This hotel does not leave any wishes open! The suite was very spacious, very well maintained and clean and beautifully furnished. The view of the Austrian Alps is only the ”tip on the i”. The light as well as the Non-Disturbing function or the request for room cleaning can be controlled centrally via a tablet. The spa is impressively large, especially the sauna landscape has impressed us very much. The Eichenheim restaurant is the perfect address to make the evening out of the hot stone at a Vienna slice or steak. Also the staff is very friendly and welcome. All in all the perfect location, whether for a weekend trip or even longer. We will certainly come back!

Hotel very close to the airport. Bus stop to the center at 50 meters, very convenient location since you can reach the city center in 5 minutes. Helpful staff and always ready to give information. Simple and comfortable rooms.

The environment is beautiful and highly recommended. The rooftop restaurant offers a stunning night view. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the old town, requiring about a 30-minute walk to get there.

Nice room with bathtub. No air con in room, luckily there is a portable air cooler in room which helps a little in summer. Nice mountain views from room; location is not near to Innsbruck city, but friendly reception lady provided 2 guest cards to us allowing us to take free bus J line (2 mins walking distance from hotel) which brings us to City & also cable car station, frequency of bus J is around every 10 mins, so very convenient for us as hotel has free parking lot for our car. Only issue encountered is reception lady told me she couldn’t see breakfast included in my booking, so I contacted Trip.com chatline via web call & issue got resolved in 10mins after Trip.com contacted their agent, great service from Trip.com!

OOnetrickjourneyAustria Trend Hotel Congress Innsbruck is conveniently located about ten minutes from the bustling Altstadt. Bus stops are situated just outside the hotel, and the funicular station is right at the doorstep, making it very easy to get around. There is also a supermarket next to the hotel, which is convenient for picking up snacks or drinks. We arrived at around one in the afternoon, before the official check in time. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage, which gave us the freedom to head out and explore. When we returned later in the evening, the check in process was smooth and efficient, and we were assigned a room on level two. The room was large and spacious, with ample space to relax. There were chairs and a table, which made it comfortable for resting after a long day out. The bathroom was equally spacious and came with a bathtub. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a little too soft for our preference. Also, the footsteps from the room above could be heard but remained quiet during silent hours. Housekeeping and towel changes were done daily. Overall, the hotel offered great comfort and excellent value for money. It was a very pleasant stay and a solid choice for anyone visiting Innsbruck.

GGuest UserWhen systems replace people Alpenpark Seefeld is, from an architectural and spa perspective, a high-quality hotel. The materials, interior design and spa facilities show that a lot of investment and effort went into the physical space. What failed completely during my stay was human communication. A small misunderstanding regarding food turned into a deeply uncomfortable experience, not because of the rules themselves, but because of how rigidly and mechanically they were enforced. Instead of clarifying expectations or simply explaining the system calmly, the staff reacted in a defensive, automated way, as if they were protecting a conveyor belt rather than speaking to a person. At no point did anyone try to understand what I actually meant. Instead, the situation was subtly reframed so that I appeared as someone “demanding something for free”, which was never the case. This role reversal felt humiliating and unnecessary — and it happened solely because no one paused for a moment to communicate as a human being. The same pattern appeared again when I addressed the fact that my room heating was not working for two nights (later confirmed by technicians). The response was not concern or responsibility, but a procedural answer: “You should have said something earlier, now nothing can be done.” What connects these situations is not bad luck, but a systemic mindset: rules over people, procedures over reality, defense over understanding. This hotel does not have a problem with facilities. It has a problem with conveyor-style perception of guests, where the goal seems to be closing interactions quickly rather than actually resolving them. I am writing this not out of anger, but in the hope that the team pauses and reflects: How did a paying guest end up feeling diminished, unheard, and mislabeled — in a hotel of this level? With a shift toward real communication and accountability, Alpenpark Seefeld could be excellent. Without it, even beautiful interiors cannot compensate for the emotional damage caused by robotic service.

GGuest UserNot our first and it won't be our last stay at the Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol, but we are used to a different service. This time the room wasn't as clean as one is used to from the Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol. There was dirt and hair on the floor. The room was dated.

GGuest UserFor the price we paid (€350/night) we expected more. More helpfulness from the front desk, more attention given to the aesthetics of the room, and more care from housekeeping. The hotel charged us an additional €200+ euro to add our children to our two king suites. We found this outrageous  Housekeeping did not replace our used coffee cups on our second day, so we had to clean them ourselves. The bath towels were thin and scratchy and were barely bigger than a dish cloth. Although many restaurants in town were closed due to the holiday, the hotel also closed its restaurant, so we ended up ordering take out from a falafel place. What “4-star” hotel doesn’t offer its guests a dining option when they know they are at least a20-min walk from any nearby eateries?  We were quite disappointed with this stay and cannot recommend it  in good conscience.

GGuest UserA very new hotel in innsbruck, opened this year. It’s very accessible as it’s near to innsbruck hbf and a small walk from the town area. As it’s a new hotel, the facilities are very new and modern. The rooftop bar has a good view of the Tyrol mountain range. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and warm.

PParttime travellerI recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. Location: The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy local dining options. Everything I wanted to see was within walking distance, which was a huge plus. Breakfast: The breakfast variety was impressive! There were plenty of options to choose from, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits and pastries, which provided a great start to my day. Bar:The hotel bar was another highlight of my stay. It had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The cocktail selection was creative, and the staff was attentive and friendly, making it a great spot to relax and socialize.

CCoachTimCreationsWe had an amazing two-night stay at Alpenfanner Resort in Mayrhofen. The check-in was seamless even though staff weren’t on site — they buzzed us in, guided us by phone, and explained everything clearly (from key pick-up to parking). Our apartment was spacious, clean and quiet, with a kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom, plus a balcony with stunning mountain views. The location was perfect — easy walk to the town centre and close to the chairlift. Every evening we enjoyed a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the Alps. Truly a beautiful and comfortable stay — we only wish we’d booked longer!

GGuest UserRooms were clean, spacious and great that it had a small kitchenette. Service was excellent and the gym/sauna was good enough to be used. Was about a 15mins walk from the train station and 20mins walk from the main area/old town. Other than the location, everything else was great.
