Overall the hotel is good but i think only suitable for business travellers. Their is nothing surrounding and only a small shopping mall there. Not many restaurants but there are some thai food, Japanese food and kebab restaurants
We booked a room with a private bathroom, which was larger than the A&O rooms in Berlin, but still a bit cramped for two people. The service attitude was typical for a hostel – no-nonsense. They answered about 80% of our questions, and the rest you had to figure out yourself.
The online reviews mentioned the breakfast was good, costing 48 Polish Zloty. It's suitable for those who love cheese, butter, and bread, but I personally didn't enjoy it much.
The hotel was very clean, and its location is a bit outside the CBD but very convenient for transport. It's about a 30-minute walk to the Złote Tarasy shopping center, which is also the central train station. From the West Station, it's about a 20-minute walk.
There are a few really good restaurants nearby.

Room was very clean and quiet for a peaceful night.
Bathroom facilities were clean and worked very well.

I had a great stay here! I requested a high-floor room facing the central station where the Palace of Culture and Science is, and I got a lovely room! The view from my room was GORGEOUS. It was made even better because I could open the windows. The air-conditioning was not as cold as I would have liked, so I opened the windows for the natural air-conditioning at 10°C. The air-conditioning will auto-shut once you open the windows. For that, I would like to thank the staff who attended to my check-in and gave me this lovely room. The location is walkable, a straight walk from the central station. The tram to Stare Miasto stop (Castle Square) is just downstairs at the hotel. Nowy Swiat is within walking distance. There are a lot of restaurants and a few convenience stores around the hotel area. Zlote Tarasy (shopping mall) is where the central station is. Shops are closed on Sundays, though.

We stayed for three nights. On our second day, we woke up a bit late and asked housekeeping to come clean the room later. However, when we returned that evening, we were disappointed to find that the room hadn't been cleaned at all.
Aside from this minor issue, everything else about the hotel was excellent. Its location is fantastic – very close to the train station and right next to a shopping mall, which is incredibly convenient. The old town is also within easy reach.
The bedding in the room was very comfortable, especially the pillows.
The breakfast selection was extensive, featuring Polish dumplings which tasted quite similar to Chinese flavors, alongside a wide variety of fruits and drinks.
Overall nice environment with some restaurants nearby, just that the roads were undergoing construction when we were there, so quite dusty. Rlly close to a nice park with a small bouldering rock nearby.
I stayed at this hotel for an overnight transfer flight from Warsaw to Stockholm. For 500HKD a night, this hotel subverted my expectations, it feels as if I am staying in a high quality 5 star hotel. Room was spacious and clean, I can even get a view of Warsaw from my room. Would consider stay in this hotel again if I am going to Warsaw in the future.

The hotel is nicely renovated on the inside, the room has it’s unique style too.
If you are looking for an accomodation close to the old town, it is the right place to book.
Only 2 negatives I can mention:
- The breakfast room can be crowded, because it is not that big
- The hotel entrance is not barrier free, you need to take 5-6 stairs to enter the lobby, and that is not convenient especially if you carry heavy luggage, travel with a babycar or wheelchair :(

Very Good
GGuest UserThe entire hotel had a great vibe, and is currently being modernized. Service was immaculate. The sleeping balm at the night desk was a nice touch to make the stay even more pleasant.
GGuest UserThe hotel in the old town is especially suitable for City Walk. The location is excellent so the price is not cheap, but the service is thoughtful. Although the buffet breakfast is a bit expensive, it is also worth a try.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the national stadium, making it an ideal option for overnight stays during events there. Breakfast is very good and varied.
CChengI had an exceptional experience at Platinum Residence. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and exquisite amenities made my stay truly memorable. The well-appointed rooms were both comfortable and stylish, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. The hotel's central location allowed for convenient access to local attractions, and the attention to detail in service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Platinum Residence for a refined and indulgent stay.
MM505461****The location is fantastic, very close to Warsaw's Old Town, making it super convenient for getting around. The surrounding area is also great for a stroll, with lovely scenery! The breakfast spread was quite rich too, with plenty of choices!

VVitaliiThe location is the best. It's downtown, close to the shopping center Złote Tarasy as well as the Central railway station. The building is new and there is a observation deck. The facilities are new and the only thing I didn't like was the sliding door in the washroom.
Car rental is also available in the same building.
SSubrata I Gusti MadeIt was very great experience staying in this hotel. The airport transfer was great as well, as complimentary since our flight arrived Warsawa already a bit late but driver of shuttle van was there and brought us to the hotel and helping loading/unloading ours baggages as well.. Receiptionist staff also really great and professional. Thank you Hampton by Hilton Airport Hotel Warsaw..🙏🙏🙏
GGuest UserThe room is clean but very small. There are no slippers and no water is provided. There is no hair dryer, in fact, there is nothing. There is only a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and electric stove (I did not use any of this), but slippers and a hairdryer were needed more🙌🏼
