AAnonymous UserOur stay was nice at first, and we even got a room upgrade, which was great. Unfortunately, the airco was super noisy it sounded like an airplane! When my husband mentioned it to the receptionist that night, she just said, “Why don’t you sleep without airco?” and gave no solution.
We ended up sleeping without it, but the room was so stuffy. We had to open the door a few times, though it didn’t feel safe since the balcony faced the street.
Luckily, the receptionist the next morning was very kind, apologized, and gave us something complimentary as compensation. So glad it was a different person!

FFirst timerA 500 years old house converted to B&B, very nice deco and setting. Staffs were all friendly and helpful. Not any big or fancy hotel like. The room is small, so is the bathroom. We stayed on the third floor which is a challenge to haul our 2 baggage up the small stairs. So, not recommended for people with disability to move baggage or climbing up narrow stairs. The staffs was kind enough to assist our baggage. The breakfast was set for each person and not buffet. Just enough to enjoy it. I would recommend if u have to problem with narrow stairs.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very charming as its appropriations. Possibilité d'accéder aux termes moyennant un supplément. L'accusation que l'on peut formuler concerne l'insonorisation des chambres. Ainsi on entendons beaucoup trop fort le voisin prendre sa douche. The lack of sound in an hotel of this standing level was also heard !!!

GGuest UserFantastisch hotel met mooie kamer. Heerlijk gegeten, echt een top keuken!
Ook in de wellness geweest, was erg druk dus geen bedje om op te liggen. Puntje van aandacht zijn de vervelende kinderen in het zwembad met geschreeuw en springen vanaf de kant.
En we misten extra handdoeken en een badjas in de wellness. Maar heel uit gebreide keuze in sauna’s!

GGuest UserThe hotel was all right, but I think it doesn't correspond to 4-Sterne-Standard.
The location is quite good – The city centre is available in about 20 minutes walking distance.
However, the room's condition remains to be desired. The bathroom was in a bad condition, there was fungi, which was really unpleasant. The worst was the bed: instead of a large double bed, there were two single beds that were constantly disconnected, making sleep very uncomfortable.
Overall, there is a significant need for improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness and comfort.

After booking and paying for the room on your website, I received a request from the hotel to pay for sheets and towels or else I had to bring my own. I paid €39.95.
I had informed the hotel that I would be arriving late that evening due to my flight to Brussels, and they kindly left my room key in a key safe. Unfortunately, with strong rain and wind at 10 pm, I spent over an hour trying to open the key safe, but the code they sent me was incorrect. I found another key safe, and the code worked, but the key was missing.
I had breakfast included in the room, and I was asked to pay for the only two breakfasts I had, but I refused, showing my reservation. Now I have received an email from the hotel asking me to pay the tourist tax for two people, even though I was the only guest.
