an environment where everyone made noise in the name of entertainment, and when we came before, we were mesmerized by the piano recital. A hotel with administrative problems. Although it was not a holiday, we were constantly exposed to children's chaos during the week, so we could neither swim comfortably, eat, nor rest and enjoy. Unless there is an application such as a children's playroom or area, there is no such thing as resting and relaxing in a thermal spa, and you would not be a reason for choosing it. It was a strange accommodation where we tried to rest in our rooms among the children's donations even at 12 at night. Also, although the food variety was small, we liked it, but almost all of the desserts were stale, we tasted them and left them on the plate

SSuskiQVery pleasant hotel as we passed through Aydin for the night. Comfortable bed and helpful friendly staff.
Decent breakfast but very bread heavy.
