This hotel is really well located and its spanking clean. Food is excellent and breakfast is fantastic! Staff are ultra friendly. ALL our requests were fulfilled, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was big and with plenty of space to store everything! We even met a famous Bollywood singer one evening! There’s a well equipped gym and a swimming pool, hairdresser, and great spa! 😍

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing me to have a good night’s sleep after a long day. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including reliable Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a television, and complimentary bottled water. One of the highlights of my stay was the cleanliness. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping the room tidy and fresh. The bathroom was also spotless and stocked with sufficient toiletries. I appreciated the modern design and the thoughtful layout, which made the room feel both comfortable and functional. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out procedures were smooth and efficient. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping areas, and transportation options. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The combination of comfortable accommodation, excellent service, and convenient location made this hotel a great choice. I would highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Great hotel, decent breakfast & friendly staff. However, buying water from the hotel was overpriced

stayed at Novotel Ahmedabad for three nights during a business trip and had a very comfortable experience overall. The hotel is located in a convenient central area of the city. The room was spacious, well maintained, and clean. All the amenities I needed were readily available. The service was consistently good. I ordered in-room dining twice, and the food quality was better than expected, with a good variety of options and generous portions. The breakfast buffet is extensive, with virtually everything you could want available. There is a wide selection of both local and international dishes, ensuring something for every taste. The only downside is that the breakfast area can become very crowded, especially during peak hours, and the overall setup can feel a little chaotic at times. The gym is well maintained and equipped with a great variety of machines. As someone who exercises regularly while traveling, I appreciated being able to use it every day without feeling limited by the facilities. The swimming pool is on the smaller side, but it appears to be well looked after and provides a pleasant option for relaxing after a busy day.

GOOD HOTEL BUT LOUD AND ANNOYING MUSIC  I love this hotel! The room is spacious and clean, the bed is ultra comfortable, the pool is medium size and the water is fresh & clear, everyone in the staff is very polite and courteous, etc. However, in public areas, including in elevators and namely in the breakfast restaurant (« The Market »), there’s loud and invasive music blasting out of the speakers. The type of music, funk and R&B most of the time, is somewhat questionable for a 7am breakfast. My first morning at the hotel, I came down for breakfast and almost thought I was in a nightclub. At 9:30am one morning, the volume was so loud, it was difficult to even hear oneself think. I simply left to go elsewhere. Ambiant music is like second hand smoke, when it’s there, you have no choice but to « breathe it » and accept it even if you didn’t choose it and don’t like it. Maybe the volume could be taken down a bit. Otherwise, I recommend ear plugs… they could come in handy. IMHO, the coffee at The Market is below average and disappointing but very good at Java+. The meals I had at The Drift were excellent!

The dorm was simple but comfortable, and the common areas, like the kitchen and lounge, were perfect for socializing. I enjoyed the free Wi-Fi, shared meals, and fun events like pub crawls and cooking classes. The sense of community was amazing, and I made great friends. The hostel was a cozy and affordable base to explore the city. I left feeling inspired and grateful for the experience. This version keeps the main highlights, focusing on the positive aspects of the stay!

I had an excellent stay at Fortune Landmark Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff made us feel truly welcome. Since we were new to the city, the support and guidance we received throughout our stay meant a lot to us. A special thanks to Ms. Sowmanti for her exceptional kindness, warmth, and genuine care. She went above and beyond to assist us and ensured that we were comfortable at all times. Her friendly attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out and made our experience memorable. The concierge staff also deserve special appreciation for their top-class service, helpful recommendations, and prompt assistance whenever needed. Their hospitality reflected the high standards of the hotel. Overall, Fortune Landmark Hotel provided us with a wonderful experience, combining comfort, professionalism, and heartfelt hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ahmedabad, and I look forward to staying here again.

The staff are great. Really good service. Rooms are showing a bit of age… but they are clean. Comfortable. It’s good for RAJKOT. Food is good in the restaurant. Although RAJKOT food is pure vegetarian. And fried. Cooked. Curried and oily. There is an awesome pizza place near the hotel called LIETO ( Artisan pizza and more ) it’s the best in all of RAJKOT. Great location but ask for a room that is NOT facing the street as the road noise and honking is unbearable

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Surat. While the hotel itself is very good and some staff members are helpful, the experience was significantly let down by the restaurant service. The buffet breakfast was extremely disappointing, with the same limited options repeated every single day of our stay. Even worse was the behavior of the restaurant staff, who were largely unprofessional and inattentive. They appeared interested only in serving their favorite guests, while repeatedly ignoring requests from others. As a result, guests were left frustrated and eventually forced to leave without being served properly. This level of service is unacceptable for a hotel of this brand.

Generally the experience was still not bad. The front desk staff was trying her best to be as much help possible during the stay. I had wifi issue they even end up decided to give me an individual dialed-up router. What a wonderful service. 10/10 for that But however there are a lot of things seems unorganize... few of the tea break staff and lunch time staff seems clueless on what to do... No one is willing to serve and they had no idea what to do when a guest wanted to order something. Its just a complimentary tea - breakkkkk.... Room wise and facility it was quite ok. Room is decent clean... gym room is well equipped too. They are now still going through renovation, hopefully it only gets better from here. Breakfast choices was decent and with good quality of dosa. Would give the Chef 9/10 rating. Overall still a rather pleasant stay. will consider coming again when i am around
