Based on google map, the lane to this hotel is wrong. So i had to walk a bit after my taxi dropped me off at the wrong location. The staff at reception, Wan and Lo (sorry for wrong spelling) are absolutely wonderful. Pleasant and polite especially the male staff. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and bathroom huge with beautiful floor tiles.
The only negative experience i had was at breakfast, when i asked a female staff which food had meat - i only take Halal or vegetarian food - and was told the spring rolls were vegetarian. When i bit into it, there was meat inside!! That was extremely upsetting for me!!
Suggestion- place labels at the serving dish to indicate vegetarian dishes or otherwise. There are many Europeans who are vegetarians too so it will be useful to have such labels.
Rooms should have a chair in it for those who want to do work at the tv counter.

I love everything about this hotel. I actually booked it at the very last minute as I had to cancelled the other hotel due to incorrect date. Room was so spacious, very clean, and the breakfast spread was not bad too. If you are vegetarian, you may ask them to make new ones if they have it. Pool was really great, staff was extremely helpful & friendly. Do not worry if the location is just a bit out of the centre, they have free shuttle services & pick up too. The spa massage was amazing too. And i love that they also provide free shuttle to train station or airport if you stay 2 nights. Do not hesitate to book this hotel!
Lovely hotel directly at the river. Beautiful balcony for breakfast and restaurant food, another terrace directly at the river for relaxing and reading. Rooms are spacious and clean. Walls not too thick though. Stuff is super friendly and welcoming. Free airport/train station shuttle and shuttle to the city center.

This place is ain't and calm. The location is near a monk temple and 500 meters from the monk coming out about 530 am. So if you have that spiritual side and like the peace and quiet, stay here.
The patio lock isn't very secured and have to push it in to lock it.
The staff is very nice and helpful.
The hotel is in good condition in all aspects. Although the swimming pool is not large, it is still suitable for children to swim. The whole hotel is well designed. The sanitary conditions are also good. The location is in the city center, so you can buy food and go everywhere easily.

Located in the old town between the Mekong River and the Nam Khan River, it is within walking distance of major tourist attractions such as Wat Xieng Thong, Royal Palace Museum, Mount Phousi, and the Night Market.
Bicycle rental is free.
There is a hotel app, and if you download it, you can request amenities and cleaning from the app.
I downloaded it, but in the end I never used it.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The TV was a smart TV.
There were oranges and longan as welcome fruits.
There was a safety deposit box.
In addition to a coffee maker, there were also tea bags.
Snacks were charged.
I think they said that one soft drink and one alcoholic drink were free in the refrigerator.
Maybe it was one bottle per night.
When I took a shower, the toilet was flooded, but there were rubber sandals.
When I checked in, I was able to choose my favorite soap, so I chose lemongrass.
There were not many guests staying at the first night's breakfast buffet.
The second night was a buffet.
The food was very delicious.
It was a comfortable stay and well worth the price.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel—perfect for families looking for comfort and convenience. The garden is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained—our kids loved running around while we relaxed in the serene atmosphere.
The location is great, just a few minutes from the town center, making it easy to explore local shops, markets, and restaurants. Despite being close to everything, the hotel still feels quiet and relaxing.
The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable—clearly well taken care of. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and cleanliness.
The staff are amazing—warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They made our stay even more memorable by going above and beyond for our family.
And the breakfast? Simply superb! A great variety of local and international options, fresh fruits, and delicious coffee or tea’s to start the day right.
Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a cozy, garden-side stay near town!

There are few reviews for this hotel. I stayed here for a week and will give you a more comprehensive introduction. First of all, the location of the hotel is very good. It is between the Mekong River and Nam Khan River, with major attractions such as the Royal Palace and Xiengthong Temple in front and behind. The structure of the house is okay. I wonder if this is a common practice here. The hotel is not as fancy as in China and has many room types. Even if the room types are different, the pricing will not be different. The room decoration is relatively refreshing, the room size is relatively compact, and the hygienic condition is good. However, the quality of consumables such as toothbrushes and toilet paper used in the room is relatively low. There is no problem with hot water in the shower, but there is no hot water in the basin. I don't know how it is in other hotels. The attitude of the staff is pretty good, but some female employees continue to look at their phones without saying hello to customers, which seems to be a lack of training. The front desk couldn't communicate in Chinese well, so I managed to cope with it with the help of a translator. Fortunately, there weren't many people who needed to communicate while staying in the hotel. Breakfast was futile, the same every day. Two days before I stayed, there were Chinese families living on the same floor with their children. The door was often closed due to the commotion. This strange hotel was a bit reluctant. By the way, tourists should also pay attention to their own image and work together to maintain quiet in public places. I don’t know what activities there were in the next two days, but it didn’t get quiet until midnight.
Generally speaking, most of the hotels in Luang Prabang’s old town are old houses and B&Bs. The location advantage and basic facilities of this hotel are pretty good, so the business is still good. There are also many other B&Bs nearby. My bus ticket for the return trip from Luang Prabang to the train station was booked from other B&Bs. It cost 50,000 kip per person, which was relatively affordable. However, the hotel contacted asked for a chartered bus ticket of 300,000 kip. In my opinion, it can only be regarded as average in terms of comprehensive cost performance. For your reference.

