The service and breakfast were both good. I even forgot something, and the hotel called to thank me for it. However, the strange thing about this hotel is that the air conditioning only turns on at 6 PM. I came back from Maiji Mountain in the afternoon and was really cold, wanting to rest in the room. But I ended up having to wear my down jacket indoors. Air conditioning only starting at 6 PM? This is the first time I've encountered something like this in all my years of traveling!

The hotel is located in the Old Street commercial district. Finding parking was a bit of a hassle, but if you call the front desk beforehand, their directions are very clear. I had forgotten my contact lens solution and couldn't buy any since I arrived late. When I asked the front desk for help, they surprisingly lent me their personal solution to use! Huge appreciation for their kindness and excellent service. The beef noodles at breakfast were delicious, although other options were somewhat limited. The overall environment of the hotel is pleasant, and despite its location in a busy commercial area, the room was quiet and undisturbed. There are many convenient dining options nearby; I recommend trying the 'Kang Guo Yang Rou' (pot-stewed lamb).

Facilities: All-inclusive, no complaints whatsoever. Couldn't think of anything missing. Cleanliness: Plenty clean, up to par for a hotel of this caliber. Ambiance: Highly recommended! Perfectly captures the essence of Dunhuang, with its desert frontier vibe and a strong ancient Chinese aesthetic. Service: Every staff member was incredibly polite and attentive. Finally, the breakfast restaurant is called 'Zhai Xing Ge' (Stargazer Pavilion), and you can also grab coffee there at other times. You can even gaze out at Mingsha Mountain (Singing Sand Mountain) from there. How amazing is that? Too bad I didn't take many pictures, I just typed all this out, but it's all true.

This stay was absolutely fantastic, five stars all around! The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were a breeze, and they were very quick to respond to any requests. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. All the facilities were complete and in perfect working order, and the bathroom amenities were top-notch. The hotel environment was quiet, and the natural lighting was great, making for a truly comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options and tasted delicious, catering to different preferences. Overall, it's excellent value for money. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or business. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

First time in Zhangye doing the Silk Road. We’re Australians and don’t speak Mandarin. The hotel is brand new and the facilities were great. Service was fantastic and even though the reception couldn’t speak English they were so helpful and we communicated using a translation app to recommend restaurants and help us book transport. The General Manager of the hotel is called Jeffery and he speaks fluent English and was very helpful as well. Definitely recommend this hotel for tourists.

Hampton by Hilton Wudu, southern Fujian: warm-hearted accommodation beyond expectations! The accommodation in Weinan is directly locked up! The experience of the Hampton by Hilton Wudu District, Weinan City completely subverts expectations, saying that it is a ”high-end version of comfortable home” is not an exaggeration. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was amazed. The decoration was modern and atmospheric, the ground was clean and the light and shadow could be reflected. The bright and transparent space made people instantly unload the fatigue of the journey. Even the restaurant was exquisite like a star restaurant, and the visual sense was directly full. What impressed me most was the online service throughout the whole process. I didn't understand the air conditioner debugging. I mentioned to the front desk. The engineering department master arrived immediately and patiently helped to adjust the temperature. The laundry room actually had professional staff to assist, so I didn't have to worry about the operation. The details were too intimate. Before leaving, not only received a warm goodbye, but also unexpectedly received local tea, this sincerity really poke people. From hardware to service, there is no problem, and it is no exaggeration to say that it is comparable to a five-star experience. Whether you are traveling or traveling in southern Anhui, you can't go wrong here. This one has been included in the repurchase list!

When I booked the hotel, I was a bit worried seeing that the pick-up service was only from 8 AM to midnight. I specifically called to confirm that they could still pick me up even if my train arrived in Dunhuang around 7 AM. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Shazhou Night Market, Dunhuang Bookstore, Dunhuang Print Bureau, and Mingsha Mountain. I'm very grateful to the kind lady at the front desk for upgrading my room and allowing me to check in early. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Oh, and the two cats at the front desk are absolutely adorable!

This is the first time we stayed with Mehood Lestie in China, and we’re happy with the service provided by all the staff. They made us feel welcome and at home. The room is nice and clean. The free laundry room is a plus especially for travellers like us, who are spending long time travelling in China. They provide free bottled water in the room as well as in the reception and by the lift of every floor. The staff reacted quickly when I complained about cigarette smoke in our room on the first evening we stayed, which I suspected some guests were smoking by the window at the corridor. After they checked and the smell of cigarette smoke was gone. It’s not the hotel’s fault as they can’t always monitor what guests will do, and there are non-smoking signs everywhere in the hotel. Unfortunately, there are always some guests who have no consideration at all. Apart from this slight issue which is not the hotel fault, I recommended the hotel!

I'm not sure how to review this stay. I booked it because it's a Hyatt, but after checking in, I found an empty cigarette pack from a previous guest (my friend and I are two women) scattered in the corner when I opened the curtains. The breakfast was indeed good, but there was a hair in the peanuts. Although the manager promptly offered us homemade chili sauce, the gap between my expectations and reality was just too big. Regarding the cigarette pack, I reported it immediately and connected with them on WeChat, but to this day, I haven't received any explanation or apology. On the bright side, the front desk lady was really pretty, patient, and enthusiastic. She even helped us check in efficiently right before her shift ended.

I have stayed at Atour Hotel several times and the experience has always been great. The service attitude is warm and friendly, the facilities are complete, the parking is convenient and free, the shower water is plenty and hot and comfortable, and bottled water is specially given when leaving in the morning. It has five-star reviews and is recommended for staying! In addition, there are many restaurants within a few hundred meters around, and it is very convenient to eat. Especially walk about 900 meters towards Dingxi Hospital, turn right at the 4th intersection, there are many Northwest specialty restaurants!
