The best hotel in Xinxiang The location is excellent and it is very close to the highway intersection. There are many supermarkets and food around, and all kinds of conveniences. There is a large parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, and the security guards at the entrance are warm and thoughtful. The front desk beauty is considerate and meticulous. The room facilities are complete and the breakfast is rich. The hotel is equipped with a gym, the equipment is simple and practical, the management is orderly, and the service is in place.

The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The curtains, lights and air - conditioner are linked to Xiaodu smart devices, which is very convenient. The super king size (2 - meter - wide) big bed is really cozy. An adult and two kids can sleep comfortably on it, offering a great experience. We arrived at 1 a.m. Parking was convenient and free. After shopping at Pangdonglai Supermarket, you can push the trolley straight to the hotel elevator. It's worth recommending. As there was a long queue at Pangdonglai Supermarket, I called the hotel's customer service. The hotel kindly gave us a free late check - out until 2 p.m. It's really nice and definitely worth a recommendation. 房间很舒适，超级大，很干净，窗帘灯光空调都链接小度智能设备,很方便. 2米的大床超级舒适，一个大人两个孩子一起睡的很舒服，体验非常好！我们是凌晨2点到的，停车很方便而且是免费的，胖东来超市购物出来直接就能把推车推到酒店电梯口. 因为胖东来排队太久，给客服打了个电话，酒店给免费延迟到2点退房，非常赞！值得推荐.

It's only a two- or three-minute walk from Li Pang Donglai Times Square, super convenient. The front desk has a luggage room for storage, a refrigerator, and a shop where you can buy Pang Donglai products. There's also a ”treasure chest” with some essentials. The lobby also has signs with daily temperature information. The room cleaning was meticulous, and the hotel offers free parking. The value for money is incredibly high, and they even provide a must-buy list. We couldn't find a single fault with it; we were extremely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend it. This is a very honest review from a Chinese customer – no exaggeration.

Luoyang truly is a hidden gem, with its rich cultural heritage leaving a lasting impression. This is an excellent hotel with a prime location, offering convenient access to all the main attractions. Taxis are readily available for farther distances, and the metro is perfect for closer ones – both offer a great experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with very new facilities. Room service is incredibly responsive, and the hotel staff are polite, enthusiastic, and always happy to help. A robot can even deliver takeaways to your room, which is super easy to use. The restaurant is large and bright, and the staff are polite and friendly. While the breakfast could be improved a bit, there's a decent variety of both Western and Chinese options, though I felt there wasn't much I really wanted to eat, especially on the Chinese side. The local specialty noodle soups were a bit bland. However, the fruit was exceptionally fresh, the juice tasted great, and the bread and pastries were good. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel with an excellent experience – highly recommended!

Very good hotel, very good experience. 1. After booking, the front desk took the initiative to call and ask me about my room preferences, which was very considerate. 2. Check-in took the initiative to upgrade the room and sent us to the elevator door. 3. Welcome fruit and yogurt were delivered directly to the room, and asked if I was satisfied with the room. If I was not satisfied, I would change it. 4. The hotel has complete facilities, comfortable sleeping, and good sound insulation. 5. The hotel's breakfast is very rich and delicious. 6. The hotel can park on the ground and underground, which is very convenient for friends who travel by car. 7. It is very close to Cao Wei Ancient City and Times Square Pang Donglai Supermarket. Next time I come to Xuchang, I will choose to stay here.

Room very spacious and clean. Hotel decor is of old style maybe because it was built quite a while ago. Tried the heated swimming pool which was really nice with the outside temperature around zero degrees C. The breakfast was acceptable and staff was really helpful. Only little imperfection was the Fan coil unit have squeaky noise when at medium and high speed. at low speed was quiet, so the engineering department should up their effort to make the stay more perfect.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at Hilton Zhengzhou. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The service was excellent—staff were attentive and professional. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food to suit different tastes. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here!
