This is the first time I've specifically waited to review a hotel: 1. Location: Less than 10 minutes from the high-speed train station, very convenient. 2. Service: Beyond five-star service! They added me on WeChat in advance, and all the hotel staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, from bottled water available everywhere to free laundry and drying facilities, complete with laundry detergent. In the evenings, there were complimentary sweet soups, milk, and pastries. It was so convenient when traveling with a child and ordering extra food. There were welcome gifts upon check-in and also gifts upon check-out, plus a play area for kids. An excellent hotel! 👍👍👍

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended! If you come to Lanzhou, you must stay at the Hyatt Regency Lanzhou! The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows of the river view room offer a truly stunning view. Looking down at the Yellow River from high up, with the continuous loess hills in the distance alongside urban buildings, it's a breathtaking scene straight out of a photo. Watching the sunrise and sunset here is incredibly therapeutic. The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The breakfast is a real highlight, featuring authentic Lanzhou beef noodles, milk egg *laozao* (fermented glutinous rice soup), and a full array of local specialties. The hotel's location is superb, right next to the Waterwheel Park, making it very convenient for walks along the Yellow River. The front desk and service staff are attentive and thoughtful. The heated swimming pool and gym facilities are also comprehensive. This stay far exceeded my expectations. It's my top choice for a trip to Lanzhou, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

👍✨️⛱️Absolutely loved my stay! The room was meticulously cleaned, the bathroom spotless, and the location was fantastic – super convenient for getting around. The room itself was spacious and bright, hygiene was impeccable, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The service was warm, professional, and very responsive. Facilities were comprehensive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. This place offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit, it's a must-choose when in Zhangye!

The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite Shazhou Night Market. The room decor is also very nice. I forgot to take pictures of breakfast, but they had a great selection of cold dishes, hot dishes, fruits, and drinks. There's parking available right in front of the hotel and also an underground garage. In the evening, after visiting Crescent Spring, we took the free shuttle bus that drops you near the hotel, and it was only a 7-8 minute walk back to rest. So convenient! Plus, the room even has a bathtub, perfect for the kids to soak in after a tiring day. From its location to its service, this hotel is simply perfect. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dunhuang!!

The Atour Hotel (Dunhuang Shazhou Night Market North Gate) is absolutely the best accommodation in Dunhuang! It's right downstairs to the night market, making it super convenient for food and shopping, and a short taxi ride to all major attractions. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, proactively explaining travel routes and even providing shoe covers. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have excellent soundproofing, with incredibly comfortable bedding. The laundry and shoe drying facilities are a godsend for desert travel, and the breakfast offers a fantastic array of local specialty snacks. It's a rare find – quiet and comfortable despite being in the heart of the bustling city, with impeccable service details and fantastic value for money. If you're coming to Dunhuang, book this place with your eyes closed!

Very satisfied! The bed was super comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. It's right next to the desert, which is cool. Xiao Yi's service was excellent, she was always ready to help with anything. I'm really happy with this trip and will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Facilities: The hotel's overall facilities and in-room amenities are quite comprehensive! They have smart room controls, a humidifier, air conditioning, etc. A special shout-out for the abundant and strong hot water, making showers very comfortable! The breakfast selection is rich, and the evening congee is also excellent. Cleanliness: The cleanliness really needs significant improvement. I stayed here last year, and there were a lot of hairs on the carpet even then. This year, I brought my parents to Dunhuang, and the carpet still had hairs, and there was a very long hair on the key card slot (Photo 5). If it weren't for the truly enthusiastic service, I wouldn't hesitate to give a bad rating for cleanliness. I really hope the hotel takes cleanliness seriously! Service: All staff members are warm, hospitable, and always ready to help!

We made a mistake choosing this hotel: the word “international” led us to believe it would be better prepared to receive foreign guests, but that was not our experience. That said, the staff’s service was excellent at all times. Although they did not speak English, they consistently made the effort to use translation tools to communicate with us and assist us in the best possible way, which we truly appreciated. The hotel was almost empty. The first breakfast took place in a huge dining area where we were the only guests, which meant the variety was quite limited. There was some Chinese food and a coffee machine, but there were no options commonly expected by international travelers, such as fruit, cereals, yogurt, or bread. That same day, we were informed that the rest of the breakfasts would be delivered directly to our room. The staff made a continuous effort to ensure we felt comfortable with this arrangement, confirming the delivery time with us each day. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the cleanliness did not match the hotel’s level and price: the carpet had visible stains, and finding a toothpick at the entrance made it clear that cleaning standards were not adequate. In addition, the amount of shampoo and soap provided was extremely limited—again, not consistent with the quality one would expect given the building and overall appearance of the hotel. In summary, we would like to highlight the kindness and dedication of the staff, but we believe the hotel still has important aspects to improve, especially regarding international standards and cleanliness.

The hotel is easy to find; navigation takes you right to the entrance. There's ample parking both in front and in the back courtyard, which is super convenient for those traveling by car—no need to worry about finding a spot. Even though it was a holiday with many guests, after checking in, the residential building beyond the lobby was very quiet with good soundproofing, allowing for a restful stay. It's understandable that the hotel was busy during the holiday, and overall, the cleanliness was good, making for a comfortable and accommodating experience.

We had a fantastic experience staying here. From the moment we checked in, the staff was exceptionally kind, attentive, and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room exceeded our expectations—it was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. A special mention goes to the bathroom: the shower had fantastic water pressure and steady hot water, which made winding down after a long day so refreshing. The location is another major plus. There are numerous excellent dining options right outside the hotel, making it incredibly convenient to grab a great meal without having to travel far. Overall, a seamless and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended, and we would definitely return!
