I spent three nights at this hotel and was very satisfied overall. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room was clean, well-equipped, and offered a beautiful view of the city. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and hygienic. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious—it included fresh fruit, a variety of breads, cold cuts, cheeses, and hot dishes. The coffee was also very good. The hotel's location is ideal—central, with good public transport connections. Many attractions were within walking distance. My only minor criticism: the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return.

This is our second time to stay at Turkuaz hotel. We like this hotel and would like to stay at here again. Room is comfortable and clean with good size of space. Staffs and facilities are all very good. Breakfast is super good with great varieties. This time our bathroom is quite small which the door even could not fully open before hitting the toilet. It’s a little bit hard to get in and out of the bathroom. We highly recommend Turkuaz Hotel.

Our stay at Crown Plaza Bursa was wonderful, and the room was upgraded to a superior room, which was very spacious with all the amenities anybody needs. Breakfast was so tasty with a large selection of food that all you desired was just in front of your eyes, plus the choice of preparing any special dish on the spot by the chef. All staff at the hotel from reception to housekeeping and waiters were very professional and doing everything to serve guests satisfactory. I would like to thank Ms CARMEN, the guest relation manager, for her outstanding assistance for hotel guests that made our stay very unique and memorable which will make us go back soon and tell all of our friends and relatives and any body who want to really enjoy Bursa is to stay at this hotel.

The hotel looks stylish and beautiful. It is a Hilton International chain brand, so the quality is guaranteed. Its underground parking lot is very high-end. The roller shutter door will automatically open when the car arrives. The parking lot is clean, bright and modern. Parking is also free. The hotel's breakfast is also very good. In addition to Turkish characteristics, it also adheres to the supply content of the chain hotel. There is a large supermarket next to the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping. There are many restaurants across the road. It is convenient to walk from the pedestrian bridge. Don't drive, otherwise you will have to go around a long way to get to the other side of the road.

The front desk service is standard and polite, and the room hygiene is also good. The last photo is the exterior view from the south window. Across the road on the east side is a large shopping mall including a Carrefour supermarket and many commercial service stores such as restaurants. Shopping and dining are very convenient. Parking is free, and the service of the parking lot staff is also very good. They saw me wiping the front windshield from a distance and quickly handed me a handful of tissues. When they saw that my backpack was not zipped up when I went out, they reminded me loudly.

Просто волшебный отель. Расположен в парке. Чистый , вкусный воздух, полное умиротворение. Еда в ресторане восхитительная. Персонал вежливый, отзывчивый (немного подучить английский). Бассейн чистый, большой , очень комфортный. Минус один-нет меню на английском. В остальном очень довольны, вернулись бы сюда ещё и будем рекомендовать всем.

The hotel room is quite spacious, clean and neat. Walking distance to the shopping mall. From room window can have mountain view, quite impressive.

The room is spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff is always kind and helpful, which makes the stay even more pleasant. Stayed here for one night to explore the city centre area and the Mount Uludag for ski, the hotel is near to bus stop so it’s easy to get to the city centre. Other facilities and the staff are very welcoming for foreign tourists. Since it’s not situated in the middle of the city, so the surrounding area is pretty quiet and easy to get a good night sleep
