Second time booking here and it's a good improvement from our last stay. Some of the morning waitresses are now smiling and greeting us back. Some still don't but this is an improvement from my last review. The check in was smooth but the kids didn't get a coloring book this time 😆 Maybe it was only for first-timers. We got cleaner and better rooms this time probably due to the renovation. The waterpark is still great and clean. We definitely recommend this hotel to families with children and even to peoplw who enjoy swimming, lounging, and saunas. The location is great because it's a hop away from a tram station. Definitely recommend!

The location is great, it’s at the edge of the old town so most of the places in the city centre are within working distance. Cleanliness can be improved though - there was some long hair in the bed… Breakfast is very basic. I would have expected a bit more in terms of quality of food (eg. Scrabble egg was rubbery, juice was just diluted chemical). But price is reasonable overall.

It is a tour group hotel. Front Desk service is functional and lack warmth and helpfulness. Smokers are all in the front of hotel’s two entrances/exits. Good luck to non-smokers! Spa is good but drinking and slippers are allowed in the steam room and sauna. Buffet is also great in terms of spread and choices. But it can be crowded and dinning areas congested. The saving grace is the good comfy bed. Room is spacious.

We booked this hotel after our initial accommodation in Tallinn was a let down. The location is great, and the ease of check-in digitally was ideal and the hotel is well kept. We were given a room on the 7th floor in the corner (734) Unfortunately that was the end of our comfort, my Husband and I were both woken up at 1:30am to heavy cleaning machinery being used to clean the wellness centre. It was so loud above us, on top of that a lot of banging and other noises whilst they were cleaning. First of all, who cleans a gym wellness centre at 1:30am? I understand it’s a 24 hour centre but surely it would make sense to clean it earlier in the evening? Especially if it’s situated about guest rooms? I called the reception and the lady was trying to convince me that it was the ventilation and that “no one was in the gym”, which was actually confirmed by the manager the next morning that it was in fact the cleaners. We probably won’t be reimbursed in any way by the hotel but if you stay here, request a room not on the 7th floor!

The hotel is centrally located, very close to the old city, the port, and bus stops. The rooms are clean, the towels are clean and soft, the breakfast is sufficient and varied. The fact that there is a shopping mall, supermarket, and food court underneath is a great advantage.

I had a great stay at Metropool Spa Hotel and would happily come back. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Breakfast was a real highlight — for €15 per person, it offered fresh fruits, good coffee, lactose-free milk, soy milk, and even salmon. Everything was fresh and well presented, making it a great start to the day. The spa facilities were also impressive. There’s a small swimming pool and four different types of saunas. My favorite was the Finnish sauna, where you can create löyly (a burst of steam) simply by pressing a button. While there’s no traditional cold plunge pool, there’s a cold water shower positioned right in front of the Finnish sauna, which worked perfectly for cooling down between sauna sessions. Overall, the combination of a comfortable stay, excellent breakfast, and relaxing spa made it a very enjoyable visit.

Excellent hotel with a perfect location. The property is very quiet, making it easy to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. The breakfast was of very good quality, with a nice selection of items. One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide decaffeinated coffee in the rooms in addition to regular coffee. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed my time at the hotel. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Tallinn.

Fantastic location (only 2 stops by bus #2 from the Bus Station) next to the airport especially for those who are travelling in the early morning- took me around 5-7 minutes walk with a heavy suitcase- without any stress. Very quiet in the room, room was very spacious and modern. Bed - very comfortable! Very nice stuff at the reception- friendly and professional ☺️

Very comfortable, new, and in a great location. It's a 3-minute walk from the Old Town entrance and also conveniently close (10-minute walk) to the boat port and the bus terminal 2. The breakfast was good, the shower had excellent pressure, and the bed was comfortable.

The place is really beautiful and there were little nice things like a camera or a charger or a yoga mat inside the room. Also it was nice that the kitchen came with cooking oil because that's a kind of thing you don't want to buy for a few days. The place is very close to the tram and was quite noisy. Also I heard neighbours across the hallway. So even the walls are soundproof, the doors are not really.
