Very good service from reception to excellent breakfast, well served and with excellent quality! The room we stayed was quite wide, good beds and the air freeze very well, the Wi-Fi connection left a little to desire because it switched quite, but it worked and we also had a little difficulty with the room access card, The only point we really don't like was that the room in which we were not having a box in the bathroom, which made us to have to wash and turn pan at every bathroom because the bathroom is very wet! The areas of the pool, the academy and the games are excellent.

The hotel is excellent in general. great rooms and perfect for those who go with a child. The time for children's activities is excellent. The pool bar is medium and has the same price as the indoor bar that is well better. I would surely come back.

The hotel's strong point is certainly the food. Sensational! of all restaurants. The staff's friendliness is great! The reasonable efficiency, I expected more than 5 stars. Room did not meet my expectations, smell of unpleasant mto mopho, we complained, made a maintenance in ozone air conditioned, but did not solve. We had a discharge in the bathroom, which delayed us to watch ai magic show, we ended up losing ... Prima swimming pools, but could have some air conditioning, the heated pool was for adult, my 4-year-old son couldn't enjoy. Finally, mto hotel is good, but for the value we paid was expected more, mainly from accommodation.

In front of the hotel there is a supermarket which is very useful. The only real bad thing about the hotel was an extremely slow internet connection. I expected to work remotely which was impossible.

AAGMM83.1Hotel antogio e precisando de reformas. Reservamos 2 noites e ficamos só uma. O hotel não tinha aguá quente e o ar não gelava direito. Não nos foi oferecido troca de quarto, apenas a chava de um outro quarto para tomarmos banho, mas que também não tinha agua quente.
Tentei solicitar o reemboldo da uma noito não utilizada, mas também foi negado pela gerente e a mesmo me direcionou para a ouvidoria do hotel.
Em resumo tive que pagar uma outra noite em outro hotel.
Realmente lamentavel.
Não recomendo este hotel, ele esta classificado com 4 estrela, mas não entrega o prometido.
