EEJLC93We booked a twin room and then we arrived at our room and it was a double room with a baby’s crib set up. We told reception that we actually wanted a twin room. They changed the room and as we were going out, we asked if someone could help to move our bags to the new room. The guy behind the desk said no. I protested and he eventually agreed.

GGuest UserPerfect hotel for exploring Tallinn - great location within minutes walk from the downtown, spacious and clean room, public transport is close, hotel offers spa services, port passenger terminals within walking distance, Prisma supermarket 24/7 really close to reach. We will definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Tallinn.

unfortunately getting 2x2 person familyroom there is risk that other side people are loudy. the door between rooms not keep voices away from otherside.

KkarietteThe place is really beautiful and there were little nice things like a camera or a charger or a yoga mat inside the room. Also it was nice that the kitchen came with cooking oil because that's a kind of thing you don't want to buy for a few days.
The place is very close to the tram and was quite noisy. Also I heard neighbours across the hallway. So even the walls are soundproof, the doors are not really.

GGuest UserWe booked this hotel after our initial accommodation in Tallinn was a let down. The location is great, and the ease of check-in digitally was ideal and the hotel is well kept.
We were given a room on the 7th floor in the corner (734)
Unfortunately that was the end of our comfort, my Husband and I were both woken up at 1:30am to heavy cleaning machinery being used to clean the wellness centre. It was so loud above us, on top of that a lot of banging and other noises whilst they were cleaning.
First of all, who cleans a gym wellness centre at 1:30am? I understand it’s a 24 hour centre but surely it would make sense to clean it earlier in the evening? Especially if it’s situated about guest rooms? I called the reception and the lady was trying to convince me that it was the ventilation and that “no one was in the gym”, which was actually confirmed by the manager the next morning that it was in fact the cleaners.
We probably won’t be reimbursed in any way by the hotel but if you stay here, request a room not on the 7th floor!

GGuest UserHighly accessible to the Old Town as the hotel is 2-3 minutes walk to the entrance gate of Tallinn's old town. Breakfast is quite generous, with adequate food options. But it could be too crowded during our summer stay. Choice of hotel restaurant is quite limited -- Amarillo is the de-facto hotel restaurant attached to the hotel, but it welcomes outsider guests visiting the shopping centre nearby. It has become too busy when we were having lunch in the restaurant. Reception staff was patient in explaining the details of different points of interest. Hotel recommended.

GGuest UserGreat location just outside the old town with restaurants, bars, convenience store at your doorstep. Supermarket nearby. Short walk to all the old town sites. Spa and sauna very clean and good choices (4 saunas only 2 were open when we went). Room good size, breakfast good selection and open till 11am.

ここりまMy time at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. I was initially hesitant to book, even after seeing the high ratings, but I'm so glad I went ahead with it. It turned out to be the best hotel stay ever! The staff's amazing hospitality, the hotel's ambiance, and its excellent location were all top-notch. I also added breakfast, which was delicious and something I highly recommend. The spa was an additional treat and provided a truly blissful experience. This is one of those hotels I'd love to stay at again someday – it was just that good.

KkakacoolJust one night at Mecure Tallin, but really be impressed. Warm welcome by Reception staff ”Margot” she's so cheerful ,sincere, efficient & helpful to assist in checkin & offer big help to us. So my friend & I could be early check-in after a very long hall flight (over 15hrs). Really appreciated. Room is neat & tidy with nice view. Hotel is so close to airport, walking distance around 7mins. A no.2 Bus stop is just a min distance from hotel main door, easy access to the town.
Only the bathroom for taking shower is too small, other than that is perfect. Will definitely come stay again next time in Tallin.
Thanks Margot's hospitality once again for making our first trip in Tallin a very good beginning & memorable.

HHarveydogThis hotel was perfect for my needs. They let me check in three hours early too, which was a bonus. The service was super friendly and the room was great. I particularly appreciated the sauna after a long day sightseeing in Tallinn. I’d definitely stay here again.