Everything was just like in the pictures. Super nice decoration. The room and its balcony were quite big. The taste of their breakfast was very nice, literally - only American breakfast's available, tho. Free bicycle ride. It's located in a quiet area, which is good. It's close to the aiming area (with Wat Sensoukharam scene on the back) but a bit far from the night/morning market, FYI. Unfortunately, there was a construction in front of the hotel so it was noisy during the day.

The whole thing is ok. Nothing extraordinary. The breakfast was alright. Night staff not so pleasant to deal with- but I’m sure it’s just that one person. Will I return to stay- probably not. Will I come for their coffee and goods baked.. maybe.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. The location is really good. The facilities are impressive and well-maintained, making everything convenient and enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome. Additionally, the laundry service was efficient and reliable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I will definitely be returning!
NNuytsiaFloribundaOur stay had a lot of high points and a lot of low points.
Starting with the high points, the grounds and room were incredible. Our experience at the spa was one of the best we’ve had. The cocktails and Laos-style burger we had for lunch one day were phenomenal. The staff were charming and very accommodating.
However, there were a few aspects that were far below the experience expected of a 5 star hotel. First, cocktail service around the pool was abysmal. On almost every occasion we had to go searching for a staff member to take our order, and then the cocktails more often than not took more than half an hour to arrive. This is despite the fact that we seemed to be the only people ordering F&B at that time, i.e. they were not busy at all.
Second, the breakfast was a disappointment every day - we were told we could order eggs or noodles, and had to repeatedly press the staff to find out what type of eggs and noodles, and we only discovered on the last day that there was a menu with additional options. We ordered poached eggs on toast, and the eggs had not been drained of excess liquid, and the bread was entirely soaked through. An order of waffles took over an hour to come out - first it was delivered as a pancakes, and then they just forgot about it despite repeated follow ups. The “local” Laos options lacked flavor - very little of the herbs and spice that makes Laos food great. I think this and the pool service issue are primarily the result of a lack of training and instruction for staff - they were clearly doing their best, but did not know what to do.
Third, the pool area needs a lot more spent on maintenance. The decking is cracking and falling apart. The mosaic tiles in the pool are falling apart, A LOT of the tiles are missing, and I got a very large laceration on my forearm from the sharp edge of a tile sticking out. If this pool were in a western jurisdiction, it would not meet health and safety standards.
Fourth, the gym was not worth visiting if you want to lift weights. Possibly the worst weights offering I’ve seen for a hotel of that price and with that much space.
We want to reiterate how great and enthusiastic the staff were. I think this is primarily a management oversight, training, and maintenance capex issue.
GGuest UserIt's okay for the price~ I liked the balcony.
The bathroom and toilet are separate.
It's not completely clean, and you have to take that into account because it's an old building. The location is a bit far from the night market, but you can walk there, and I rented a scooter, so it wasn't difficult to get around.

GGuest UserVery friendly and helpful staff. Everytime I asked them something, they were more than willing to help in anyway they could. The room was lovely and very reasonably priced. The only very minor downside was that breakfast was a little bit limited for someone with quite a lot of food allergies, but the staff could make adaptions to the menu to try and cater for these. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Luang Prabang.
YyyfzhshLuang Prabang is a small town. The hotel is not far from the night market and is close to various attractions. It is convenient for reading alms in the morning and eating and shopping at night for massage. The room layout is simple and hygienic. You must take off your shoes when entering the lobby. If you like quiet, don't choose a room facing the street. , Western-style breakfast is simple and nutritious, and very cost-effective.

GGuest User“This hotel’s bed is incredibly comfortable! The mattress is perfectly balanced, providing an excellent night’s sleep. The quality of the bedding is also very high; the sheets and duvet covers are very soft and cozy. The hotel’s breakfast is also delicious, made with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable sleep and a tasty breakfast!”
KK.-The staffs are very friendly. Even though English is not their first language, they utilize translation app and enjoy the conversation with the guests. Very open-minded.
-The room is super clean.
-The location is a bit away from the historical area (30mins+ on foot) but you can enjoy the local life along the way to the area.
It was my first trip to Laos, and only for two days, but it became a very pleasant stay. Would love to visit again.
AAnonymous UserThis accommodation is perfect for travelers seeking comfort in the heart of the city. The minimalist-style rooms are cozy and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The night market view from our room was amazing! The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions. We would definitely stay here again

Kknoess RichelleThis place is an oasis . The staff are friendly and professional. The room was lovely with a nice balcony. Breakfast served near the lily pond each morning. It is a short walk into town or you can use one of their free bicycles. The grounds are beautifully manicured. And there was a yummy cookie left in our room each evening. You can also book all excursions around the city through the helpful front desk staff.
