Had a wonderful stay at Mercure Palanga and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Before arrival, I had contacted the hotel regarding a birthday celebration, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. The arrangement was beautifully prepared, and it was clear that genuine care had gone into fulfilling the request. Small gestures like these create lasting memories and made the stay feel truly personal.
The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were well maintained, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was excellent for exploring Palanga while still enjoying some peace and quiet.
A special mention to the staff, who were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the stay. The breakfast selection was great, and the spa facilities provided the perfect way to unwind after a day out.
What impressed me most was the attention to detail and willingness to make guests feel valued. The birthday arrangement exceeded expectations and added a special touch to an already excellent stay.
I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Mercure Palanga to anyone visiting the area.

GGuest UserGreat location, 8 minutes walk to to old town and the sculpture park is just around the corner. Got this convenient store like 200 metres away and quite a few restaurants nearby.
Room is very spacious and the bed super comfortable.
Ramanda at the reception has been most KIND and SWEET!!
Had quite a bit of jet-lag and got up really early in the morning. Staff at breakfast let me in early despite the fact that I always show up before their opening hours (I am sorry!!). Breakfast was lovely, a good selection of warm and cold dishes!! Most appreciative!!

KkurauWe spent two nights at a family flat. For a group of five our two bedrooms and living room were ideal. The cost of parking is five euros per night. Nice apartment, a kitchenette, an unfurnished balcony, a swimming pool with saunas - all little and a bit chilly. There is a 12-meter pool with a jacuzzi that is kid-friendly. There were plenty of options for breakfast, but poor quality coffee. However, the cost speaks for itself. The location is excellent—it's right in the centre of Palanga, yet it's also quiet.

RRafa ChangIt’s a bit remote from downtown however the service including breakfast & room space were excellent, must try the fish & it’s flavorful enough to enjoy it with some bread~
Moreover, it’s just nearby the harbor to the Curonian Spit National park, incredible view with convenient route~

GGuest UserA view from room is completely different than was in pictures. Bad point is hard to find and understand where is a number from reception. No slips in number. Car parking is expensive and no clear marks of traffic direction and exit signs, when going up and down can meet another car comming up ahead in front your car. Good point is free swimming pool.

AAnastasiaЧистый отель недалеко от вокзала. Вокруг много магазинов. На ресепшн девушки говорят по-английски. Из минусов: дверь в душе плохо работала, открывалась и закрывалась с ужасным звуком. Не положили второе полотенце для рук, хотя два гостя были указаны. Тапочек не было. Холодильник заставлен минибаром, так ещё и отключен от сети. При въезде попросили оплатить депозит 50 евро, о чем мы осведомлены не были, и, с остатками налички после путешествия и отсутствием зарубежной карты, выполнить просьбу не могли. Дали 20 евро, которые при выезде нам вернули. Зато кровать отличная!

GGuest UserIt was all very to our satisfaction. The location is perfect, you are in a few minutes on the beach or at the restaurant. Breakfast was whatever good, especially waa with it. Your staff were very friendly and helpful, where may even be in our rooms earlier.
