This is a brand new hotel, so there aren't many reviews online yet, but it's probably the most luxurious hotel in Queenstown. The room was very clean, and the wooden decor felt incredibly high-end. The minibar was replenished endlessly with delicious local juices and chocolates; I even asked the hotel for several more when I checked out. Highly recommended!

Where do I start - from arriving until leaving we had the most amazing stay here. We had a family room which was so spacious - the beds were huge and it’s cosy! The blowout curtains had us sleeping in more than it should’ve 😆 We had breakfast with our stay and it did not dissapoint there was such a selection from savoury to sweet and more! Love it coffee and juices included just amazing The gym was so well equipped mlre than I’d expect so was pleasantly surprised and the equipment was all up to scratch and working smoothly The spa was beautiful 🤩 The sauna was also good but it wasn’t as hot as would usually expect It would be amazing if the bigger pool was heated so more ppl could enjoy swimming around together but it wasn’t like a cold plunge perfect for those who enjoy it after a sauna The location is beautiful right near town a little walk away and parking was well priced and easy enough to organise Thanks so much for having myself and my family It made our stay that much more memorable

Mainly located by Lake Wakatipu in Queenstown, the scenery is absolutely stunning, and the service is incredibly attentive. They even made sure we had a lake-view room, so we could wake up to beautiful lake and mountain views every morning. It's also only a 30-minute walk from Queenstown town center.

The hotel environment is great, with a quiet surroundings and beautiful scenery. It's also conveniently located for driving to Lake Wanaka and the city center. The staff were enthusiastic, and my check-in experience was very good. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with most facilities available, although some showed a little wear and tear. Overall, it offers good value for money, making it suitable for self-driving trips and holidays.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and waking up to the scenery every morning really gives you that “New Zealand holiday” feeling. We were pleasantly surprised by this accommodation! We booked at a very affordable price, and the manager kindly upgraded us to a room with two beds when we checked in. The room was very clean, modern, and felt brand new. It was also very quiet at night, and there were plenty of parking spaces available. This was by far our favourite accommodation during our trip to New Zealand. In the suburbs of Queenstown, about ten kilometers, near Queenstown Airport, the room is very large, there is a sauna, there is an outdoor pool, there is a cute Lucas kitten like to play next to it, push open the floor-to-ceiling windows is a big lawn, see the master in the distance, there are fruit trees in the yard, The kitchen is very large and advanced, there is a smoking oil machine, the tableware is also very complete, it is convenient to make a rich dinner here, it is very suitable for a few days of vacation to empty the troubles.

The room was spacious and very clean, with a small kitchenette and a fridge. The bathroom was also quite large. We were on the ground floor, and outside there was a big yard with a table and chairs where we could sit, sunbathe, and have tea. It's not far from the city center, and the price, which was a little over 700 RMB, was super value for money. Just one thing: when I booked through Ctrip, the deposit deducted was a bit over 729 RMB, which converted to a little over 181 New Zealand Dollars. However, when I actually paid for the room with my credit card at the hotel, it was charged a bit over 185 NZD, which was about 3 NZD more. This extra charge might have been a service fee, so it's something to be aware of when booking in the future – paying with a credit card at the hotel might incur extra fees.

The room was clean and had almost all the utensils needed for cooking. The living room was spacious and the bathroom was nice. There was a garage that opened and closed automatically, probably because it was winter. However, it was just the right width for a car, so it was a bit difficult to get out of the car. There is nothing around, so it may be inconvenient if you don't rent a car.

This was my second time staying here, and it was just as good as the first. The chalet was different from my previous stay, but the quality remained excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The experience was just as enjoyable, proving that this place is consistently reliable. Will definitely return again!
