Pullman Lyon is a relatively new hotel. Had a great stay and I had a train to catch on Jan 1 2025 morning, Lyon Part Dieu station to Paris is literally 1 min walk! So very convenient if you don’t want to be late for your onward journey. I got to Pullman from another hotel on an Uber, and there were still constructions and a pro tip to to take Taxi rather than Uber if you’ve luggages because Ubers aren’t allowed into the hotel zone. It’s only for bus and taxis. I wish Pullman had large signage’s to get to their hotel because the entrance is being blocked by the construction. The hotel should have a big Pullman on thier building on all sides like the Radisson Blu nearby it so that people can easily spot it.
The front desk Marie was lovely! All those at reception and concierge spoke great English and were very helpful in helping me call for a taxi and giving me ideas on where to go for dinner on 31 Dec as I had not made any reservations.
The hotel room is big and roomy, with lots of space for luggages. I got a room for handicap access so the shower and toilet areas were joined tgt. The rain shower was great in keeping the floor dry.
I’ll def choose this hotel in future visits if I have an early train to catch in Lyon. It’s in good distance to Westfield shopping mall and it’s a mega big mall with heaps of shopping, dining, supermarket options!
Très bel hôtel avec un beau panorama! Très bien situé car à la sortie de la ville donc tranquille.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, lit confortable et petit plus les volets sont roulants donc pas de problème de réveil par le jour :)
This is the second time we have booked this hotel and both times we have been very satisfied. The hotel is 15 minutes from the airport. Amenities are nearby. The rates offered are quite reasonable.
The location of the hotel is okay. You can go to the city through the underground passage of the train station next to it. The urban area is not big and there is not much to visit. The Bus Castle Cable Car will not be open until March 2024!
This time, I didn't have a lake view room, but the interior was casually lovely, the bathroom was clean, and the amenities were the same high-end ones used in the spa.
There was even a coffee machine, Evian water, and cake, which was great.
Good morning, we stayed 2 nights at Princes' Hotel, all was great.
The hotel is very quiet and is located in the centre of the city, staff are perfectly suited to our needs, clean and clean.
We will return without hesitation to this facility
The best hotel in the town, the experience far exceeded expectations. The breakfast is rich and better than some luxury hotels in big cities. There are plenty of parking spaces downstairs and the parking fee is not expensive.

RRajan TrivediExceptional Stay at Chalet Hotel in Chamonix!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chalet Hotel in Chamonix, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in the Alps! From the moment I arrived, the warm and attentive staff made me feel welcome and ensured that every detail of my stay was perfect.
Location: The hotel is ideally situated with stunning views of Mont Blanc and easy access to the town and ski lifts. Whether you’re there for skiing, hiking, or simply soaking in the beauty of the mountains, the location couldn’t be better.
Rooms: My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and featured a cozy alpine style with modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the balcony offered breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. The housekeeping staff kept everything spotless, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
Dining: The food was fantastic! Breakfast each morning was a generous spread with a variety of fresh options, from pastries to local cheeses and fruits. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the gourmet meals exceeded my expectations. The chef does an excellent job incorporating local ingredients into traditional dishes, all with a contemporary twist.
Facilities: The hotel spa is a hidden gem—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or skiing. The sauna and hot tub were wonderful, and the massage I had was the best I’ve had in a long time. They also have a great lounge area with a fireplace, perfect for unwinding with a book or enjoying a drink in the evening.
Service: The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with any request, whether it was booking excursions, providing local recommendations, or simply ensuring that everything ran smoothly during my stay.
Bonus tip: The best Indian restaurant is walkable distance (400 meters) from the hotel - Annapurna 2. Must visit 😉
Overall, Chalet Hotel in Chamonix combines luxurious comfort with the charm of an authentic alpine retreat. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and top-notch service. I can’t wait to return!
GGuest UserVery well located and very comfortable hotel. Receptionist Ninno was very helpful with car rental and a day trip to Annecy and Ninno is a very cheerfull person. Everything was perfect.

GGuest UserWhat I like most about the hotel is that the towels are soft and the toiletries are also good! And the view at 6 o'clock in the morning! Because I don't know how to use the blackout curtains, I need to adjust them, and the curtains can't block out the light. I think the carpet is a bit old. Although there is no odor in the room, the corridor, door and carpet are all old styles. I didn't live very comfortably. Although the quilt and bed are very comfortable, I always feel a little gloomy. The waiter is very good! The minibar is free to use, and there is a 14-hour room service. It is not suitable for long-term stay.
KKatherine Nam WeiI was very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, we encountered a few not very friendly staff at the reception. They didn’t do anything in particular that we would consider rude - but they just had a cold attitude. Some of their staff seem to have treated other guests a little differently for instance walking them to the lift and giving them more information about the hotel. This really impacted our experience at the hotel. However, I must say many of their staff were amazing, just a handful that were very cold and dismissive and this is not the level of hospitality you would expect from such a renowned hotel.
The room also looked and felt quite different than what is shown on trip.com and their official website.
I would still highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Lyon!
GGuest UserGood check in and check out, some issues with the plug in the sink draining water slowllly and the air conditioner isn't adjustable but otherwise a good experience!
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is quite convenient. It's only a 10-minute drive from Geneva Airport and less than 30 minutes by public transport from Geneva's main train station. Additionally, there's a large Carrefour nearby, which is very handy for shopping.
The room was overall clean and well-maintained, and the basic amenities were sufficient for a short stay. However, there were a few downsides. The drainage system had a noticeable odor, which was unpleasant, and there was no hairdryer provided in the room, which could be inconvenient for some guests.
On the whole, the hotel is a decent choice for those looking for a budget-friendly and accessible option near Geneva, though there’s room for improvement in terms of facilities.

AAmyThe staff were very helpful and the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good and varied, and the cherry was on the cake.
The only small bemol is the small size of the rooms and the soundtrack with the adjacent street.
