Hotels With Breakfast in Southern Region, Iceland

Overall stay was ok, the service was not bad as we had issues with the aircon and the staff tried to help but at the end could not solve it. He gave us another room but the issue persists. It was really hot the whole night but the room and toilet was clean. The room is not that big but just good for one night stay, super near Gare du Nord.

Booked this last minute just to be closer to the Blue Ice Cave for the next day. The hotel itself is great, though I booked an economy room which was on the basement level. On the bright side, it's on the same floor as the free hot spring pool, and soaking in the hot spring under the stars at 9 pm was a lovely experience. Oh, and the room was very spacious, as was the bathroom. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

Nice hotel, simple breakfast, price is a bit high, which is not surprising in this location, there are no more budget hotels for booking a day in advance

The lake view room is quite nice, close to the supermarket and much cheaper than Reykjavik, the breakfast is average, the coffee is not good. In the town, the view is definitely not as good as the hotel in the mountains.

Everything about this hotel is amazing! Very clean and spacious enough for 3 pax. Had all the amenities you’d need, such as sauna, hot tub and gym which were all very well maintained. Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful as well! Managed to catch the aurora on our first night there! Only small downside is that the hotel room doesn’t have a fridge, but no big complaints here. Would highly recommend!

The hotel is a bit far from town, but there's a horse ranch nearby. The service and environment are excellent. Perhaps because it's so far from town, it's convenient for viewing the aurora borealis. Also, the front desk offers an aurora wake-up call.

Great location, close to the Bund, just 100m from the metro, and near Yu Garden. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices. Overall, excellent!

The location is great, the room is very big, besides the lockers and closets, people in the empty rooms rarely experience a good and enthusiastic landlord, and the furniture and lighting are very tasteful. Nice hotel. Near Skaftafell terminal tour center. Opposite is the gas station, bistro, and minimart. The room is clean. The hotel is modern, neat, and comfortable. A lady at our check-in, in the evening is nice. We were 3 persons stay together, but we didn’t feel uncomfortable as the layout was well organized. Great breakfast.
