"This is already my third stay here, and it's truly a fantastic hotel! First of all, the location is great and very convenient for visiting Pangdonglai, as it's right next to it—you can even bring the supermarket cart straight up to your room. The front desk service is excellent, and the hotel facilities are modern, well-maintained, and very new, making for a very comfortable stay! Secondly, the bedding is super cozy, and it's nice and quiet 🤫. Lastly, the breakfast is amazing; the beef noodles and rice noodles are delicious, and the Hu辣汤 (spicy soup) tastes very authentic! The restaurant staff are lovely, especially the friendly lady cooking noodles in the morning!"

The facilities are great, the location is convenient, the lobby is grand, and the bedding is comfortable. I also want to thank Manager Thierry for his excellent service. Both the breakfast and the executive lounge were pleasant. However, what really inspired me to write this review were a few small moments during my stay. Shortly after checking in, I casually mentioned to the front desk that I’d love to make a cup of tea. Before long, a housekeeping staff member brought up extra tea bags and a hot water kettle with a smile, saying, ”I've brought you a few extra, take your time and enjoy.” It wasn't a big deal, but that feeling of ”you say it once, and they take it to heart” was really heartwarming."

"Many people traveled during the Qingming Festival. It was already past eight o'clock when we arrived at the hotel after visiting Yuntaishan. It was a bit late to order food at the restaurant. The manager arranged for two bowls of noodles and some fruits for free, which was very considerate. The room was large, the sheets were white, clean and hygienic. There were both Chinese and Western food for breakfast, which was very rich. The environment is nothing to say, it is located in a small park, the cherry blossoms and lilacs in the yard are in full bloom, the trees are lush, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. The road at the door is wide, and it is convenient to get on and off the highway. I am very satisfied with the stay experience."

"The check-in process was great, and the hotel service was very warm and welcoming. Lila from guest relations was particularly attentive and thoughtful. The room was well-ventilated, and the hotel's location was convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit. The service at the 6th-floor Chinese restaurant was excellent, and the food was delicious! The Kung Pao chicken and boiled beef were both very tasty. The breakfast buffet on the 3rd floor was very extensive, and the Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) was especially good!"

During my recent trip to Zhengzhou, I stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Zhengzhou for a few nights and was overall very satisfied. The facilities are great, the location is convenient, the lobby is grand, and the bedding is comfortable. I also want to thank Manager Thierry for his excellent service. ## Facilities Generally very good. The only minor point is that the hotel uses central air conditioning, which often doesn't cool the room as much as individual units, typically maintaining around 22°C, and can sometimes feel a bit stuffy. However, the hotel's maintenance staff responded quickly, and after they cleared it, the room did feel noticeably cooler. ## Hygiene The room was immaculately clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job. ## Environment The hotel boasts a fantastic location, right at the subway entrance, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. ## Service The service was truly excellent. Any issues we had were promptly addressed by the front desk. A special mention goes to the complimentary drop-off service to Zhengzhou East High-Speed Rail Station on our last day, which was a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated. My only very minor suggestion would be to improve the consistency or quality control of the welcome fruit. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Zhengzhou.

The overall environment is pretty good, and the breakfast at 68 is reasonably priced. The room had water and 4 complimentary drinks. The room itself was quite nice, and the staff were friendly. However, because the hotel is so large, finding the elevators was confusing. The map provided wasn't very clear. There should be more recognizable signs on the walls indicating room numbers and elevator directions. A concerning incident was when I couldn't find an elevator after walking around for a long time, so I decided to take the stairs down. To my surprise, the door on the first floor was locked. I had to go back up to the second floor to find an elevator. For safety, how can the bottom door of a fire escape be locked?

Traveling to Luoyang with elderly parents and children, our experience at the Fengxiang Hot Spring family suite exceeded our expectations! The room decor was playful and child-friendly, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel even thoughtfully provided complimentary fruit, showing great attention to detail for families. The staff were consistently warm and polite throughout our stay. Check-in was efficient, and they were always quick to respond to any requests. When my elderly parent caught a cold due to the rain and couldn't eat, the staff even brewed honey pear water and later specially prepared rice porridge – their service was gentle and incredibly caring. The private hot spring pool in the room was a huge convenience. After exploring the Longmen Grottoes during the day, we could return to the room to soak in the hot spring and ease our travel fatigue. The outdoor hot spring area also had a children's water park, which the little ones thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel's location is very close to Longmen, making it convenient for those traveling by car. This hotel is perfect for a family vacation, suitable for all ages. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Luoyang. Highly recommended!

The hotel is just over 3 kilometers from the Luoyang High-Speed Railway Station, making it very convenient for getting around. The overall interior design is great, and the rounded corners in the rooms show a thoughtful and safety-conscious approach. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the executive lounge is also of good quality. There is a hair and makeup salon on the 4th floor, which is quite convenient. All the hotel staff are warm and welcoming with great attitudes. Shine Liu Xinghan, the dedicated butler, was very responsive, attentive, and caring. Yinuo and the rest of the team at the 21st-floor executive lounge were equally warm, and the makeup artist was gentle and patient. Overall, International Hotel.LuoYang boasts excellent hardware facilities and even better service.

Huge thanks to Karen, the Front Office Manager, for helping us get a room upgrade and planning our itinerary in advance. The concierge was super friendly, greeting us warmly and assisting with our luggage. The lovely lady at check-in thoughtfully offered us hot drinks, and Vivian at the front desk even gave us a kind reminder and some water for our journey when we were heading out. We really appreciate it! Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff on our floor were so attentive. They noticed we'd run out of water, left a sweet note, and brought extra bottles, which made our Christmas feel incredibly warm and special.

Summary: This hotel was chosen blindly. Aside from its good location and friendly staff, all other facilities were subpar. Pros: The location was decent, close to several attractions and surrounded by cosmetic shops. While the view from the window wasn't great, the room was relatively large. Cons: The soundproofing was terrible. I could hear the TV and conversations from next door; it was extremely poorly soundproofed. I was also unlucky; the first night, a bunch of inconsiderate people next door played cards all night, making it feel like I was sleeping in a card room, which meant I didn't sleep a wink. Also, the shower in the room had very low water pressure and weak flow, making it impossible to wash my hair. It was repaired once but never fixed. For a hotel with a bathhouse, the shower facilities were extremely inadequate. I originally booked for three nights, but after two nights, I couldn't stand it anymore and switched hotels.
