A good experience with this company. The NFC card was inserted the wrong way around, so we kept getting a voice message in Japanese, but we were helped with that upon our return. They did try to add an extra insurance policy, but after clearly stating that everything was taken care of, it wasn't necessary.

We rented two cars and picked up and returned them on the same day. The staff provided excellent service. The journey to pick up the cars was convenient and the staff were kind and lovely. We purchased additional options and insurance, such as ETC cards, for around 20,000 yen, and we got back around 5,000 yen. We traveled from the car rental shop to various cities, which was quite far, but we still got our money back. The staff provided excellent advice and service. The car we rented had a defect in the front, so the shop took a photo to show that there was a defect here. We should have checked the car as well, but there was no problem. The staff were lovely and would recommend renting a car. ✨🩷

Bottom line: ⭐️Very satisfied⭐️ I'd give it 100 stars. Aside from the slightly older vehicle, the condition of the vehicle, the staff's service, and the pickup/return process were all excellent.
I booked the car because they said they could speak Korean, but the male staff member who initially guided us to Narita Airport didn't speak Korean. He was a very friendly Chinese man. We had no trouble communicating in English. He was very helpful and explained everything from how to refuel and connect Bluetooth, even when communication was a bit awkward. I felt compelled to leave a review.
And when returning the car, a staff member who didn't seem to be Korean but spoke Korean very well came and quickly processed the ETC payment. He even handled the process faster than we, Koreans, so it was a very convenient experience. I'd definitely stay here again next time. Thank you all!
