At first glance, the hotel resembles a castle, but the facilities have been renovated and are very clean. The breakfast was delicious, with salads, fruit, and croissants, and there was even a Nesporesso coffee machine. The building itself is complex, requiring two elevator changes to get to the room, but once you get used to it, it wasn't a problem. The location was also great, as the elevator to the city of Toledo was also nearby.
You can take photos of the old town from the hotel's public courtyard. You need to take a taxi to each attraction. It is not very convenient to call a taxi in Toledo. You need to make an appointment for the hotel breakfast. It is more convenient to stay in the old town. The hotel only provides one bottle of water regardless of how many days you stay.
1. When I called to make a request, they told me to call at 8pm. In a hotel, service should be round the clock.
2. When i requested for lotion, they said they dont give lotion. We booked to 6 different hotels in Spain. Only this hotel has no lotion.
3. There is no complementary water. If you need water, you have to go get it from the cafeteria.
4. The air conditioning system is not working. The only hotel we booked at with no air conditioning for 3 days. So we had to open the windows, hoping that no bird would fly in while we were sleeping.
The hotel has a parking lot and free charging. The environment is very good👍 but the location is a bit far away. The surrounding scenery is beautiful. The service staff can understand English and the service is good.
The hotel is very quiet, the town is not big, there is a Don Quixote Museum not far from the next, Zhou Zhou is not far from the supermarket, the Unicom room is especially convenient for the family, impressed
The room is a bit small, and the sound insulation is not very good, it may be a very old house!
Breakfast is not self-service, you need to communicate with the waiter, it is more difficult!
The location is not bad, in the back of the ancient city, it is very convenient to have a bus!
The front desk is good and welcoming
The location is relatively remote, but it is no problem for self-driving tours. The breakfast is rich and the restaurant is large. There are mosquitoes in the summer. It is recommended that the front desk prepare mosquito coils. There is no kettle in the room, and the one borrowed from the front desk was broken. Suggestions for improvement

GGuest UserWe were surprised to encounter major renovation to the front terrace which reduced the car parking availability and created a lot of white/grey dust best to avoid the terrace area altogether but pack a clothes brush anyway as there are none in the room. Garage parking is advertised in Reception as €25/day but due to reduced free parking there was no charge. All staff are very obliging and professional and appear pleased to ensure your time there is enjoyable. The building has been repurposed over the decades but as a hotel it is both dignified and comfortable. A vending machine dispensing bottles of water would be useful. During the 2 night stay we took breakfast lunch and dinner and whilst the food is not great it is good.
Parador de Cuenca is a great example of the brand but as we are only a few into their Spanish estate and with another 88 to visit we sadly don't have time to return.

GGuest Uservery good! Great! This price is very cost-effective to live in a five-star. The room I lived in had a small independent garden and an extra bed was a triple room. Suitable for families, friends travel

GGuest UserGenerally the stay was great. However the actual room was not the same as what was shown in the picture. It’s actually much smaller with much smaller balcony. We were quite displeased about it. Nonetheless the stay was good
AAnni43Staff is extremely nice. The restaurant downstairs is good. The room was clean but we can clearly hear the neighbours snoring like if they were in the room...
SScheilafrancaBeautiful and classy looking hotel, amazing service , staff friendly and cheerful, the breakfast was delicious, definitely worth and recommend it.
