A very decent hotel that has maintained a high level of service for tourists for a long time of work. A good breakfast with enough dishes for any taste for the beginning of the day. The noise isolation in my room on the 6th floor was good. The hotel beautifully decorated the entrance hall ahead of the New Year, which is why the situation has become solemn. Late departure is paid at 50 % of the daily cost of the hotel room at the hotel rate, starting from the first hour of departure delay.

Very successful location, up to mountain 1 km can be walked , near the park. There are dishes, microwave.  Delicious cook in the restaurant, good breakfast -600rub  Comfortable , large beds . When you get in the rooms clean - well the cleaning itself is just horror. In 5 days -2 days, the garbage was removed and the towels changed, the rest 3 didn't even come. The management is worth paying attention to this ‼️

Very pleasant hotel, successful location. Rest in summer and winter, always quite well. Nothing tense-all clean and neat.Beautiful park area. Good aqua zone. We'll definitely come back.

房間十分大，而且是在市中心，去附近任何地方都很近，大概10-20分鐘就可以。 就是早餐的種類有點少。可以考慮多做幾種。

The air conditioner doesn't work. The suitcase is very difficult to lift. Such a cool staircase. In general it feels that people travel without a suitcase. Now I would choose a more comfortable hotel, convenient for accommodation. Since cleaning needs to be requested in the room. And always forget to put that towel that means for the bathtub. We lived two and left everything for one. In general, if you want comfort, you don't have it here. And if you want to see a bunch of bears, you have it here.

Добрый день! Проживали в этом отеле с 12.02.2025 по 15.02.2025 . Номера немного уставшие, ковровое покрытие лежит с буграми, но мебель хорошая не потрепанная. Большой минус -очень , преочень жесткие матрасы (из-за этого спать очень некомфортно, просьба к администрации учесть это!). Из плюсов: хорошие завтраки (выбор не большой, но вкусно, видимо повара русские, к примеру в Paradise 5 завтраки хуже), кулер с водой на каждом этаже, что тоже хорошо тк по 1 бутылке в день в номере это мало. В целом отель хороший,уютный,рядом есть несколько кафе и столовая, расположение по отношению к Горному воздуху на 4ку, , ездили на такси 5 минут(200р в одну сторону)
